Huge family room with two queen size beds, great to fit the whole family in as for only one night. We were only stopping one night to break up the jouney, 1 mile of m5 so convenient. Huge bonus to have a great swimming pool, steam room and sauna, which we used to get rid of the kids energy before continuing with our journey. Coffee very expensive in hotel lobby coffee shop £4.50 for a medium coffee. Wi-fi was extra £15 per night, this should be free in every hotel. Parking was extra £5 per night, again should be free for hotel residents.

Clean, warm, nice room, good food. Fast check in and out with pleasant reception staff. Plenty of parking Wi-Fi charge is a complete rip off and room service food is expensive with the tray charge. Being charged for parking as a resident.

Facilities were in top order. Did not get any sleep prior to midnight due to noise from guests. Staff did respond to calls to settle things, but peace didn't last long. Gave up complaining after a while....thought staff could have been more proactive in monitoring the problem rather than relying on guests to complain.

Ambience! Warm & cosy. Breakfast! We had to Que for a long time & just as one item was replaced another item ran out. The breakfast staff had no get up & go about them, I could have cooked the food quicker. It was obviously busy that morning, so you would think they would be more prepared. Also coffee was so strong, that we had to ask for some more.

Friendly staff, good three-course meal for £17.95, good breakfast, comfortable room, very good value for money weekend package. Not sure about having to pay more for wifi. Might be better to add something on to the room-price and offer this free.

Quiet room with a large comfortable bed. Convenient location. Very good full English breakfast. Easy parking. Lugging suitcases up two flights of stairs. Confusion about opening times for pool. The hotel and/or Booking.com lost our booking.

The whole atmosphere from start to finish we were able to relax and participate in other events if we so choose to. The double bed though comfortable was slightly too small considering that we average size people something for management to look into.
