    A lovely pool and restaurant with friendly staff and a good location.

    Very near a busy road, but rooms were quiet.

    The staff were lovely. The breakfast was great. The bathroom and bedding were pristine.

    The entrance was poorly signposted and is confusing to find off the main road. The air conditioning was not working which did not make for a comfortable stay. The decor is tired!

    Hotel very modern and nicely decorated, good breakfast, nice TV

    Futon style bed base, hard thin mattress. Most uncomfortable bed I have ever tried to sleep in! It wasn't fixed to the wall so slid forward if you tried to sit up and read! Room lighting poor - no central light, very dim wall light. Seems to be the modern fashion but we hate it!

    Our first visit to Bracknell although we have stayed at Hilton hotels before. This one outstrips the others by far. This was a special trip and was made so. The bar and restaurant staff went above and beyond to meet our needs and were exceptionally good with the children 3, 6 and 13. We will be back!

    Would have preferred our two rooms to be nearer. 372 and 440. As one member of party was OAP it was a bit of a hike between rooms. However wouldn't put us off returning

    Excellent location for Legoland! Good size family rooms and beds were very comfortable. Excellent breakfast and extremely helpful staff.

    Jacuzzi is the same temp as the pool!

    I have stayed at Hilton Bracknell many times (once for 21 days), and would rate it the best hotel in the town. Staff are very accommodating, rooms are clean and pleasantly furnished,plenty of parking & nice to have the use of The Living Well health spa. Close to South Hill Park arts centre too!

    Can be a little slow getting served at the bar...But hey, order a bottle of wine instead of by the glass...

    Staff were generally very good, helpful, available and remembered your preferences. Car park is right outside Hotel is clean. Bathroom small but well stocked, clean and well appointed Food was good

    Lounge area is bust, noisy, dated and not that comfortable Room was very small Room was far too hot and above the aircon fans outside. Aircon didn't work well enough. Pillows were hard and mattress uncomfortable. Room had not been properly ventilated after previous occupants Room was opposite lift. Food and drinks were very expensive.

    Refurbished room was very comfortable. Pool for an extra treat for the children. First rate breakfast.

    Next to very noisey road and no double glazing. very small rooms could not get 2 people in bathroom. Asked to speak to manager and receptionist forgot to tell him kept waiting for 15 minutes.

    We had the evening buffet and thought the selection and quality of good available were good. Hilton breakfasts are always good and set one up for the day.

    I thought some areas of the hotel were looking in need of refurbishment. We have stayed in this hotel several times previously and so were able to compare with our previous experience.

    Lounge space was good bar service was good . Breakfast was very good.

    Poor selection of beers , food in the restaurant off the grill menu was very poor would eat in there again.

    When we arrived it was a quick check in and although we were a bit early we were shown to our room without delay. The hotel room was clean and comfy and had air conditioning which was a bonus. The breakfast was very nice and the staff were really helpful. I would recomend this hotel to everyone I know.

    When we arrived we were a bit nervous as there was a young girl talking to the hotel manager in front of the reception area, she was obviously annoyed and was complaining about the service that she had received the previous night in the restaurant. I think that complaints should be handled away from the reception area to prevent other customers hearing the conversation.

    Several of the staff appeared rude, the breakfast situation with the voucher for £9.95 or £16 for the breakfast in the room was ridiculous, we were rung and told the 2 couples that had booked superior rooms couldn't have them cos they were double booked - agreed easily to change to doubles meaning we wanted 2 doubles, 2 twins and 1 single - both twins were set up as doubles and only one could be re arranged, the rooms were hot with no air con - told on check out that is the next project - so don't advertise with it! We requested fans to be put in all the rooms - some had been put in others hadn't - was told fruit and wine had been put out to say thank you for not creating over the superior rooms - yes it was - but not in my room

    At one point, a few nice members of staff were present and appeared to accommodate us. We were given a drink on the house at the inconvenience of having no air con in room and it being 30 degrees after we didn't get to check into our room until quite late.

    The tone of our experience at this hotel was set upon arrival. The young lady at reception was far from warm and the greeting we received was far from friendly. She didn't make eye contact as she stared at the computer screen. We had arrived before the check in time of three pm and understood that our room may not be ready which was fine for us. The only thing I did want to do was change my clothes quickly as we has had a long journey. Upon asking if there was somewhere I could freshen up, I was told no. I then queried this in the politest of ways by pointing out that I had noticed on the website that there was a gym and locker room facilities and that this would be suitable for a quick change if possible. The young lady then gestured toward the direction of the changing rooms with a rude point of her hand. It was just the way she interacted with us that we felt completely unwelcome as paying guests. Then upon finally getting into our room later that evening, we passed through air conditioned corridors to find our room and corridor which was not. There were two fans in the room. After finding this, I immediately went to the front desk to see if we could move rooms only to be told by another member of staff that this was a standard room. I'm sorry, this is a Hilton hotel in Britain....there is absolutely no reason why this room should not have been air conditioned. We were offered a drink on the house and told that unfortunately there were no rooms available at that time. We will never be staying at this hotel again. I can honestly say this was the worst hotel experience I've ever had. We never complain, but when offered the opportunity to give a review via booking.com....I couldn't resist.
