The 3-star Best Western Nottingham Derby has easy access to highway M1 and free guest parking. It is conveniently located between Nottingham and Derby, just off the M1 at junction 25.
Score from 533 reviews Very good
Just off junction 24 of highway M1 and only a 5-minute drive from East Midlands Airport, this hotel offers free, secure parking and a health club with an indoor swimming pool.
Score from 397 reviews Good
Just minutes from the East Midlands Airport terminal and highway M1 , this newly opened modern hotel offers great value, with spacious, air-conditioned rooms and free parking.
Score from 190 reviews Excellent
Located at East Midlands Airport, this brand new Radisson Blu Hotel features a state-of-the-art leisure club and a stylish restaurant. The M1 motorway is just 2 minutes’ drive away.
Score from 384 reviews Wonderful
2 dogs barked all night long in the room above me. Unreal.
Room Service Efficient Check-in and Check-out
Very convenient for the M1 and EMA. Good breakfast.
As review headline.
The food in the restaurant was excellent.
The additional £5 charge for parking was very unwelcome and seemed unfair when we had paid for a room, drinks and food etc.
Polite early morning staff
We booked this hotel to try and catch a few hours sleep before a flight the room was barely clean the sink was broken in two places and the bed was so hard and squeaky it was impossible to sleep so much for the Hilton promise !!!
The hotel is ideal for an overnight stay for early flight next morning. Bed and pillows lovely and comfortable,we always use an hotel close to the airport as an "extra" day of our holiday, room was a good size. The few members of staff we came into contact with on reception were very polite and welcoming, will certainly use it again.
Very relaxing and enjoyable drinks slightly over priced bit it was start of our holiday which made it more aceptable too us personaly .
The staff. The room was great and car parking good but costly
The location situated with the M1 on one side and the A650 on the other side. More sound proofing is needed.
Booked through you but cost us £60 more as we ask ed for park and fly and you could only book room only . We did not realise this untill the bill came wich was£179 and park and fly booked direct is £120
Breakfast and service excellent, staff really helpful. Despite being close to airpirt, it wasn't noisy. Good location for race circuit, provided you use hotel name and not postcode! Good clean bathroom facilities, good shower.
Additional costs... parking £5 per night, wifi cost quite high, key cards had to be reset twice in as many nights. Bed not the comfiest.
Excellent health suite-great place to unwind before-or after a long flight.
Room way too far from the lift to move luggage!
The hotel itself was very clean, my room was lovely and the morning Reception staff were great. Great to see English/ local people being employed there
Room a long way from the lift Breakfast ok... a lot of tinned fruit with only some fresh fruit and bacon very salty Sadly the location was new to me and the M1 junction next to the hotel was completely closed (scheduled) which resulted in me getting hopelessly lost and arriving after 3+ hours drive when the bar, food outlets and pool etc were all closed... not a good start at all. I wasn't alone and a very kind man from a nearby Costcutter shop led myself and some other lost guests to the hotel in his car.
Size of room Comfortable bed
Car park charge for stay
The staff were attentive and the pool was a reasonable size and appeared to have been recently refurbished
The physical location is very restricted, e.g. not possible to walk anywhere due to proximity to main roads
The room we had was a bit dated. Needed to be modernised. But was clean.
The staff were all very pleasant, room was nice. I would recommend if you are just looking for a place to spend a night.
you could hardly get a mobile phone signal (never mind gprs/edge/3g/4g) and wifi is extortionately expensive £15 a day. Croissants were soggy. unexpected £5 parking.
The restaurant food was good quality and a wide range of meals
First off having to pay extra for parking even though I stayed there. Was not made to feel welcome maybe because I was wearing working clothes not causal or office wear. The room was very noisey with people / children running and shouting in the corridors until 1 in the morning. No free wifi and very expensive to buy even though it's very slow for the price. Finally the computer had failed on check out so was not able to get my invoice dispite 4 emails 3 weeks on I have still not received my invoice. Next time I will be staying in a premier
For a 4* hotel I immediately rated it highly especially as it is a hilton hotel... The entrance/ reception looks grand but from there on in was poor... The smell was old n musty and also of fags but all the doors on the floor was branded as non smoking rooms! And this was my room and my friends that was on the other side of the floor we popped out n asked if we cud get some air freshened but when we came bk they just opened the windows and the smell was still there... The rooms were really cold and we called for a 2nd duvet which then the phone was put down and we were ignored... We called an hour later and the reception had a lot of attitude and was very rude... Breakfast was good ... But service and the appearance of the room was not up to par of that of a 4* hilton hotel ... No local shops as there's nothing but motorways... Also paid nearly £4 for a coke
Put it this way would not bee recommending it to anyone.
very nice hotel .went before we went on hoilday
service not to good not enough staff they had a big wedding on
Really nice size room with comfortable bed. Breakfast was really good.
There were roadworks on the junction of the motorway which meant a heck of a long detour to be able to get on the correct size for the hotel. Would have been good to be pre warned of this. Tried to phone hotel for an hour with no answer!
I got a room at short notice
Power cut happened twice in three days, felt like being in Hilton Karachi Room decor was dated No variety in breakfast over 3 days
Staff very good stayed Friday & Saturday nights no noise had good nights sleep.
