No Lift had to carry loads of bags upstairs Extractor fan outside bedroom on all night Paying for parking, no indication of this when booking, why not include it Room far too hot Shower over bath too small and curtain useless
The beds were perfect
The Bathroom wasn't Oke it smelled very bad and the ventilation didn't work
Excellent range of breakfast foods and can eat as much as you want; convenient location off M5 or M42 when heading South West; hotel is pet friendly; loads of guests but rooms very quiet; extensive well-maintained grounds; swimming pool.
Bed mattress ok but pillows hard and uncomfortable; clothes storage right next to bathroom so propensity for getting damp; parking isn't free, min £5 overnight; booking in advance doesn't necessarily get a better deal
Breakfast, bar, breakfast and day reception staff were friendly, heloful and the Livingwell gym facilities and staff were good!
Shower head needed descaling as not powerful
Room very good size, clean, breakfast ok. Staff polite. Did not use other hotel facilities.
Should not charge residents for parking. This is not a city centre hotel and has plenty of parking spaces. Very poor to charge £5.00.
Location and Price
I have been to the Hilton many times as my family live close to this location and meet up with a few friends I have always found the staff accommodating and the young Barman did change our drinks when I mentioned the sparkling wine was very flat , in fact it pleased us very much when he came back with two glasses of Champagne , you can not ask for more than that.
this visit was the first time I have paid for parking at any Hilton Hotel especially at this one
Fair hotel for overnight stay, especially on a business trip. Good breakfast.
No drawers for clothes, no free bottled water or biscuits, bed springs very noisy, bathroom tiny an overweight person would have a problem getting in, and overweight person could not close the door - the toilet should have been behind the door, not in front of it!
Comfortable bed, good breakfast.
Small bathroom with wide door, washbasin outside in recess! Mirror in bedroom too high, need it over desk. Uncomfortable chair.
comfy bed, clean room, polite staff, nice pool & sauna
there was a really loud squeeling sound i think may have been coming from the air con outside near to our room.. it was quite annoying as i could hear it over the tv.. was a nice stay other than that
Bed not great- mattress seemed old and springs made a noise. Otherwise room was lovely
I thought the gym was very good ,the health club was excellent. The breakfast was very good .
Paying for the carpark £5.00 per day after spending so much on the package, the bed was a little hard for me,the food was expensive. The delux room is pricey for what you have in the package.
The fact that we will never stay in your hotel again.
Apart from the very uncomfortable beds, we booked an alarm call for 6am because we had an important business meeting at 8pm. We had papers/minutes to read before the meeting We didn't get the alarm call and we were late for our meeting. Very embarrassing. Very poor service. We were given a £25.00 voucher in recompense, but as we will never stay there again it is completely worthless.
The bed made a cluncking noise every time we moved. Room was pleasant enough but sofa looked old and walls were marked.
Comfort facilities food and location
Having to pay £5 per day for parking on site
Car park fee And had to for wifi in your room Holiday inn free parking and free wifi
nice quite spacious room
Restaurant staff , friendly
Noisy spring beds . Heartless decor . Parking charge Bathroom outdated and not very clean
The facilities were very good, staff very helpful especially the lady cleaning our room. Breakfast was delicious.
Noisiest hotel at night ever although this was the fault of other residents and not the hotels fault.
Helpfulness of staff. Comfort and standard of the room and also the leisure facilities.
Paying for car parking. The hotel was very busy which didn't make for a relaxing stay.
The whole weekend.
Pleasant staff, very clean & comfortable surroundings.
Guests have to pay £5 for parking on site.
Used toiletries, and the price of car parking. Very small bathroom for price of room
We were on the first floor
Room was quite dusty
I found the staff at reception to be extremely courteous and helpful. Very pleasant indeed, which was a nice way to be received after a long day.I didn't have much of a chance to experience much that the hotel had to offer on this occasion.but I will certainly have no hesitation in returning hopefully to avail of the excellent facilities available.
