Hilton Chambers - Hostel  

Really clean, good atmosphere, nice decoration. Free internet in common areas, big kitchen and toast an coffee included. Besides, great location. Friendly and helpful staff. I would definitely come back.

No internet in the rooms, but apart from that, the hostel is excellent and the price too.

Clean room, well presented, tea, coffee and toast available and free all day. Close to Manchester Picc station and other bits and bobs.

Terrible shower, like standing with your back to Jim Davidson, who is prodding you with intermittently scalding and freezing metal rods. I'm sure that's not the case throughout, though.

Staff were very friendly and helpful, rooms were comfy and not too large. Hostel seemed very safe and free breakfast was a lucky surprise.

Situated on a very noisy street. Rooms were too warm for mid-April.

Lot of thought put into facilities.

Young abusive drunks coming into the shared mens domitory room at 3am on Sunday morning and looking for a fight. Had to call security. Very difficult situation.

Group bookings were available, affordable and felt very safe with the security of the hostel.

Everything! In my mind this is not a hostel, it's a hotel. Much nicer than some hotels I've stayed in before!

Very clean, city centre based, excellent staff, very good free breakfast with good choice for the money paid. Ideal for some one visiting for couple of days either on business or leisure purpose. Will come back again if needed. Only comment: a clean towel could be provided free of charge. I paid two euros for it.

The girls in reception (especially a brunette) were really helpful and friendly. Never crowded in the bathroom, although the showers are not very private. Great location near Piccadilly Station. Loved that they did all your laundry for a cheap price.

No wifi in rooms. The guys in the reception were pretty much useless. You heard and felt the traffic outside inside the bedrooms.

Very good location and friendly staff. It is easy to find and 24 hours desk. The room is clean with basic equipment. The price is good value even including the breakfast, which is good for backpackers.
