bored staff - average service poor sleep - too much noise from other rooms not very clean - hair on the shower wall average room and facilities - not as good as the hilton garden
Staff excellent could not do enough for you. Food very good.
The beds were not comfortable. Air con not working properly Fixtures and fittings getting tired
Room on 13th floor, view amazing. Reception staff very friendly and efficient.
Bar service slow.
Staff very helpful good knowledge of the area
Bar prices LOL
Great staff..helpful,professional and prompt. Clean room, what you expect from a Hilton.
Had a meal in the bar. Worst pizza I have ever had. Frozen base, drowned in cheese. I had a great stay, but this pricey pizza really let the side down.
Attitude if taxi drivers outside hotel peeved when a short journey couldn't hide displeasure having to walk down 15 levels when there was an incident my husband has heart condition these things can't be helped
Food was shocking service was shocking
the Facilities, the room, the staff were very very helpful
Furniture was a bit worn. Bathroom was in need of an upgrade with stained basin and towel rails coming off the wall. Breakfast was a great disappointment with reconstituted scrambled egg, cold bacon and the black pudding was the worst We have ever eaten. Sorry to say we will not be back!
Comfy bed and great breakfast
damaged furniture and bed linen torn
The rooms were nice and big and shower was excellent! Location was great as it's very central but you still need to get a taxi as the hotel is situated near a motorway.
I had arranged an early check in for 2pm on the day, but we were running late so arrived at the hotel around 3:30pm to be told our room was not ready? She offered us a drinks voucher but we had book massages at the spa for 4pm. So we never received any vouchers. The massages we received were not the ones we had asked for and payed £38 for! As the therapist said she wouldn't recommend it, even though we had payed extra for the Russian and Thai massage but we received a serenity massage instead. There is also a £5 tray charge for room service!! Very expensive for drinks!
Rooms are clean and staff very friendly
Being questioned by bar staff regarding paying cash rather than having a tab in front of other customers. Breakfast was poor a lot of the food was tried up & had to ask for bread to make toast. Felt this was more 3star than 5star. A lot of noise in the hotel from about 4am onwards causing a sleepless night.
How relaxing it was
Me and my sister were looking for our hair to be done as a little treat, for we were going to a show. Was very disappointed to be told they weren't doing hair that day or next.
Hotel location was excellent Breakfast was superb Rooms were ideal
Ordered a beer and it was flat, returned the beer and waited over 30 mins before I eventually went to the bar to ask where my replacement was to be told there was a problem so I asked for a bottled beer and that was done,
The location and the general buzz about the hotel - always appears to be busy.
I'm afraid the facilities are now a bit dates especially the leisure facilities e.g. the male changing rooms. For a 4/5 star hotel very disap
The rooms were very clean and tidy and did not have an odour to it!
The shower gel in the bathroom was only one? Other Hilton's I have been will have two or the big static ones. Though I do not think this a major issue a call to request more would have this remedied I believe.
loved the hotel room and the view, we had 1801. The executive lounge was fantastic, and well worth paying that little bit extra for. Staff where very helpful, and the bed was super comfortable.
Having to leave.
Bed was comfortable and breakfast was very good
Exec suite not as nice as pic on internet. Car parking expensive.
£9.10 is a bit stiff for a glass of wine
John, the concierge, as usual is most attentive. As are the porters.
The Spa facilities. Lacking in direction, and customer service Nil. And to pay for use of Exc. Lounge...ridiculously expensive!!, and didn't use as a result of price tag attached.
Big comfy bed, clean room. Staff very attentive.
The sub charge of £5 on top of everything thing on room service menu and the mini bar.
large airy rooms, fast lifts and courteous staff
menu in restaurant did not offer a two course dinner at a reasonable price as we had in hilton waldorf london
Breakfast good but service poor
Location, bathroom and room size and the hotel bar were excellent !
The sofa bed had a very uncomfortable mattress !
