Spa facilities and swimming pool were excellent. Bar staff were also very helpful

Having to pay extra for parking when you are staying at the hotel! Also, I don't recall seeing this being pointed out (certainly not obviously and not just hidden away in T&C's) during the booking process. Also, the room service charge of £5 is absolutely extortionate!

Comfortable and specious

Breakfast was test-less, very very poor for a hotel of that standard. Coffee tested awful, no room to test wast than that.. They could offer something better for the price.

The fact I had to pay 80 pound instead of 55 because I changed my date,booked for 2 but it was only me in the end and cost 30 pound more???? Spa and changing needs updating,some pieces in the room were tatty,dirt behind taps in bathroom!! Dissapointed with my stay.

Good value hotel, with good location off the M1 and East Midlands airport

Old carpeting, problems with hot water during my stay but that was due to the weather conditions.

Large room. Practical bathroom. Good facilities in the room.

No second bedside light. Hotel coul do with a refresh, not up to the usual Hilton standard!

Very nice room. Friendly staff. Good food. When they have a deal on, excellent value for money. Would still give a very high rating if paying full price but excellent value when they have a deal on or you book well in advance.

Location very near the airport but a bit difficult to find and in an awkward place if you don't know the area.

Easy access to East Midlands airport

Was near to busy road and windows not triple glazed as expected and did not quite close fully, was only one night so didn't matter that much

Best value in the airport Hiltons we have stayed at; Friendly and knowledgeable staff, excellent breakfast

The efficiency of the staff. The friendliness of the woman on the desk in the morning when I needed to make arrangements to catch the shuttle bus in the morning.

I was somewhat suprised at the condition of the bedding. One of the pillow cases had a couple of tears on it. Both the pillow cases were discoloured and worn as well as the one with tears. It is not a big expense to use better bedding.

There was no courtesy bus from the airport (which is quite a distance away). I had a late arrival and had hoped for a courtesy bus, as most Hiltons have one. Although there was a little card in the room saying that they provided courtesy WiFi, that was only available in the lobby. If you wanted to use it in your room it was nearly 15 pounds sterling, which I think is pretty steep. I also think that 5 pounds to park my car for 8 hours is too expensive.

It was only for one night

Lasagne at £18 a portion in the bar. Drinks at a price to match. Having to pay to park. English Breakfast not available till 7-30am, not good enough for an airport hotel.

This was a really good stay, excellent staff.

Real luxury at a real budget price. Pool, gym, sauna, steam room, solarium, all included in the £45.00 room price ! Bar and bar food. Free internet in the bar/lounge area.

Location; difficult to find on a dark rainy night when you are fresh off a flight. Not well signposted. Parking charge of £5.00 and room wifi connection at £15.00 ! But given the room price can't complain!
