The reception is always a welcome one I stay frequently because of the location of hotel. However, everytime I have some complaint about housekeeping. This time the bathroom sink was blocked. I am always offered an upgrade next time, but would just like a room that is faultless.

All staff front of house were exceptionally helpful. Others in our group commented, 'other hotels they have stayed at could learn a lot from Hilton Bracknell'.

Room was too small. only big enough for one person. We were two people staying in the room and were falling over each other when it came to getting dressed etc.. No space really between the end of the bed and the table. The breakfast too was very disappointing. On the three mornings we went for breakfast there was hardly any food. We had to wait around for things to be replenished. Other guest expressed their discontent with this too.

The staff are excellent and so is the gym. The restaurant is hard pushed to justify the prices/ quality compared to pubs within a 5-6 mile radius.

Very high standards at this hotel. Didn't have time to check out the Gym or Pool but of it was anything like the rest of the hotel, it would be great. It's far out from the town and Bracknell itself isn't exactly a top 10 anything destination. You would need a car to stay here.

All the staff are so very friendly and can't do enough for you. Rooms very good, very comfortable bed. Great breakfast to help yourself to, plus you could order anything else and they would cook it for you..overall great stay and would go back whenever possible.

The staff. Nothing was too much trouble. I stay here regularly and some of the rooms do not have direct lift access meaning you need to lift your suitcase up and down the stairs (not good if it is heavy) The only other gripe would be the restaurant. Breakfast is fine, but dinner lacks a bit of imagination

Fab breakfast We had ordered a twin bedded room but got a double bedded room, it was very nice but not what we ordered. We asked to change rooms and the room we were moved to was very average with a shower that was dripping. The staff made us feel that we were being a bit of a nuisance

We arrived after heavy snow after a challenging journey. Staff were friendly and courteous especially the bar manager (Geoff?) . Nothing was too much trouble for him even checking for weather reports for us. We also were upgraded to more of a suite than a room. The cost was very low better than anything else in the area. Had trouble with the pillows and quilt but that was probably because I was not used to them.

Helpful staff and good facilities. Bed mattress. Uncomfortable and springs made noises every time you moved. Also noises from toilet cisterns and taps in adjoining rooms sounded like a screaming jet plane.
