Good food both breakfast and evening meal. Good conference facilities
Had to pay for parking at hotel. Had to pay for wi-fi.
good location for access to motorway restaurant good quality food
stained carpets in superior room chipped and damaged doors and walls spa poor old stained showers pool cloudy gym only 1 running machine operating not anywhere near the usual hilton standards disappointing.
Nice staff. Comfortable room. Decent swimming pool and spa.
Dodgy breakfast - made me ill
The staff were definitely the highlight of this hotel. All engaged and engaging and a credit to their trade.
Bed linen, although clean, lacked an appropriate clean smell
Very comfortable bed
Most of the staff were very friendly. Received drinks vouchers that we could use in the bar. We had some issues but the manager helped sort them out.
Booked meal for 7 at the reception but when we arrived restaurant had no booking. Very noisy on a Saturday night. Sunday was fine. Told breakfast would be served from 7 we arrived at this time but it did not start till 7.30. Only 1 price for breakfast no children's option. Manager not very helpful
I like the service of the people who working on the reception. room service also good.
I don't like the staff working on the leisure center. I will give them zero marks.
Comfortable bed, swim, sauna, food, staff all excellent
No "soul" to the place, really rather bland decor and furnishing, very expensive as a solo person.
Very comfortable furniture. Perfect breakfast and other important things were good
The sink wasn't convenient at all. You can only use the cold or very hot water separately. But on the other hand, everything besides that was great.
Room was reasonably comfortable if somewhat dated. Staff was responsive.
Was not walkable to any pubs etc. still in need of further renovations to bring it up to Hilton standards.
Staff make you welcome room very clean bed very comfortable
Lovely facilities including swimming pool which we didn't know was there, luckily Maisie (fabulous receptionist) told us Tesco wasn't far away and we could purchase spa goods. All the staff were lovely in fact
Should have booked direct and not through Booking.com, when I booked there were only two twin rooms left so I took them, as a family of four we could separate into two units of two. Booking.com only booked one room and there no others left, the hotel were very helpful even before I showed them the printout proving Booking.com had got it wrong, we swapped with a gentleman who had a family room, the staff at the Hilton were fabulous
* Excellent, spacious rooms * Great customer service * Reasonably priced room service
* Awkward location to find and walk to * Halls were a bit busy during the late evening due to an event going on downstairs
Everything about the hotel was top class. Rooms brilliant. Beds massive. And everything there for a good nights stay
Only thing I would fault is the location. About £10 taxi into Coventry. But £13 to £15 coming back. But then again if your not there for a night on the town would definitely recommend.
Comfortable bed which is always a must. Clean room and the leisure facilities were all good.
The receptionist gave us the wrong room key so trying to enter a room that was already occupied was to say the least embarrassing. He also failed to tell us what i thought would be standard to tell, what time breakfast was served and where or where the leisure facilities were.
The reception from Beverly at the Hilton was brilliant, like a 4 star NY hotel, and has continued to be every time we have stayed - 4x in the past month, thank you. New restaurant and bar area looks stylish and welcoming. Beds really comfortable, good sleep. Rooms are a generous and we had some great deals during the summer quieter period.
The style of the restaurant bar to be continued in the rooms, problems with air con, half the rooms don't seem to have a working system. V important for a 4 star hotel.
Facilities are very good, spacious room and we had a very pleasant overnight stay whilst attending a charity dinner.
Busy out of town location.
Friendly Staffs spacious room comfy bed and pillows.
Very old, require some touch-up ie, the window frame is very old and hardly to get the window open to get some fresh air, carpet is damp when we checked in, and room smells bit damp too. bathroom walls and tub required better cleaning - fair enough its very old however some yellow stains can be removed by steam cleaning.
I stay at the Hilton or Holiday Inn (across the road) purely because I swim everyday. The pool at the Hilton is good but the food is expensive, very carby and all tastes the same; whereas the Holiday Inns food is allot better. The room facilities maybe alittle tired at the holiday inn but you do get a fridge, trouser press and a better selection of TV channels. Unlike the Hilton, which even though has undergone an expensive refurb, they didn't really touch the rooms, concerntrating mainly on the reception, bar and Resturant Which does look great as you walkin esp as the outside still looks drab and in desperate need of a clean and paint. However at the Holiday inn the pool is nice , but it's not one for people who swim for excersise like me. So if you too find yourself in this predicament do what I do - stay at the Hilton get a room with Breakfast inc use their pool and at dinner nip out either to McDonalds, Burger King etc they are all on the same road as both these hotels as is the huge supermarkets Tescos, Asda, Lidl. They don't tell ya that on Booking.com

Location was good and the hotel had potential.
When booking it was not made clear the hotel was undergoing renovation work and all facilities would be closed.
Condom in the draw.
Following the fire a member of staff arrived almost immediately to discover the problem and had the fire alarm turned off thus avoiding a major problem. We were compensated by being given small gifts and a complimentary breakfast on the second day. Also no car park charge.
Room 306 was cold and shabby with stained and torn carpet and ripped net curtains. The duvets were very thin and there were no blankets in the room. When the electric wall heater was switched on flames shot out of the top and bottom scorching the carpet. We had to sleep in a smoke filled room! For this we paid £99 per night without breakfast! We would appreciate your comments!!!
The bed was comfortable
Not enough staff at check in Room tired and torn curtains floor on bathroom not clean Coffee at breakfast cold on both occasions after asking for warm up no salt on table . Having to wait to get bacon cooked To many staff with no direction Just disappointed
