Fantstic breakfast. Very friendly Staff.
We have stayed in several other Hiltons in the past and were looking forward to our stay. General ambience was very good, and staff pleasant and helpful. As usual hilton breakfast was 1st class. Hotel was easy to find, clean and ideal for our purpose. We didn't use the pool or gym but have done so at other hiltons and found them to be of a reasonable standard.
The bed was quite hard and (in our room at least) very creaky! Not up to our remembered standard of hilton hotels . Tea making supplies in short supply, only 2 tea bags, 2 milk etc and no biscuits! Bottle of water provided in the room was appreciated until we realised that it was chargeable at £3.95! Also not impressed with fish and chips in the bar, all batter and very thin, grey fish ; to be fair though when checking out we commented in this and the cost £12 was refunded. This did spoil our visit a bit as we did not complain at the time because we wanted to eat together and not individually whilst the fish and chips were replaced. Unfortunately these points tainted our visit and therefore we felt that we could have stayed somewhere purple with a more comfortable bed,!!!
The place is run down and needs an urgent update
The hotel was very comfortable staff friendly facilities very good and breakfast excellent it was in an ideal location for Bluewater shopping only 10 mins from there . Would definately stay there again.
efficient and friendly staff, comfortable well appointed rooms
The hot buffet. I've had better food in department store cafeterias.
frendly and helpful staff. Would stay again
only 2 pillows each and to soft
View of the bridge
No bathrobes, no hairdryer in changing room, no sauna on day 1, reception never answering the phone, restaurant was unavailable due to Christmas parties, noisy swimming lessons
Moved room 3 times bed very poor 1st room then damp 2nd room 3rd ok but not great nights sleep due to beds
Lovely relaxing break
Large well furnished room
Poor service, there was a private function so restaurant was closed and we ate in the lobby but waited 45 minutes for our drinks and food.
No robes or small bottle of wine in double double deluxe No shampoo in room Room service delivered red wine instead of white Bathplug hole rusty
beds were comfortable room size good
Wifi costs - ridiculously expensive. who charges for wifi these days? Room service - cost did not warrant the standard and quality of food Waiting times of calling to reception or room service (25mins) before anyone picked up. Indoor pool and area looked tired and felt a little unclean
restaurant bit cold. Food very average.
Big room plenty of choice at breakfast Lots of faculties very child friendly
Restaurant buffet Noises have party's in it and no ala carte menu buffet basic Staff rude in the restaurant
The,room 235 was perfect for us.The bed was so comfortable & breakfast good.
The bath looked like it needed re enamelling. Please consider Eggs Benedict or Royal for breakfast.
Perfect location for bluewater.
Unfortunately there were building works on the Dartford tunnel throughout the night which kept us all awake.
Good size rooms
Tiny lifts for quite a large hotel had to wait for ages all the time
Location was good for us.
The hotel is starting to feel and look a little tired, although the staff were helpful and willing to help.
Good size room. Bed was firm which may not suit everyone. Excellent breakfast, served with a really good sized tea and coffe pot per person. Everything nice and freshly cooked.
Only complaint was that we opted for the buffet instead of the a la carte. Veg etc OK but gammon was tough and really felt like it had been kept hot got a long time. Also no gravy or sauces on the hot buffet counter so meal was a bit bland
The Showers have converted old school bath tubs with rounded sides so it is impossible to stand in comfortably when showering. For a handicapped person it was near impossible and very dangerous. Someone has slipped a brib to the ADA Councel to certifi the bathtubs as shower tubs. They need to be fined and reported. A bathtub for a shower has a flat bottom not rounded. Two nights of hell. We use a hotel for two things, a great bed and a great shower. We also had electrical problems with Warn out recepticals. Staff was clueless or was afraid to help or speak up to the issues. We will never stay in a Hilton again.
The space size of rooms excellent
Ham sandwich in bar was poor. Cheap sliced white bread with processed ham. Did not finish
Staff at reception were friendly and helpful
Noisy springing mattress Noisy doors that slam and wake you up Why pay separately for car park - add it in the room rate!
There was many bangs and noises which were heard during the night
Location Lobby View from our room Large beds Breakfast
Bed was a bit hard Paying for bottled water in our room Rooms could do with updating
