Set in a contemporary glass-fronted building, this 4-star hotel is 1 minutes’ walk from the cobbled High Street of Guildford.

Just 25 miles from London and 20 minutes from Heathrow lies a resort ranked as "one of the best luxury family hotels"- The Times.

Swimming pool, food,room size,toiletries
Noisy room above toilet and we could hear hand drier electric fan every few minutes so we complained and go moved to another room which had been used because there was a dirty towel and we had to get fresh ones. Later noticed mark on sheet and coat hangars in bathroom sink. Obviously it had been used and not checked or clean. Will be writing to the manager.
The staff were very helpful from the off. The hotel was clean and comfortable as one should expect from the Hilton. Would happily stay again and recommend to others.
Grounds for walking the dog. Staff were friendly and helpful.
The food and beer were rubbish
Location & surroundings where excellent! Brekfast was fab and the bar in the evening was good! Staff always friendly and helpful!
Stayed in one of the upstairs garden rooms, which was freezing on arrival! Had to use two quilts as the heating system didn't work! There was a Christmas party at the hotel and it was noisy during the evening
Welcoming atmosphere, good service, helpful staff, lovely surroundings - loved the pool, steam room & sauna, No hesitation in recommending to others this hotel,
Nothing not to like!!
Great location - good breakfast
House keeping and reception was poor. They didn't change tea and coffee tray daily and when asked at reception for extra milk and sugar was told house keeping had gone and to go and ask at a busy bar for some myself... not what I expected from this hotel... it wasn't cheep and to be honest I think a cheaper hotel would have been better
Excellent, friendly staff.
Good (room service) could have been better value for money.
location in relation to travelling to twickenham
Restaurant: staff need to be more attentive & interested, dusty surfaces. Cutlery, grocery & condiments were a bit grubby & dirty at times. Bathrooms: could do with a makeover & sweep of floors Bedrooms: dusty surfaces & chipped paintwork Booked a family room but were allocated a 'king' room & a folding single bed was quickly put in the room which made it cramped.
Curly hairs in the bath and lots of hair in the plug hole!
Value for money Good location for my purpose
Very tired interior. Looks like gone back time tunnel. Rather expensive menu for the environment
Very good value
Staff attitude - everyone was very positive and friendly.
When we arrived our room was cold. We couldn't get the heating to work. We reported this to reception (7.15 pm on 22.11.14) who said they would send someone to look at it/ repair it. No-one came and I ended up going to bed in 2 t-shirts and a cardigan. It was an uncomfortable and cold night.
Staff were helpful
Paying an extortionately unrealistic fee for WiFi the result being that I have now told my travel department (700+ world travelling employees) to stop using Hilton UK because of no free WiFi. Walls are paper thin, place was noisy, tatty and dated.
The hotel was easy to find and the staff were very polite and helpful. Good value for money.
Our room was cold and the heating wasn't working properly. However once we mentioned this we were immediately moved to a much better warmer room without any fuss. Strong smell of cigarette smoke outside our door in the corridor which was disappointing.
Reception staff were very efficient and helpful. Clean and comfy modern room. Would definitely recommend requesting a dinner voucher when you check-in if you need an evening meal:£20 per person for 3 courses, 4-5 choices for each course. The breakfast was superb too. Overall, very convenient if you're travelling in the area and great value for money. We didn't have time to use the spa so can't comment on that.
The heating system was temperamental and the room took ages to heat up. The staff at both dinner and breakfast were helpful when asked but overall the restaurant service was disorganised and chaotic with people having to get up and walk around to find someone to order drinks! Some of the dishes were cold too which suggests a lack of serving staff. There are several restaurants in Cobham but not within walking distance; the hotel is rather isolated in that respect but ideal if you're using the A3.
Staff were helpful
The prices of the drinks and bottles of wine are far too expensive they are a total rip off maybe the hotel feels that the majority of people staying are business men who can put everything down to expenses unfortunately we are not how can they justify £3.60 for a bottle of coke ?????
The facilities were very good and everything was clean and tidy. Ideal for a business trip.
The bar closed to all but guests after 11. We were guests, but with friends and could not get drinks at all. To this, the staff were a touch rude in the handling of this.
The hotel has definitely seen better days!
Staying up stair
Down stair room
We were celebrating our Golden Wedding and the staff went out of their way to make our stay enjoyable.
Ambience, location and friendly staff
No complaints at all
the bar area
After reading some of the previous reviews, I was fairly apprehensive about this place. However, I was pleasantly surprised. The staff on the front desk were very friendly while checking in and out. We only stayed for one evening and unfortunately didn't have time to make full use of the facilities on offer (pool/spa treatments) but overall, enjoyable and I slept very well!
This hotel is convenient for the Brooklands, Cobham, and Surrey in general, dependent on traffic you can reach Heathrow and Gatwick airports, LEGOLAND, Windsor, Chessington World of Adventures (needs a shorter name). Set in woodland it is b very peaceful. Usually reasonable room rates and good breakfast.
The bar food is overpriced, generally a main meal will cost £15 and a desert will set you back £9, they also have a Costa coffee bar, the Massimo Latte normally would cost you £3.50 on the high street, they charge almost £5 for, they know that they have a captive audience and they take advantage that you would have to drive to get to an alternative.
