We thought the cooked breakfast was disappointing. Mushrooms would have helped
Bar was rather cold More heating needed
I went with some of my staff as its near to the head office. On arrival booking was incorrect. TV did not work despite them attempting to fix it. Internet kept cutting out. Bed was old. On leavin they forgot to prepare my preordered breakfast. Definitely not Hilton standard.
Toilet broch and claen
The price and the friendliness of staff
The quality of the bathroom facilities, some didn't work well and the bathroom decoration was very tired and patched.
Price for the room was good as was access to the airport. Parking was ample.
Restaurant was massively overpriced for there quality of food received!
Leisure facilities spacious room
As a guest having to pay for parking An odour in the room ? drains
The chairs in the restaurant were filthy and some had holes in the seat covers, the bed was rock hard and very noisy when turning over. The rooms have little or no soundproofing as it is possible to hear all the conversations in the corridor outside the room and for some distance.
Bar staff and reception staff were helpful and friendly
It was quite cold in the bar area in the evening
The hotel was in an ideal location for where we wanted to stay and better still there was a Toby carvery over the road so we didn't have to pay the extortionate prices for a drink and breakfast
The family room we stayed in was very shabby and in desperate need of a redecorate. The staff didn't seem to know what they were doing as they never validated the car parking ticket also we had to ask twice if they could check us in properly as the television wouldn't work until this was corrected but they still never got it right also the wifi was supposed to be free but they tried to charge £14.99 not that impressed to be honest premier inn all the way in future
I stayed in this hotel for a nite with my husband as soon as you walked in it was stunning and was welcome with a lovely smile very nice staff , the room was lovely and very clean will defo come back
only thing I didn't like much was the bed it was a bit uncomfortable to sleep on needs to be softer
Great quick service, clean with friendly helpful staff. Breakfast was delicious and even used the compact but great gym. Loved the firm mattress too!
Feather pillows are not for me but I couldn't find any others to swap with in our room.
Very clean and well presented rooms. no noise from ajoining rooms ie taps running or toilet flushing ensure a good nights sleep.Good breakfast choise.
Spaciousness and comfort. Also open spaces in grounds made walking dog easy. Food was excellent and plentiful
A charge of £5 for parking the car was excessive as the car was the only means of transport available to us. Suggest no charge for residents
Being directed to the wrong staircase after check in at 03:00 Control of the TV in room 206 was intermittent despite a change of remote, A misunderstanding at breakfast by the staff member dealing with the list on the second morning resulted in a more senior member of staff being called for, when a direct question to me as asked by the other staff member would have resolved the matter.
Parking rate of £5 strongly objected to. Sister visited to share a drink Brother visited to share a drink Total £15 if in London you expect not in Bromsgrove in your own car park the management was not at all customer satisfaction orientated
Reception were pleasant and apologetic.
Room 109 - very smelly. reported following our first night stay. Reported again as we left after second night. Towels have an awful smell. Walls touched up with paint which do not blend in with base colour. Pillows awful, mattress poor, bed frame squeaks with every move. Breakfast both days in lobby/reception area? Have stayed in this hotel on and off over the past 20 years. Now very tired and in need of some refurbishment. Sorry to say I will never stay again.
Pillows reduced down too much had a sore neck the next morning, only down side otherwise a lovely stay.
Generally the hotel and service was excellent - in Reception, the bar and in the restaurant for breakfast, but....
The hotel charges £5.00 to bring your car into their car park and there is no realistic alternative to doing so. This is not refundable and it in not included in cost of the room. So it is £5.00 extra on arrival. This is misrepresenting the actual cost of staying at the hotel. It really should be included in the cost of the room or be refundable. My one night was booked for £67, but with £5.00 for parking and £10.00 for breakfast (if you don't pre-pay it is more) the total bill jumped to £82.00.
Swimming Food Room
Tv was a pain
Excellent reception staff and a very pleasant feel to the hotel generally.
Noisy bed! Not enough towel rails. Parking machine needs attention. Wine is far too expensive.
Mattress was awful, wifi and parking more expensive than anticipated, staff not that friendly
