the decor, rooms, food was very good. staff friendly and helpfull. Car park. pool.
When I booked I was told.it was in the city centre, and.I found it cold though out the hotel
The room was excellent and so was the staff.
As I was expecting a double bed I was a little disappointed to find to single beds pushed together
The Hikton Hotel group sets high standards and this hotel meets them all The staff we spoke to couldn't have been more helpful . Well done.
The shower was very poor The bottle of water was £3.95 very expensive!! Surely it would be an advantage to offer small bottles complimentary? £5.00 for over night parking for guests is not very friendly? Also my name is Martin
Swimming pool. The only reason we book this place.
I stayed with my 5 year old young doughter and disable wife. First of all they couldn't find our family room and than they offer us very uncomfortable room with all the smoking bedrooms with it, didn't have proper child bed and the bed we had was very lumpy my doughter really hated sleeping in there. When we asked they said that's our standard bed. Not very helpful at all. I really disappointed staying there.
very pleasant staff with a nice friendly welcome, rooms a good size very clean and warm, bathroom very good
i booked two rooms for my family and the rooms we were given were on different floors poorly stocked tea and coffee
Large spacious clean rooms, great stop over.
Too far from Bristol centre but thats not the hotels fault.
Cold portage at breakfast bed was very noisy squeaked with every move jaccuzzi was not warm enough.
Nice hotel. Ample parking space
Far from centre
It bad a roof..
The bed had springs coming out of the mattress and was far too hard to sleep on.. the food was terrible and undercooked. If I could of got my money back I would of.
Nice big beds, a little on the firm side, decent sheets. Wonderful, well cooked breakfast, plenty of choice, friendly staff.
Music kept me awake until late, I say music, it was the boom boom of the base level, don't know where it was coming from. Also in the early hours of the morning another noise kept waking me up, don't know if it was latecomers arriving, I think a couple of coaches came in, didn't hear voices, I just couldn't make out what it was. Didn't get much sleep.
Relaxed family atmosphere. Friendly staff Restaurant food not over expensive and good value
Charging for car park and room service.
Location, room fine, knowledgeable and very helpful reception staff and a good breakfast supported by fast efficient breakfast staff led by an enthusiastic manager.
High Prices at the bar for drink Taking £150 holding as security and not informing us that it would 2-3 working days to go back on , this transaction blocked our card
Breakfast was good with lots of choice. Rooms were clean.
Bed was very hard and not comfortable at all. Bathroom could do with updating. There was a function going on which was just down the hall from our room, I am hard of hearing and it was keeping me awake as I could hear the music, was worse for my partner who's hearing is good. We were not told this would be going on when we booked nor when we arrived.
Food, bed, shower
Same as most budget hotels
paying for parking £5 per day, when you drive in at night looks like £0.00 for parking as metal plate reflects no choice anyway as in middle of industrial estate. paying £15 a day for internet. my O2 internet seemed jammed and went straight to Hilton log in. bottle of water on table looked like complimentary but when you put your glasses on £3.95. TV difficult to use. also would have been nice if the staff smiled when you booked in as it was not my fault if they did not like their work.
Use of gym and pool morning paper big rooms large flat screen tv
To far out of city paying for parking prices at the bar charged for use of wi-fi
Breakfast was excellent. Room very comfortable.
Swimming pool not open but we were not informed of this before visit. Bar staff unable to make cocktail we wished to drink!
Great location for my work, comfortable rooms, nice shower, free use of gym. Food in restaurant is very tasty (breakfast and dinner). Staff are always very friendly and helpful and always look forward to returning.
No biscuits, shower cap or body moisturiser in a standard room which given the price I think should be included. Wi-Fi in room isn't very strong at times. Parking is also additional cost even when you are staying overnight.
Room was cold, took ages for small heater to work. Extractor fan in bathroom noisy and there was no way to turn it off. In general worst hotel stayed in,expected so much more from a Hilton, big disapppointment, will not be back.
Staff were very friendly and helpful
More like a travel lodge; bland setting, bland building, bland decor. Toilet had seen better days. Mass produced breakfast. Worst of all, a nauseating smell emanating from the radiator - like being assaulted by magic tree air fresheners. A Hilton Hotel in name only.
Excellent service, staff were very polite and helpful, Room was excellent
Having to go home
