The all around Staff services, The Breakfast and particularly the timings of breakfast with its variety and above all The Event Manager, Sarah Wheatley who was most accomodating in fullfilling our event needs and making sure that we got whatever we needed.

I dont know how but when I added another night to my booking I got the wrong date so when we arrived we weren't booked for that night and I couldn't cancel the booking with you so I lost my money and had nowhere to stay. The receptionist couldn't give me a room there as they were full but she rang around and found us a room nearby. She was very sympathetic and helpful

Room was clean, comfortable and generous in size. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Bath and shower area clean and free from the dreaded black mould. Cracked sink in bathroom, unable to control temperature in room, bathroom extractor fan not working, cooked breakfast was just warm with cold plates. This all sounds bad but they were only very small niggles. We were only there for one night so not really a problem.

The service we received at reception in particular upon checking in and checking out. The room was incredibly clean and as requested on the ground floor with a cot. The staff in the dining room for breakfast were ok but could have done more to ensure we were ok especially as we had a young child.

The Customer care manager Beverley is the only one helpful and went out of the way to make us comfortable. The staff were rude and unhelpful. There were delays in checking in and inspite of us booking several rooms for a wedding party the staff were not flexible or understanding.

The bedding was clean; this was the only saving grace. A run down peeling tower block in need of complete refurbishment and repair. The car park was full of cracks and pot-holes, big puddles, a complete mess. The entrance was shabby with broken signage. The windows were filthy; My room had a stained sofa in it, fixtures coming away in the bathroom. Food debris in the seams of the seat. Grafitti on the lifts; LIfts that never arrived; Cheap ingredients for the food; Grubby torn nets; Overcrowded and short staffed; Torn and tired furnishings; Concrete stairway; Noise from other guests until 2 A.m and no one answered my calls to reception. No wi-fi in the bedrooms. I felt very unsafe here as a lone traveller. Never again. I got 4 hours sleep!

The restaurant served reasonably good food. This hotel is in need of upgrading. The room had threadbare carpets and the furniture had seen better days. The bathroom although well stocked with tolietres had greying towels and discoloured bath suite.

During my stay I proposed to my girlfriend and the staff were fantastic in helping me to arrange it all and keep her from finding out. Extremely helpful and friendly service all round. The location isn't great and taxis are expensive but hotel itself is a wonderful place. Its about £10 taxi into city centre.

Coventry Hilton is one of my favourite hotel among other Hilton branches. Staff is very friendly and rooms are very clean and comfortable and spacious. Swimming pool and spa is simply great. This hotel is designed for any type of stay with family or single person. I would recommend 10 out of 10. Nothing to say

Low cost The staff were ineffective, (eg telling me there wouldn't be a problem with my split booking causing my key not to work, but I had to return to fix it; no welcome/ checking my room no at breakfast) the hotel is dreary and dirty (I was on the grond floor). I expected better of the Hilton brand.
