Easy access to/from airport, short walking distance to city centre and attractions, simple and clean accommodation in the Wing part of the hotel opposite the main building. Little water pressure in shower on 3rd floor. |

Checki-in at the main part of the Hilton is fantastic however across the street in what they call the Club is shabby, cold and certainly not worth the money.. I was bitterly disappointed in my room which was clean however very basic and cold even with my extra blanket. I left the hotel as early as it was possible for me to get my train home. Will not stay at Hilton Club again. |

My husband and myself really enjoyed our recent stay at the Hilton. The restaurant was of a high standard and great value for money, all of the staff at the hotel were of the highest standard and did all they could for us. Our room was excellent. Very enjoyable |

Arrived at 8.30 in morning and asked to leave our bags delighted to be informed room available, friendly staff, good location Pricing for food/beverages a little more expensive than outside hotel, also road works going on nearby and being conducted over weekend can be noisy in mornings but not within hotels control i suppose |

Great location within walking distance of Haymarket Station and the direct bus from the airport. Excellent shopping very close by. Breakfast was very crowded. Internet connection in the room cost minimum 15 pounds. Bathroom was a bit basic |

The bed in our original room was faulty, so we were given a different room which was much larger and more comfortable. The staff were very helpful when I came back to retrieve something I had left in the room. There were some quite large stains on the carpet, the cupboard had lost its trim and the room was showing its age. |

The price. For the first two nights we stayed in the 'Grosvener Club' a separate building across the road. It was not like any Hilton I've ever stayed in. It was creaky, pokey, and a bit disheveled. Our room was very small. The bathoom was very worn. Broken tiles, scuffed paint. There was almost no water pressure in the shower. We were 'upgraded' to a room in the main hotel for the last night. This was much better. Also, the hotel charged the full amount to my credit card the day before we checked in. This is not what I expected and made me unhappy. They also took a 150 quid pre-authorisation on my card when we did check in for extras, which to me seems a bit steep. |

It's a nice, small hotel near Edinburgh (10min walk from town centre). Room was big and comfy, clean, without any smells - seems fine to me :) No free wi-fi, staff could be more educated and put a smile on a face |

We liked the staff and their readiness to and put themselves out for guests. Their manners were good and they were very helpful. They would offer to do things rather than wait for you to ask. The space between the bed and the wall made it difficult to navigate the room during the night. We also found only one light switch for the bathroom light, we ended up leaving the light on all night to facilitate night trips. There was also no shaving light over the bathroom mirror. |

Not a lot Breakfast was chaotic. Coffree was undrinkable (coloured water) unless one paid an extra £3.95 for Costa coffee. I thought that £4.20 was an extortionate amount for hot chocolate. |
