Nice superior room, good food both breakfast and dinner. Despite proximity to M1 and airport, rooms are very quiet. Planes are audible but not disturbing. Expensive bar prices |

Everything was great, staff could not have been nicer or more helpful and they really did make you feel that you where in a four start hotel. The food was also amazing and not as expensive as we thought. Full access to the pool and spa meant that there was always something to do when in the hotel. Would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone |

I liked the staff on reception and the staff in the bar. The food was good. The bed was comfortable. I thought that the carpet on the 3rd floor was old, tatty and worn out. It appears that owing to the location none of the rooms are quiet. Very impersonal hotel. |

obscenely overpriced. The room might say £65 but bar/breakfast/meals make up for their lost room rates! Staff need brooms removing from their rear ends and it's not very clean either |

i requested room on ground floor as my mother came with me and is very unsteady on her feet, they were very helpful and obliging and was allocated a room near the foyer. thank you Yes. i have previously stayed at this hotel as this is near the airport. On my previous visit in August i was given a free courtesy shuttle to the Airport, however this time i had to pay a taxi to take me there which cost me £10. |

considering the star rating I would havew expected a little better. example the toilet didn't flush correctly and teh tap in the bath couldn't be turned on properly. I did report this but it was taken with ... " oh well use the shower and the loo.... pump the handle a few times! |

We ate a light lunch at the Bar and was disgusted to be charged £6.40 for a pot of tea for 2. It was in fact 2 tea bags in a pot of hot water. However, the actual food was reasonably priced. |

Liked the ease of getting to the airport via the hotel taxi service and back. The posistioning of the hotel is poor got lost twice tying to find it, would not stay here again because of this. |

We only stayed overnight for one night but found it handy for airport and the shuttle service provided was excellent. The pillows in our room smelt very sweaty and so did the room when we first entered and we had to hae windows open. Shower curtain in bath not very clean either but otherwise we were satisfied. |

Very friendly and helpful staff excellent food in the restaurant (not very chaep, but comensated by the fact our 2 kids also got excellent meals, but for free) - nice pool (rae in hotles in this area) some of the decor is getting a bit shappy and they are having problems with keeping the pool prperly heated - they need to spend more on maintenance |
