It is only five minutes walk from the Airport terminal, and when the weather is poor, there is a free shuttle bus laid on that you only have to provide 5 minutes notice for the use of. The room required some redecoration as it was looking a little tired - not what I expect of the Hilton. |

I was happy with the overall package. The food and service were very good and the location was perfect for my trip. The room was a bit tired around the edges. |

It was a convenient place to stay the night before my flight. Bathroom was just OK but appeared grotty - shower curtain a bit smelly. I thought the cost of over $200 Australian per night was not good value. See above |

Stayed overnight to get an early morning flight, breakfast was early so we could eat before flying which was a bonus. Connections to Edinburgh where good on the Airport Express. No complaints at all |

I was travelling on business and was leaving the following morning - it met my needs more than adequately. I found the room very comfortable, clean with good facilities. The fact that it is so near the terminal is a great plus for me especially with your airport shuttle. The receptionist was very poor. I made three phone calls for the shuttle. I met an elderly couple who had run out of credit so I phoned for them also as they were waiting 20 mins when they were told the bus would be with them within five mins - I was told the same and this was not the cast. When I arrived at the hotel I mentioned it to the receptionist and she just did not want to know in fact she basically ignored my complaint and carried on checking me in - very disappointing. |

The business desk, chair and connectivity. The room phone did not work. There was a JCB digger working outside the window till midnight and on departure an attempt was made to charge me more than the rate at which I had made the reservation. |

Other hotel guests had an extremely load and disruptive party on our floor that lasted from about 10:00 pm to 4:00 am and we were unable to get any real rest during that period. Given our early flight the next day, we needed to get up at 5:30 am and, needless to say, were very tired! We would never stay in a Hilton Hotel again and will tell everyone we know about our experience! |

The transfer from the airport, at midnight, was very efficient. We were only at the hotel a short while but thought all services were very good. The choice at breakfast was excellent. It may have been due to the canceling and re-booking but we had not been included on the breakfast list. Luckily I had an email with me that said that we did have B&B. Initially though we were expected to pay for breakfast and then get a refund once we have proved our case but I refused. The matter was resolved although it did not help that english was not the restaurant manager's first language. The official confirnation said that breakfast was included but then showed the cost of full ans continental breakfasts which is very confusing. |

We were pleasantly surprised that the hotel was as nice as it was, given it was only 107 pounds for both of us, and how close it was to the airport. The staff was great, the rooms were were comfy, and the dinner we had at their on-site restaurant was very good. Nothing. I liked everything. |

easy access to the airport for early morning flights. disapointed that there was no mini bar in the room, for a women on her own who did not want to be at a bar on her own, this would have been an advantage. |
