We where at the Badminton horse trials and the hotel was in a great location for same. Just off the m4 j18 it was clean and served its purpose good value and a good breakfast. will return next year. We had a meal in the restaurant. A steak dish and a salmon dish both were tasteless. Portions were small with 9 homemade chips in each. Should have eaten in the bar area, better value. Would like to find better restaurant in the area.

Good location for a quick overnight close to the motorway. Breakfast included with good choice. Got an excellent room rate. Room very comfortable. Pool for the kids. Parking charges. Overcharged me on the bill at checkout, but took charge off. Breakfast staff were there for ornamental purposes only I think as they didn't bring any teas/coffees or juices as they were meant to.

The bar area was really big and lovely layout to it and the staff were friendly also No lift, even though only one floor up with a heavy suitcase a bit of a pain.

Waiters and bar staff , room attendants very friendly Nice pool , ,newly decorated Our room smelt , so we asked to move , then later on that evening we heard reception staff talking about us !! We had room service for extra £6 which was fine but when we got bill they charged extra £5 for the tray !! Which was not stated on the order very sneaky , bed was hard and squeaky and bathroom door was squeaky too, we were on ground floor so got the brunt of all the noise

Convenient location just off the motorway - we needed somewhere to stay to break up a longer journey and it was ideal. Jacuzzi was broken and swimming pool was freezing - too cold for us and some other guests to be able to use. A shame because the pool was the main reason we booked.

Convenient location.Beds were comfortable. Breakfast was fine. The hotel decor is getting old: carpets should be removed. Smoking rooms should be eliminated completely: smell diffuses into non smoking areas & we had to shift room due to this. Smell from cleaning materials is in evidence in the rooms and common areas. To be honest I expect a higher standard from the Hilton.

The room was large and clean, the facilities of the pool, sauna and steam room were fab, with good length of opening hours. Having to pay £5.00 for parking, and if you want to watch anything that isnt only normal tv channels, you have to pay. Bottle of water in room £3.50!!!! I paid for a more expensive room and no of the above were included!

Bedroom very comfortable. Having bath and shower. Dealt with at reception with politeness and efficiency. Breakfast was excellent and waitress service quiet and efficient. Unfortunately we were woken at 3am After a very quiet start to our night we were woken with a lot of shouting and banging which went on for sometime. I then rang reception and a reassuring voice promised to deal with situation, which they did. Having spoken to the gentleman who was on duty, he said it took a quarter of an hour to do so. He apologised sincerely for the disruption.

The rooms were clean, there was plenty of choice for the breakfast and large communal areas. The Wi-Fi charge of £14.99 per night was ridiculous, the parking of £5 per night is also a first for a hotel where you are booked to stay. The room service prices were inflated as were the bar prices so you may get a great price for the room with breakfast but all the extras will actually double the size of your bill!!
