Very efficient and friendly staff. My room was spacious, clean and very comfortable. Lack of al la carte menu on Saturday night. My idea of a luxury hotel definitely does not include queuing for a carvery for dinner! |

Comfortable and clean Terrible location in the middle of nowhere. Meant strictly for local people with their own car. International travellers avoid strictly. You will pay a fortune in taxi fares. To top it all, the staff are not very friendly or helpful in getting taxis. It was like being stranded on a cold, miserable, desert island. We wanted to visit our daughter at the University of Warwick, and the hotel was advertised as being close to the University. Nothing could be further than the truth. It is literally in the back of beyond. Terrible experience. |

I enjoyed the room and the conference. I found the bar staff incredibly rude. Bar prices seemed to rise by end of the evening. |

The room was very clean and comfortable. The staff on Reception, in the health club and in the restaurant all went out of the way to make our stay enjoyable. The food in the restaurant was very good |

Took advantage of the hotel chain's special 'buy 1 night get 1 free' offer, so only paid £71 for the weekend. At such a price this hotel is exception value for money. Staff were extremely helpful & friendly, & the breakfast was excellent. As others have said, food & drinks are very expensive, but there's plenty of decent alternatives across the main road (as well as a cimema & Tesco). Pretty easy journey into Coventry/Kenilworth/Warwick. The £3 parking charge is rather naughty, & you can hear the next rooms' toilet flushing/shower etc from the room. |

The reception staff were friendy and efficient. Whilst the bed was rather large it was comfortable Coffee and refreshments from the bar were expensive. Car park fee of £3.00 which isnt excessive but I didnt think you should have to pay for the car park if you were a guest in the hotel |

Very nice room, spacious with very comfortable King bed. Large well equiped bathroom. Appreiciate there is always an iron and ironing board in hiltons and sensibly placed hairdryers. Table D'Hote menu good on the whole. Good location just off M6 and only an easy 10 minute drive to the Ricoh Arena. My usual gripe about having to pay to park in a hotel where you are just about to spend quite a bit of money. My room I think must have been a smoking room in a previous life and, although you could not smell the smoke, it was very heavily scented with air spray / room fresher, undoubtedly to eliminate previous smokey smell. |

The hotel was very good value for money and the room was very spacious, the breakfast was very nice. The hotel should only charge the non-residents for car parking and the only thing wrong with our room was it was too hot and the air-con very noisy. |
