Hilton Garden Inn Luton North  

I found the staff to be very friendly...they greet you, smile and ready to offer info when you ask. This was from front office, house keeping and the supervisors that I met on my last day as they were taking rounds. They were so polite and I liked how they sort of assumed I was staying another night as opposed to oh its past your check out time and what are you still doing here? I must admit this surprised me but all this will be reason I come back :D

No spa

Clean, efficient, good location for airport.

Why was the car park full? Maybe the hotel was full (at 3pm on a Saturday afternoon!) in which case, more parking may be needed as it was difficult to find a spot.

Service in the restaurant appalling, staff slow and unattentive. Meals took forever not just for our table but for all those around us. Not good when you are Diabetic and insulin dependant. This spoiled an otherwise good experience!

Everything went very smoothly. The staff were excellent and the food very good as it was an overnight stay on the way to the airport it was a short visit but a very pleasant experience which we would definately repeat. We would have no hesitation in recommending this hotel to anybody

The room was very nice, much better that expected for the price. It was a really great room. The staff were very helpful and polite. The breakfast was delicious and once again the staff were very nice. We will stay here again.

The taxi ride from the airport was approximately 15 pound. A shuttle bus would have been nice, but no real complaint.

Very pleasant welcoming staff.Large room with all facilities and very comfy beds.Good restaurant at hotel and the main reason for staying is only a 5 minute drive from Luton airport

We had a fantastic overnight stopover on our way from the airport - the hotel staff were brilliant, the room was perfect, the breakfast was delicious.

It was ok hotel to stay for one night (had to fly next morning further). Clean, service also good.

location not really near luton, had to drive by taxi so 10 more pounds one way u can add if don't want to go by bus.. And bus connection was poor.

The egg bar at breakfast. The staff were very friendly and helpful and the room was very clean and well presented. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

They shut the bar at 11:30 and we were there with friends and would have liked it to have been open longer.

Overall quality of room, service and food were excellent. Free wifi is also a nice touch.

The pillows provided in the room were rather bulky and were too dense. The speed and quality of service in the restaurant was good. However, the food seemed to take a very long time to be prepared by the kitchen. Otherwise, everything was good.

Good facilities and clean

The hotel foyer and bar area/restaurant were cold, I had to go and get a jacket whilst eating dinner in the restaurant
