Nice room. Toiletries. Pool.
Purchased room with queen size bed and got double bed.
Good value for money, very clean, very comfy stay, good way to help yourself to all the breakfast food, coffee, juice etc, polite staff and all round a very good hotel
This was our first stay at the Hilton, and my only complaint was having to leave. The building is stunning and the room was very homely. We had a fantastic stay and will most definitely be back
The one thing that I will say is there was the slight chip in the bath in room 1212 and the vent above the shower was slightly dirty, but it's nothing to complain about
All facilities of Hotel were excellant , all staff were very helpful and friendly
The Only complaint I had was the bread was slightly stale when ordered a lunch sandwich
The views from the 17th floor were stunning
Not told prior to staying about the extra payments for parking.
I attended a work function. The waiting staff were excellent, very attentive but inobtrusive. The bar staff were also fantastic on the 2nd floor in the evenign and the following morning. Nothing was too much trouble.
Trying to find the carpark!
On arrival the room was freezing .it was warmer outside .when we complained they sent an engineer up to fix the heating which took an hour so we sat in the room with coats on .not my idea of a Hilton hotel .i would've thought they could have changed our room to something warmer
Room / accomodation Leisure & spa facilities Locality Breakfast
The bed was very comfortable
The hole in the towel. The chipped sideboard £12 to park when staying in the hotel.
The place was filthy!!! Dust all around the room.... Not just talking about a dusting but THICK with dust. The tea unit area had cups that weren't fully washed, the bedding had hairs in it. The room pretty much looked as if it had been slept in. Disgusting! Would not reccomend... You pay a lot to experience a good stay and value for money. Even premier inns have higher standards.
The hotel was a friendly environment and staff couldn't of been anymore helpful. The facilties within the hotel were great, the pool, sauna and steam room were fantastic and a nice way to relax. The room was lovely
The only thing I would say was that when in the bathroom there was a constant smell of cigarettes and ash from cigarettes when taking a shower which wasn't pleseant and very off putting.
Friendly staff very helpfull ,overall great hotel kids loved it.
Swimming pool and just relaxing
The fact my kids run about in lobby they had fun with other kids
Beds not great especially sofa bed
Location and facility
Staff were kind and friendly, especially for children. Room was good and clean. According to my request, the hotel provide us a cot in our room.
Map given at the reception was not good. It was difficult to understand for traveller. I have to go the information centre in the city centre to get a good map.
Luxurious ambience with great attention to detail. Food excellent in restaurants, bar and room service. Very comfy beds and very clean.
Only one armchair in twin rooms with 2 adults which was poor for a 5 star hotel. Office chair at desk usable but not so comfortable. Television sound only went up to 19 so had to use subtitles-staff did try to upgrade to 25 but no success.
Staff friendly and helpful
A bit bland and impersonal £12 over-night parking fee while parked on the hotel grounds.
The staff were very welcoming and helpful. Even though our visit was 3 days before Christmas the atmosphere was relaxing.
The price. Too expensive
The helpful friendly staff
Heating in room was very noisy Furniture bit dated/scuffed
From the moment that we entered the hotel we were treated excellently by the staff on the front desk the were very helpful.
lovely room nice service understanding staff
hotel employee chatting with a customer in the bar for 25 minutes and not addressing the needs of others loud music over breakfast self-service breakfast too self-service!
Hotel reception very freindly Room lovely great view of city
Bed could be dressed up a wee bit nicer.. Plain white bedding.. no colour or cushions or throw..
