location quiet room easy check in/out
i couldn't cool the room down! asked for a sea view and didn't get it
Rooms to hot
Upgrade room was fit for purpose but relatively expensive
Original room allocated on 6th floor at rear was dull and dispiriting and felt in dire need of renovation - in addition neither the phone nor TV worked. Somewhat dark and gloomy hotel apart from dining room.
location,view and value for money.
needed improvements to my room.
Cold taps were all running hot, making showers something of an ordeal.
location was brilliant beds were really comfortable good breakfast
some of the rooms are a bit dated and in need of a refurb but it wouldn't put me off staying there again.
The common areas are all very nice, and the building itself is stunning. The facilities are good and underground park is very handy. Breakfast was lovely.
Once you get up to the accommodation levels the hotel looks dated. The rooms are in urgent need of refurbishment as the furniture looks like it came from the 80s. The bed was the noisiest I've ever slept in..any slight movement and the slats creaked.
My 2 young children were crying while I was checking in. Gardo helped a lot. He chatted with them and gave them snacks. For the rest of the stay he was helpful, kind and friendly. A hotel is only a building. The staff truly makes all the difference. Will stay again because of the service rendered.
The single room is very small and in need of an update. But the bed was so uncomfortable and creaked every time I moved. I can forgive tired decor but there should at least be a decent bed to sleep in. Terrible will never return!
I had an issue with the bill. They said they had a right to charge me for service I did not receive. I asked for a contact to explain, but they did not reply despite repeated attempts. I was informed the matter was closed, probably as my card was already charged. I'll never stay there again.
The staff were very courteous and very helpful. The location was brilliant. We were allowed to check in earlier and check out late.
The rooms were too small, they need to be completely refurbished to bring them to today's standards.Food was good but too pricey for the quantities given.
Breakfast was lovely view of the sea was nice staff was great and helpful room was clean
shower was very slow
Nice view of Sea and large bed.
it is really difficult to park my car，it did not provide car parking service and also the car park is pretty far, I need to go out of the hotel and then go the car park and park my car myself.
Air conditioning that was incredibly noisy and would not switch off. Food in the restaurant that had to be sent back because the potato cake was cold and black inside. Breakfast food that was dry and overlooked.
The location was great for Brighton. It was easy to book, the room was excellent, clean and well presented. All staff were very welcoming and courteous.
The hotel needs decorating and the bar prices are way too expensive
We loved the location of the hotel.
We felt the breakfast cost of £17.50pp was a little high in comparison to other Hilton hotels we have stayed in. We also felt that the cost of car parking should be waived if your a guest staying at the hotel.
every thing ,single room very small ,poor in all saense
The location. We had a room with sea view and balcony.
It was very hot. We had a fire alarm in middle of the night but no compensation for disturbed night sleep.
breakfast and staff were first rate ,great location will stay there again
We arrived at 5am due to delayed flight but check in was fast & we were upgraded to a spacious family room with complimentary breakfasts.
There was nothing in the mini bar. On our 2nd night we were forced out by a 2am fire alarm & not given any discount from our bill. Hotel needing a little maintenence as buckets catching rainwater & lights in lifts off
Staff v friendly
Granddaughters put me up bed extremeley uncomfortable -bars sticking up through thin mattress she did not get good nights sleep. Lift button numbers worn unable when in lift to read number of floor wish to go to, quite an easy thing to rectify I would have thought Car parking fee of £20/night excessive
Did not like the way the alarm was actioned. This was a wasted oppourtunitiy for your staff. I was on 6th floor, fire door right next to mine only 4 people used this on this floor all the rest went down main staircase. I don't know what your policy is regarding ifre alarm going off but there were no staff at waiting outside the exit door to direct us to where to go, we made our way to the main doors where everyone was congregated, is this the correct location to wait?. i would have thought that the correct position would have been across the road. I only saw one member of staff and he had to shout to ask us to make way so the firemen could enter the building, if we were standing elsewhere he would not have had to shout. This was my main concern only, not the fact we had to get up and leave building.
Alarm being set off in the middle of the night. Expensive car park.
