The staff was very helpful and the restaurant food (dinner and breakfast) was amazing!

The corridor I was on really smelt of smoke which is a smell I really don't like. My bed was very noisy and kept making noise whenever I turned over.

We booked a king room but were given a double, I was sharing with my daughter. We were told that the hotel was full and we could not be moved. My sister in law who booked at the same time and asked for us to have adjoining rooms was given a far superior room on a different floor. The hotel could not cope with the number of guests and breakfast ran out both mornings and was not replenished before we had to leave. Very disappointing stay. We complained and were given a £20 refund but this did not compensate us for the inconvenience. My daughter used to work in the Leeds Hilton and knows the high standard expected at a Hilton hotel. The girls at reception and Russell the bar manager were lovely. The breakfast team could not cope with the number of guests and were completely out of their depth, while remaining friendly at all times, in what I am sure must have been stressful circumstances for them all.

Food excellent-lovely choice at breakfast. Food extremely fresh-lovely quality. Beautiful spotless rooms-great size. Extremely comfortable and cosy beds,with lovely fluffy pillows. Very friendly and helpful staff.

The beautiful fresh selection of foods for breakfast - huge buffet choice and chef on hand to cook delicious fresh omelets. All staff so friendly and helpful. The cleaners were lovely and so friendly! Excellent attention to detail - nothing seemed a bother. Happy to recommend to anyone and I would definitely stay at this hotel again.

Pleasant,modern hotel in a convenient location for the centre of Bradford. The bedroom was comfortable & adequately furnished for our stay.

The hotel had a large booking for a conference in Bradford. A lot of the guests were in the restaurant for breakfast at the same time & the person on the buffet was swamped with guests wanting food. No other staff were allocated to help out & keep the food trays topped up. (There were adequate staff servicing the tables with tea/coffee etc.)

Staff were helpful, when I needed to change rooms.

I booked 5 deluxe rooms online, non were deluxe on arrival, I paid extra for this but didn't receive, a view, slippers, bathrobe or mineral water . When pointed out they said they hadn't received a deluxe booking, the took copies of my paperwork up follow this up. We also had to change rooms as it had had a previous smoking guest in it, this was easily sorted though. The shower hose also leaked.

What a disgrace!!!! I booked the Hilton Bradford as a surprise Anniversery treat for my husband via booking.com many months ago as I booked a theatre show last November at the same time. I booked a Suite for 2 nights (31/05/13 - 02/06/13) at a cost of £174.00. When we arrived at the hotel we were told that our suite was double booked and we could have a double room!!! If I had wanted a double room I would have booked a double room!! I was then told that it is hotel policy to 'overbook' the rooms and I could have a £20 discount on the double room (£154). The lady on reception said she was sorry but kept repeating that it was hotel policy to overbook rooms even though I had confirmation of my booking. What is the point of having online booking systems if the hotel do not honour them. I was never asked if I wanted to speak to a Manager and a £10 per night discount was an insult! I was also told that the hotel had tried to ring me on my mobile number and she recalled my telephone number which was the correct one. I advised her that I have not had one single phone call, message or voicemail and I saw this as an blatant lie/cover up!! Over the years my husband and I have stayed at many Hilton Hotels and unfortunately this experience was disgusting. The Hilton totally ruined what should have been a special anniversery weekend for my husband and I. Truly disappointed! Mrs Brown

excellent city centre location, within easy access of theatres, shops and Bradford train/coach station. Very friendly, helpfull.staff . Good atmosphere.

traffic can be a bit noisy, although we were on the 5th floor, we could still hear it.

The location off the hotel. And easy too get to from train stn.

Staff on Arrivial was very rude. Found she had no time too listen too us. Think her name was Rita on reception. Was very let down by that. Also the cleaners on day off departure had dirty bath towels on halway all over place so when pulling ya case with you. You took loads off dirty towels with you. Until you reach lift area. Not nice touching dirty towels that I haven't used......."

Staff and service we had a leaking loo I reported it and the where quick and extremely pleasant to deal with and moved use to another room with out us waiting round for ages great thanks breakfast

rooms are out of date ,fixtures and fittings have seen better in a charity shop.cut back on breakfast food? no thick white toast just cheap thin sliced bread , l have a long list, it would take up 10 pages

The breakfast menue was excellent.

I notice that there is now an extra charge for a 'city view' room. Also I would have liked a later check out subject of course to room availability.

No mini fridge in rooms, it sucks !! they have no smoking rooms at all !!

The staff on arrival and throughout our stay were excellent. They were very knowledgeable about the area and friendly and helpful towards all the family including my grandson who is 4 years old. Also helpful when my key would not work when I arrived back around 1am. Please pass on our thanks to all the staff involved.

No parking facilities at the hotel. It was very expensive to keep moving the car out of the nearby multi-storey car park and return as parking by the day was cheaper. It would be appreciated if they had a car park on site which would be more convenient and easier for loading and unloading on arrival and departure.
