Staff and service we had a leaking loo I reported it and the where quick and extremely pleasant to deal with and moved use to another room with out us waiting round for ages great thanks breakfast

the room was so hot, i could not sleep well at all, not as nice as other hiltons i have stayed in, room was deluxe, but felt more like standard

rooms are out of date ,fixtures and fittings have seen better in a charity shop.cut back on breakfast food? no thick white toast just cheap thin sliced bread , l have a long list, it would take up 10 pages

The breakfast menue was excellent.

I notice that there is now an extra charge for a 'city view' room. Also I would have liked a later check out subject of course to room availability.

No mini fridge in rooms, it sucks !! they have no smoking rooms at all !!

The staff on arrival and throughout our stay were excellent. They were very knowledgeable about the area and friendly and helpful towards all the family including my grandson who is 4 years old. Also helpful when my key would not work when I arrived back around 1am. Please pass on our thanks to all the staff involved.

No parking facilities at the hotel. It was very expensive to keep moving the car out of the nearby multi-storey car park and return as parking by the day was cheaper. It would be appreciated if they had a car park on site which would be more convenient and easier for loading and unloading on arrival and departure.

The bed was comfy...

The proximity to the City Centre and Railway station.

The service from the staff was excellent. The staff were friendly and as a single traveller new to the area I was made to feel very welcome!

The food in the main restaurant was lovely. However I felt the prices were a little expensive for the standard of the food.

Everything else was excellent.

Parking !!! I think if you are a hotel guest you shouldn't have to pay for the car park.(like any other hotel you either have the parking space in the hotel or the hotel pays for your parking) Secondly, water botel in the room was priced as £3 something ( which is rediculous price to pay for water).

We liked everything about the hotel it was loverly an we will be retuning.

I didnt like the faluse advertisment about dressing gowns and slippers for the room and when we arrived there was none maybe the hotel should update there advertisements and let people know how to get them and for them not to think that they are already placed in the rooms for them to be used.

the bathroom had no fan and no window, so steam and smells didn't move. Plumbing from other peoples bathrooms was very noisy. For a delux room it was very small.

The location of the Hilton is excellent for what we wanted middle of the city.

At breakfast we were only given a cup of tea from a large pot that was being carried by the waiter. I would have prefered an individual small teapot for myself.

The hotel and room was clean and tidy. The staff were polite and attentive. Good location to most amenities.

We booked a deluxe room. It was nothing but a double room with bath robes that didn't fit. But you paid for the deluxe room like 20 pounds extra. The room was far too hot. No air conditioning and the windows are only vented and don't open at all. The bed was a double not a king. It wasn't comfortable and kept moving away from the wall. All in all the room was small. This hotel is only for a single night stay for perhaps a business person. Certainly not luxury like we expected from Hilton Group.

Rooms very clean and modern. Staff were very friendly and willing to help. Food was excellent from breakfast to the evening menu. Close to local amenities meaning the car stayed in the car park throughout the stay.

Drinks were a bit costly (minor niggle)

Greeted by friendly staff, a small but adequate room, comfortably warm (it was a freezing night outside), well equipped and a nice big bed. All at a very reasonable price.

Only one bedside table and one bedside lamp. Both of us wanted to read but had to fight for the best side of the bed! Power sockets were badly placed for kettle and hair dryer etc.

Location to rail station, shops, pubs and restruants. Friendly staff, Clean hotel, with good food.

Nothing not to like.
