The reception staff were excellent The room was not always topped up with towle and toilteries etc.The room was in a poor location for a delux room it was right next to the lift which was used most of the night( sounded like a constant cry) and double doors banging so not very relaxing. The breakfast was hit and miss sometimes good and then not good service and cold breakfast. |

The lights did not work properly, there was a loud hum all night even after the air conditioning was tutned off, the bed side lights were only on with the top lights making it uncomfortable to read in bed and worst of all the tiolet didn't flush, until I took the whole thing to peices! |

Reception staff were very good, the room was excellent very quiet and comfortable. The bed was also comfortable I was very anoyed that the fire alarm went off four times between 7pm and 10pm I was assured that the engineer had fixed the problem therefore I was very upset to be woken at 3.20am and again at 4.15am by yet another fralse alarm. I was extremley dissapointed with the dirty state of the ladies changing rooms and the showers in the health spa, the sauna was not working either |

Nice big hotel and big bedroom I did not have a good stay at the Hilton due to the following points: I paid a rate of £105 for room only and the room I booked was to be a very large room with complimentry magazines and newspapers and a playstaion and the main reason for booking this hotel was I needed a gym and pool and this was the only one nearest to my place of work the following day although still a 40 min drive. On arrival, i found that the gym and pool were closed due to a flood at the weekend, this is beyond anybodys control and I understand that but surely this should or could say on the website before booking. I did have a large room but with no magazines or playstation, I rang to check and was told these things had not been provided for a long time. |

All the staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The room was good but a fridge would have been a good idea. There was not much of a choice in starters on the buffet but I enjoyed what I had. The deserts on the buffet only catered for people who were not eating healthily. There was fresh fruit but a fruit salad made up would have been better. |
