Score from 495 reviews Very good
Like the location , friendliness of staff. Cleanliness of the room was good. The buffet breakfast was good , again, the staff were very pleasant.
Good location for fast and easy travel to city centre and other locations . Always enjoy eating and browsing in Byres Road
Great difficulty in accessing free wi fi
Friendly staff. Great choice of restaurants within walking distance.
Hard bed , small room, price.
cold noisy room
The bedroom had very chic 50 shades of grey décor ! Reception was quick and efficient.
Quick efficient check in. Comfortable and clean bedroom. Faced the back - nice and quiet at night. Good furnishings in room and plenty of space,
Bar service was a little slow, but it was Friday night.
Great location on Byres Road, easy access to Ashton Lane and nightlife, very comfortable bed and brilliantly decorated, ten out of ten.
We stayed in a warm, comfortable, large room, tastefully decorated, then had an amazing breakfast the following morning. The Hotel was very clean, and staff were very friendly and helpful.
Terrible dripping noise in the walls. Horrible smell in the corridors.
Staff were very pleasant and breakfast was very good.
Very noisy room overlooking Byres Road. Secondary glazing only at side window and traffic / street noise all night.
Staff at reception were particularly helpful both at check in and check out. Breakfast was good. Car parking is available at the Waitrose car park beside the hotel.
I had a small single room next to the service lift which was less than satisfactoryand expensive for what it was.
Nice well decorated room
Shower pressure far too low
West End location, good breakfast.
After a very long day driving from London and working, the hotel was a welcome relief. We were able to park easily and the check in was friendly and swift. The decor understated, a fusion of rustic and modern and the rooms immacuate. The best part was to come though. Whilst on the way out and passing the reception desk by some distance, the young lady behind the desk (American accent), without prompting, asked us if we knew where we were going to eat. She then recommended a low key but superb Vietnamese restaurant which offered the most authentic South East Asian meal I have had in the UK. To climb into the perfect bed at the end of the evening was great. A professionally run hotel with being clinical or corporate. My faith in Hilton restored.
Dreadful breakfast. Cold greasy, dirty dishes piled on table next to us. A couple came in and asked to be seated further into the dining room as they were frozen. They were told that these tables were set for dinner and were placed beside the door. No residents lounge. Charged £10 for an outdoor car park; access to which was through Waitrose next door.
Breakfast was good. Room was clean. Staff polite and friendly.
Bed was too small for two people. Noise of outside traffic was terrible ! Window area manky and rank ! Double glazing with soundproofing would solve a load of complaints. The company must spend the money to get money...
Great location with a room overlooking the Botanic Gardens. Handy for lots of shops and restaurants and the underground.
Clean comfortable hotel. Breakfast very good. Staff helpful and considerate.
Due to location parking is a problem particularly for disabled guests. The temperature in the hotel was on the cool side. The TV reception was poor. Overall I thought the services on offer were a bit mean given the room price.
We booked a double deluxe room. The room was tiny. Deluxe room should also have had available bath robes, however none available. None of the restruants were open when we arrived at 9:40. Had to eat our meal in our room. Based on this I would not stay or recommend this hotel to anyone
Location was brilliant for the west end, staff were really helpful and friendly.
There was a function on so the noise did not stop until midnight so this was a little inconvenient and took our stay from great, to good. otherwise everything else was Really good
Big quiet room, in the old part of hotel which is beautiful
Starting to look worn and could do with some TLC
Excellent location although needs a little TLC to bring it up too date.
Poor quality breakfast
Warm and comfortable hotel Really good breakfast with wide variety of choice. Lovely food in the restaurant
stylish hotel, with comfortable rooms, very friendly staff and excellent breakfast
Great location, hotel looks very classy on the outside and is matched with a very modern feel inside with rooms and facilities maintained to a very high standard. Staff were excellent and very friendly. Bar service was good and restaurant was first class. Will definitely be booking this hotel again in the future.
