room was quite nice. Net curtains were filthy (unless they were supposed to be black). They charged for everything in the fridge. Even the bottle of mineral water on the table (which I didn't ask for) cost me £3.95 which I didn't realise until after I'd drunk it. |

The breakfast was good. The hotel disputed the information about the twin room i booked with me. I had to ring Booking.com. Booking com kindly rang the hotel and the hotel disputed the sea view part of the twin room booked via Booking.com and said breakfast wasn't included too.( which it was in my original booking. Reception at the hotel was going to ring me but did not. After 45 minutes i went downstairs to reception where i was told that i could have breakfast but would not be moved to a sea view room. Not apology for not getting in touch. Room was dark, the windows rattled and were draughty at night. If you wanted a window open, none would open, the bathroom smelt and the kettle did not work. Poor !!!! |

Comfy bed. 1) Poor info on website relating to how to get into the carpark easily upon arrival and poor signage when approaching the hotel. 2) Very long queues at 10.30am on Sunday morning to check out. Someone pushed in at the front of the queue and staff served him even though I politely asked him to join the back of the queue and pointed out to staff that he had pushed in. Staff should have a policy of not serving people who push in the queue and give priority to their well mannered customers who have been waiting longer. 3) Charge in room for bottle of water was outrageous. Should be £1! |

My stay at the Hilton was excellent and I would recommend this hotel to all my friends, However I thought that as we had made a reservation for 1 night at the hotel that the car paking should have been free rather than at 50% discount. |

The staff were curtious and helpful. The rooms were clean. Breakfast had a good selection of food. The rooms were very small. The first room needed some attention, the carpet was stained and general standard of decoration not good. We were moved from the room during the night because there was a very loud noise coming from the kitchen extracters and we could not sleep. We were moved to a room which had obviously been recently decorated and was a much higher standard even if it was still quite small. |
