paying for the water in the room!
Disabled parking availability. Relaxed Sunday catering in the lounge.
Had to get room changed after 1st. night, because next door had tele. on until gone 05.00hrs.Hence quality of sleep was actually poor/excellent!
Good size car park. Leisure facilities. Excellent bedroom. Extensive range for breakfast
The hotel was beautiful the grounds were lovely, the staff were friendly, and happy to help! with wonderful facilities, my dancers made full use of the swimming pool fantastic for warm ups prior to their dance competition!!! The food was simply fantastic compliments to the chef!!!...
The pillows were awful, and the put up bed the family room was very uncomfortable and you could feel all the springs!!
Great bar and restaurant, tasty dinner and breakfast.
Room was decorated in Brown so quite dark and the mattress was awful you could feel the springs and when you turned over it was extremely noisy.
Temperature in bedroom too warm No robes or slippers as should of been included in our booking
Decor generally tired. Bed very uncomfortable.
Public areas very pleasent. We ate in restaurant & expected mediocre hotel food - in fact it was very good quality, good service & value for money.
It was quite noisy at night. A constant challenge for busy hotels I know.
Check in was easy and staff were friendly. Had a nice welcome pack in the room of bottled water and some nuts. Also a complimentary drink at the bar - most appreciated!
The beds could do with comfier mattresses - you could feel the springs through ours and they creaked every time you rolled over! Shame that as a resident you have to pay for parking on top of your stay.
The hotel staff were friendly and very helpful, even down to the security were helpful and assisted us as we arrived back to the hotel late and could not get into the hotel, the hotel security came to the rescue and showed us how we could enter through the doors after hours he was very friendly and helpful. Overall a great relaxed stay in a great peaceful enviroment.
Good location on route to Cornwall. Excellent breakfast selection.
The was a daddy long legs and a woodlouse in the bathroom, the shower curtain was too long for the bath and ripped at the top, there was a hair in the bath.
Typical Hilton hotel layout and services
Getting into the Restaurant can be hard due to group bookings so have to eat bar food
The bed of very good quality. The staff who were really nice. The nice breakfast included. The access to the "spa".
The room smelled like pee. The TV didn't work well. The bottle of water in the room was really expensive. The car park and internet are not free. Internet is really expensive.
Was close to the motorway, Has a pool and gym, Staff are good.
Food and drinks very Expensive - we ended up going to the local Nando's for superior food at better prices, very industrial looking building, is in an industrial estate.
Free wifi needed in rooms
The reception saff were very friendly, the bar area was spacious and very inviting, the room was a good size and very clean. The bed was very large and very comfortable. The breakfast was excellent and the staff were very attentive altogether a very good hotel
There was nothing we didn't like.
We used the Hilton as a central meeting point for myself and a friend and it couldn't have been better. We used the tranquil pool and steam room then had a lovely dinner and drink in the friendly bar. The staff we very friendly and helpful. The room was a very good size and breakfast in the mornings was incredible. We had a great catch up in a perfect environment.
Paying to park the car Paying for room internet Room needs an upgrade Bathroom needs an upgrade Management gouge everyone, every time they can - its pay pay pay when many other hotels provide car park and internet FOC
staff helpful and good
all good, nice room
bar prices expensive, didn't eat but prices for restaurant also expensive. Location not great with no local entertainment.
Very comfortable bed and nice English breakfast. Staff were polite and easy to talk to.
No free parking even though it was 6miles away from the main city centre. We were also very disappointed for not having our room and bathroom refreshed even once during our entire stay. We never expected this at a Hilton Hotel.
Comfortable bed, warm pool, great room
It's £20 for a taxi into bristol, £30 at night and there is nothing to do nearby. This is a conference hotel, not a holiday hotel.
Rooms, and area
Reservation staff very unhelpful on the phone when booking - the staff at the actual hotel were excellent.
Clean hotel with friendly staff. Food good & good variety.
Petty charges. Charge for water in bedroom. Charge for car parking.
It was in the summer season. But the rooms have no the air-cons. It was awful. There was no the lift. Less of bellman.
