The bedrooms were large and very comfortable, and in particular the beds were excellent. The 24 hour shopping concept for snacks and light meals was useful, as was the 24 hour business centre. The staff were both kind and courteous. |

The rooms were very spacious, well-designed and comfortable - and clean! The staff were very friendly and professional. Great place! Pity it is in Luton - don't have many occasions to go out that way - otherwise would stay at this hotel everytime I travelled! |

Being a reasonable new hotel, everywhere was pristine. The bedrooms were probably the best we have experienced at either a 3 or 4 star hotel. Rather difficult to understand the accents of the foreign staff employed. However they were very polite and provided excellent service |

It is a very nice hotel... The rooms are very comfortable. Especially i have enjoyed the beds a lot... Another good thing is they have offered a complimentary wi-fi password. It is great to have it for free as other hotels in London is asking about 5 Sterlin per hour. The only negative opinion for this hotel is the restaurant... I have asked for a ceasar salad and did not enjoy it at all. It is overpriced for that quality. |

Room comfort and general amenities Directions were very poor, I called to get them from the hotel and twice was put through to someone in the US who couldn't help me. Your call menu is irritating and not very friendly...I want to speak with a person, not an automated deal! |

We enjoyed the complimentary internet, the comfort of the room and the included breakfast. This is not a good hotel if you do not have a car. The train station is a 6-7 pound taxi ride. |
