The bed was huge and the staff were really friendly. Directions to hotel were rubbish. Needed to be more detailed. And perhaps signposted more around the roundabout. |

Very friendly staff, nice clean room (not big, but enough for single), good lobby, good tea-coffee facilities in a room- everything was made for the comfort of a person, even hairdryer is good and near the mirror. Good lighting in a room. Slightly weak pressure in a shower. No city plan of Bracknell, no timetable for buses on reception nor in the room - they will be useful for those who don't use car, the hotel is a bit far from the centre of Bracknell. |

The staff were quite efficient in dealing with my complaint, though I did have the same complaint a couple of times. The first room I was allocated was shabby and poor. After complaining I was moved to another room which was much better. It was obvious that ceratin rooms had been refurbished and some hadn't. The hotel had the wrong room rate for my stay through Booking.com. I had a bit of a problem getting this changed and it took a number of days before it was sorted. Finally, one of the reasons I chose the Hilton was that it had a Gym and Pool. On my last day the Gym and Pool was closed without any warning or explanation. |

The restauran facilities were very good. he buffet style dinner saved a lot of time and was very well priced; even beter if you bough the voucher fron recepion. Single beds were on castors and moved very easily, so much so they drifted across he room when you sat on them. Bedrooms were also a litle too warm and no air conditioning. |

Leaving the hotel The hotel is appalling. The room smelt damp and of cigarette smoke. Service was incredibly slow - it took ages to get served for drinks, coffees or food - all of which were very overpriced. My friends room didn't have a pillow, and was told she couldn't get one as she'd 'asked too late'! Rooms were very small, very hot (no air-con) and there was continuous noise from the extractor fans outside. Only one lift worked. The swimming pool is tiny. I wish I'd stayed in a Travelodge. |

Pleasant smiling staff and helpful, convenient position and quiet rooms Grubby grouting in bathroom, basin plug not attatched to chain, only one lift working and cost of drinks. Soap dish badly worn above bath so when one place an item on it, it was promptly deposit into the bath water. £5.00 for a large coke I thought rather excessive! |

It was very convenient for our event, which was nearby. Room very hot, & overlooked air-conditioning plant. Arrived & were booked into smoking room, when we had booked non-smoking. |

The receptionist Barbara Blonde hair with accent. She went out of her way to be helpfull to a tired hot and grumpy traveller. I would employ her without a doubt she didn't fluster and made it happen. I felt that the lift took for ever to get anywhere and the lack of air con in 4 of my colleagues rooms is very poor considering we were paying £99 per night. During the current weather it was oppressive and made for an uncomfortable nights stay. Your breakfasts is not good value for money |

Understaffed, and housekeeping not completed on time. Waited 45 mins before I could get in my room. Had travelled for 20 hours and was exhausted. Could not wait to rest and was very dissappointed that we had to wait. Breakfast was very poor. The bed was lumpy. There was no airconditioning - not even portable temporary air-con solutions. |

Very good breakfasts at the hotel's restaurant. The location is good, with a lot of green around, even if far from the city centre. Rooms were dirty, I had the sensation that only my bed was tidied, and the bathroom was just quicly cleaned, nothing more. Floor was never cleaned. |
