Staff friendly and helpful, nice breakfasts good location
Not really bad just an observation there was no public computer or printer And the wi fi wasn't free
Staff were very friendly and catered to your needs. They knew my name throughout the stay after check-in. Whatever I requested it was there.
Stop with hilton bromsgrove once every 2 weeks and my last stay I was frezzing cold all night and that was with the little heater in the room. I woke up many times thru the night shivering.
Room was cold. Shower didn't work. Needed refurb.
I booked in to the hotel, could not get wifi all day ,requested passwords 4 to 5 times still didn't work ,used the gym it was fine ,,went to sleep about 12 ,was woken rudely by a couple having sexual intercourse , complained personally to staff ,asked to move to another room ,other room smelt badly ,asked member of staff to check it out ,but they said there was no smell ,in which I felt again foolish and extremely let down and disgusted by both staff and hotel manor in which I was dealth with ,,at approx 9 am , I got up ,had breakfast ,checked out without argument paid my fee ,but left the hotel disgusted with prior activities ,in my opinion I would not recommend that hotel to any associates of mine ,
The staff were excellent could not fault them at all
Food like chips stopped being served at 11 so had to go out hotel to a pizza place didn't like that the drinks in the main bar cost us 25.00 for 3 drinks one being a shot that is disgusting I think food was overpriced too I think needs looking ito also no fridge in the room most places have a fridge to store drinks
The staff were friendly and attentive. The (family) room was large and clean and the beds comfortable.
This Hilton, unlike others we have stayed in does not have king size beds. The separate bath and toilet area is cramped. Most Hiltons offer free wi-fi. This one does not.
Hotel staff were great, nice health centre, good beds and good breakfast (lots of choice, generous deal where kids eat free).
Charging £5 to park a car miles from any public transport, next to a motorway is nasty. And although we got free wifi because of Xmas deal it is usually £15 per day. Fifteen pounds!! For a day. I couldn't believe this. Room could have been better vacuumed and a fridge and mini safe should be standard.
The bedrooms were large enough for families. The pool was excellent. The children's meals were varied and free when an adult was also eating. Nothing was too much trouble. All the staff were very helpful and friendly.
The noise in our bedroom was like some sort of electric pump or extractor fan on - all night long. The hotel reception and dining area wS cold
The breakfast lounge was very busy but still quality and vaule for money
£5 to park overnight ? I would prefer they just put that cost on the room tariff I can't understand charging for parking in a hotel out in the sticks.
Staff friendliness and helpful.
Had to ask for bathrobes
No hairdryer £14.95 a night for wifi - what a joke - for a hotel like the Hilton! You should be ashamed of yourselves - you have slipped down the hotel list - now more Holiday Inn than Crowne Plaza or Radisson. Also charging £5 parking a night - surprised you didn't charge me to use the water, hang on, you tried to! £3.95 for a 2 litre bottle in my room. Is everything a potential revenue stream for you? Perhaps you should start charging for 'Hilton Air'. The customer service was standard at best!
Reception was lovely as were the staff. The room and bed were very comfortable and room service quality was good.
The TV wasn't working and although housekeeping came out and fixed the problem, the remote failed after an hour and I was left with just a radio to listen to all night. The toilet flush was also fautly.
We thought the cooked breakfast was disappointing. Mushrooms would have helped
Bar was rather cold More heating needed
I went with some of my staff as its near to the head office. On arrival booking was incorrect. TV did not work despite them attempting to fix it. Internet kept cutting out. Bed was old. On leavin they forgot to prepare my preordered breakfast. Definitely not Hilton standard.
Toilet broch and claen
The price and the friendliness of staff
The quality of the bathroom facilities, some didn't work well and the bathroom decoration was very tired and patched.
Price for the room was good as was access to the airport. Parking was ample.
Restaurant was massively overpriced for there quality of food received!
Leisure facilities spacious room
As a guest having to pay for parking An odour in the room ? drains
The chairs in the restaurant were filthy and some had holes in the seat covers, the bed was rock hard and very noisy when turning over. The rooms have little or no soundproofing as it is possible to hear all the conversations in the corridor outside the room and for some distance.
Bar staff and reception staff were helpful and friendly
It was quite cold in the bar area in the evening
The hotel was in an ideal location for where we wanted to stay and better still there was a Toby carvery over the road so we didn't have to pay the extortionate prices for a drink and breakfast
The family room we stayed in was very shabby and in desperate need of a redecorate. The staff didn't seem to know what they were doing as they never validated the car parking ticket also we had to ask twice if they could check us in properly as the television wouldn't work until this was corrected but they still never got it right also the wifi was supposed to be free but they tried to charge £14.99 not that impressed to be honest premier inn all the way in future
I stayed in this hotel for a nite with my husband as soon as you walked in it was stunning and was welcome with a lovely smile very nice staff , the room was lovely and very clean will defo come back
only thing I didn't like much was the bed it was a bit uncomfortable to sleep on needs to be softer
