Pleasant staff - great building - good location. Tourists (can't live without them) - dead seagulls hanging from catch net outside room 650.

Staff were helpful at check in. Location is good. Dirty room. Old and tired. Room service trays left in corridor for over 3 hours. Served a used coffee pot from another table.

Breakfast was good, room was nice We went into the cafe for pot of tea, it was served Luke warm, we mentioned it to the staff, they did get us a hotter pot, but......stood huddled talking about our request/complaint. Their face said 'how dare they'. Not happy at all with the service. We also had two power cuts in our room, we were only there 1 night.

The location opposite the beach. - Bad wifi, £15 for 24 hours and barely worked at all in that time. - Badly working TV, staff refused to help. - No free bottled water, only expensive room service which served bad/burn food. - Seemed to try to add any many charges for nothing as they could, including 0.50 for calling reception. - Hotel windows and exterior looks run down and old. - Holes in towels. Not worth the money £540 for two nights.

friendly staff, great location size of room, limited toiletries, for birthday treat got better at Premier Inn, breakfast distinctly average, definitely not value for money compared to other Hilton hotels I've stayed at, the room was meant to have been newly refurbished and perhaps it was but it didn't show as decor was bland

Good room with everything that I could want, double + for the iron. Two on reception on arrival. They were a little chaotic and I did not end up with an advanced payment breakfast voucher, that I thought I had said 'yes 'to. (Problem sorted very efficently by desk staff following morning) Also very disappointed that you closed your main resturaunt at 9:30, so I had to find my own supper, which was good in the end as I found a pleasant little bistro close by, with excellent French cooking

The rapid way I was changed to a more suitable room and the attitude of the majority of the staff. Most were helpful, courteous, informative and polite Initially I booked a family room and the room I was shown to was a very small double with a tiny window. If the concierge hadn't intervened it would have been a very unsatisfactory break for me and my daughter

Room and facilities very comfortable and location ideal for town without being too close. Breakfast was excellent. Our room over looked what appeared to be the air con for the building next door which was a little noisy at night and provided no view.

Sitting on the terrace eating and drinking in the sun.24 hour food and drink.the bed. Parked the car after handing in our luggage and when we walked into the foyer and our bags had just been left unattended outside the lifts! The tap in our room was broken.had to ask for toothpaste. Bar staff slow, had to clear our own table.

Very friendly staff, good location, a room at the back away from any noise Hotel felt very tatty for a 4 star as if it is relying on the name rather than the quality of the hotel to get 4 stars. Seems like it needs a major make over. TV picture was very grainy like an tv with an aerial sat on top. Old phones in the room showing the need for an update. Premier inn is actually better quality and modern rooms...yet has 0 stars. Would still recommend for location and quality of your staff.

Flexibility of the venue in relation to our weekend arrangements in Brighton The room. Although on check out I received a discount as aspects of the room we tired and I was hoping/expecting a sea view as it was a special occasion for us.

staff where pleasant food was ok nice decor great location room wasnt worth £130!!! room wasnt clean, walls had marks all over them, bed sqeaked a lot, bath had a footprint in it, not enough towels, sink had a white residue in it, bathroom walls a disgrace, the rooms need a refurb!!! booked the restaurant for a family meal but was told at rest entrance was a buffet only, however not told on check in, ate in lounge instead, food was ok but not great and took a long time to arrive. breakfast food was nice but the service was a shambles, never enough food out at 9.30am. i have worked in 3-4 star hotels for 14 years and this wasnt up to hilton standard for me.
