The location of the hotel was excellent , both short10min walks from piccadilly and victoria railway stations , also close to the printworks and the men arena for concerts , manchesters great for bars , shopping and dining out !!! Room was v hot

The Hostel felt very secure with the series of doors and key cards into various areas. The stall was friendly and exceptionally helpful. The complimentary tea and toast was a nice touch. My room was very very clean. I had a hard time finding the hostel. Once I found the Square I was fine, but it took me a long time to get to that point.

Lovely stay, room super, bed comfortable, bathroom clean. I stayed in a private room, which was peaceful, some street noise but no more than reasonable. Facilities, free tea and coffee and toast great. Staff were very friendly and helpful, could have been more efficient with things but I think they may have been training someone?

I loved how helpful the staff were. Those people cannot possibly get enough cudos from me, because they completely salvaged what could have been a horrible weekend for me. Free hot drinks 24/7 also get a big plus, and the events they organize, the ones I joined in with, I enjoyed. The posters for advertising how you can purchase internet access I personally found a little miss-leading. I though I was buying a bulk access window for using the internet on their PCs, but you can only do that for WiFi.

The Hostel is closed to Picadilly station and the shopping centre. The staff was helpful and kitchen and dorm were really clean. Unfortunately as was Saturday and the dorm has got the window on the road it was quite noisy.

Perfect location, 10min walking from the train station, 20min by tramway from the Old Trafford and 15 min walking from the Sankeys Club! The only inconvenient is the street noise, I could hear it by night in the room I was

The location is excellent right in the city center and close to the train station, but the street is pretty quiet. The staff was very friendly. There is a kitchen where you can cook. There is a small courtyard where you can smoke and meet other travellers. They have wireless internet in the rooms.

It is very clean and the room is big. The best thing is that it is located in the northern quarter of Manchester. Very convenient. I wished I could choose my bed.

My room was perfect, the bed was huge and their was a flat screen tv on the wall, we had a double ensuite room. I called the hostel in October to ook an extra night, they said this was fine, I then called again in November to confirm and I had my booking for friday and saturday night. When I arrived, some-one had changed my booking to one night and I had to walk around at midnight to find another hotel. I was hugely inconvenienced by this and had to pay double for a hotel in the area.
