The staff were very polite and friendly. Food was good. That it was very noisy in the hallway all night long. Some of the hotel could do with updating. I often stay at the Holiday inn in Woking and qua price quality its better. |

The staff on reception were friendly, unlike the staff at breakfast, table did not have everything on.Had to chase for more coffee, jams etc. The room was shabby, cobwebs in the corners and nasty water stains on the ceiling - cost of room was not releflected in the decor. |

Leisure and fitness facilities were very good. Air conditioning. was welcome as weather was warm.. Food was good. Room was comfortable. Staff were friendly. Our daughtr did not have air con and was uncomfortable. Nor did she have a hair dryer.At breakfast, we were seated at a table where the chairs were too low making eating a difficult experience. Others requested to move from these tables, particularly the elderly. |

Comfortable Hotel with good facilities. Friendly staff. Enjoyed an excellent dinner and hearty breakast. Took advantage of the leisure facilities. The in room guide to hotel facilities could have been more explicit. The only directions given were by the receptionist indicating the way to the restaurant. Got a bit lost a couple of times! |

Awfull, needs re-decorating. Restaurant -- food was terrible. It is not good value for money even at discounted price. The staff were accomodating as they were aware of the poor quality of the establishment they work in. It is sad that this place is called hilton!!! |

Good location and check-in/check-out procedures. The room lighting was very poor. Also breakfast was rather disorganised, and we weren't told about the facility to place orders for specials. We only found out about this as we were leaving the dining room when we happened to see some people queuing for omelettes and poached eggs. |
