Location & parking facilities. Good sized hotel with a buzzy atmosphere. Very friendly & efficient staff. I booked a Superior King Size room & to be honest I'm not sure what was superior about it at all. For £185 I would have expected to at least have had a seating area & larger room & not to have been looking over an internal atrium.

Nice to be able to have a swim Good choice at breakfast Free wifi in the lobby Use of the fridge in the room - great for someone that likes fresh milk Not enough tea bags and toiletries in the room. I did ask for more but they did not arrive.

Very nice staff. Very good food. No effective ventilation in the room. The top sash of each window is fixed in the closed position, thereby eliminating the main advantage of this type of window (I.E. high level ventilation). The windows are new upvc units, so this is the result of an incompetent refurbishment.

The location was good - near to everything. The bar veranda was comfortable and good for relaxing and people watching. Car Parking was awful - queued for half an hour to get into the road and then very tight access and few accessible spaces. Room was poor compared to description - changed it 3 times and was still not happy with the final allocation - said good view but was either looking at scaffolding or a brick wall - view was awful.

seaside location extremely dated room, supposedly a superior suite. Duck tape holding carpets together, Mould around window in the bathroom, tiles falling off the walls, rusty radiators, lack of air conditioning, uncomfortable sofas, beds with exposed bases, no vallance sheets. Poor qualiy breakfast for the price - better quality in a Toby Carvery and at a fifth of the price. The stench of chlorine from the swimming pool is overpowering from the second floor down. General feel of dirt and lack of care.

on the sea front very disappointed - the pictures on the internet were not what we were given. tired room, small room, one chair, one bedside lamp, small single wardrobe with ironing board, heater, safe and fan - no space for hanging clothes. windows dirty, marks on wallpaper and skirting board - a depressing room lamp did not work television was not tuned in - approximately 9 channels only - you have to pay for cable TV if you want extra films. miserable
