We only stayed overnight for one night but found it handy for airport and the shuttle service provided was excellent. The pillows in our room smelt very sweaty and so did the room when we first entered and we had to hae windows open. Shower curtain in bath not very clean either but otherwise we were satisfied. |

The efficiency of the transport to the airport and return was exellent and very prompt, very little waiting around. I have no complaints about the hotel atall, but the driving directions to the hotel were incorrect. |

The night we stayed was fine. The hotel pick up was there waiting for us hen we came back off holiday which was good as was cold. Drinks are well overpriced. Was £6.25 for small glass of wine. Very much overpriced. |

Very friendly and helpful staff excellent food in the restaurant (not very chaep, but comensated by the fact our 2 kids also got excellent meals, but for free) - nice pool (rae in hotles in this area) some of the decor is getting a bit shappy and they are having problems with keeping the pool prperly heated - they need to spend more on maintenance |

Unfortunatley just as I arrived at the hotel at 10.15pm there was a powercut. I felt that the staff behind the desk were very helpful even though they couldnt get me booked in or get me to my room. When the power came back the staff were very quick in getting me checked in and to my room quickly. |

Nice rooms and good position for airport. We had written confirmation that we had a twin room with an extra bed in the room for a 3rd adult. However when we checked in they only had a twin room and had to put a mattress on the floor which wasnt very good. They had no recollection from you of our request. |

the Airport tranfer shuttle service was excellent - particularly the return transfer from EMA I asked for a non smoking room and unfortunately the room absolutely stank of stale cigarette smoke. |

We were unfortunately there briefly, taking an early morning flight, so did not get opportunity to use all the facilities. The arrangement of transfer to and from the airport was excellent. Complimentary half bottle of wine and apples were very much appreciated and enjoyed. |

Comfy bed, lovely linen, would have liked a top sheet as well because it was hot. Great staff. The coffee (latte) from the coffee bar was dreadful, weak and cold. The coffee tasted as if made with weak filter coffee and not espresso. |
