Friendly room staff and it was central to city center. Rooms were clean and warm. TV's were old and did not have any freeview channels. Light cord was taped with insulation tape. Cracked floor tiles throughout the reception area. |

Enjoyed the Sundat Breakfast. The fry was delicious and very tasty, unlike some Hilton Breakfasts. The breakfast staff also very attentive and siciable. The layout of the bar adjacent to reastaurant and bar service did not excite me. |

There was an extremely nosiy party next door to me that disrupted my night's sleep during the early hours, however on contacting reception the staff did at least endeavour to quiten the party down but the noise did not subside for at least a full hour between 2 - 3am which was not good as I had an interview the following morning at 9am !! |

Friendliness of staff Looks completely tired, and needs either knocking down and starting again, or complete revamp. Dont like view over Bradford Interchange, but being local i should have known this! |

Its location. Noise from outside and within the hotel. Heating wasn't working properly in the room. Staff weren't very attentive. Had to wait ten minutes for attention as girl at the desk was having a conversation. |

The reception staff were very helpful and friendly and we were able to check in an hour early. The breakfast waiters were also really pleasant. The room had a good view over the Town Hall. We were close to places to eat and buy essentials like papers and milk. We were also close to transport, including the coach station (we travelled by coach). We were also close to the film and television museum. The room was spacious and light. Breakfast was unexpectedly included in the price of our room, making it exceptional value. The hotel was surprisingly quiet. I had booked a twin room and was told I had a double. No alternative was offered. I assumed the price of breakfast had been included to compensate but no explanation was offered. I didn't query any of this because it didn't matter much but it might have done...I had a very bad night's sleep because my back is not good and the bed was not firm enough. I sleep away from home quite a lot but haven't had backache caused by a poor bed for a long time. |

The breakfast was very good and very friendly staff! Parking right next door at NCP with a very good over night rate!! The lift, room (to the back facing the bus and train station) and windows are a bit outdated but OK! |

I liked the area. The bathroom tiles had quite a lot of mould in the grout and did not feel hygienic, also the room needs clearing of cobwebs and the ceiling needs cleaning above the lights. Also when opening the window I found many cobwebs around the frame. |

Executive room on 5th floor - at special Summer rate of £38/night. Large, well equipped, high-spec room. Free water and quarter bottles of wine each day. Good housekeeping service. City centre, 2 mins walk from rail station. Restaurant expensive but quite good for a chain hotel. good breakfast with fresh fruits, pastries and eggs cooked to order. |

Their breakfast is just so good. The bed was so comfortable and the staff was polite The tap in the shower was squeeky the tub was old, the carpet had horrible marks in it and the roo mwas not that impressive comparing to other hotels I have stayed eg ramada hatfield, I was expecting better than that. When I phoned to confirm my booking they couldnt find it and worse when I got there they couldnt find it, I had to wait for almost 10 minutes, but anyway staff apologised and I was offered wine. |
