Very spacious excellent restuarant and bar service Obvious training has gone into F&B New restuarant opened on the night of our arrival Decor at that stage left a lot to be desire d Assured on our return it would be all singing and dancing===== Feel it was rather unfortunate that same had to operate in an unfinished condition Prices for food was excellent

Felt that the prices for wine and spirits was rather excessive Lights in bedroom were non existent. Bathroom rather dated again no lights on vanity mirror over unit Room service very expensive

Easy motorway access, check-in friendly and express check-out good - avoided a long queue. Underground parking facility, leisure facilities, staff professionalism and friendliness, cleanliness, comfortable & quiet room, sky sports on tv, breakfast variety and quality, immediate taxi service.

Bar prices- quite a deterrent to using the bar, lift service could be slow at busy times, hotel a little remote for town shopping- need a taxi.

Stayed in a few Hilton Hotels in other countries and was glad to see we in Scotland can provide a good quality service too!

Carvery was maybe not as hot as I would have liked, and Roast Beef a little fatty, but otherwise okay rather than good for value! Breakfast was good but again not as hot, although in both Carvery and Breakfast had I ate half an hour earlier it may well have been more to my satisfaction!

The Hotel was excellent, exceeeded our expectations, the staff were excellent and made us feel very welcome. The room its self was fantactic.

because of renevations taking place, there were only 2 lifts in use, which could mean that you had to wait up to 20 mins fo a lift, this was the only issue we had with the hotel, and even then at check out when they asked us about our stay, and we mentioned the issue with the Lifts, they wavered the parking charge which was £20.

The staff were extremely friendly and very courteous especially with having a young daughter with me.

The spa changing rooms are in need of a very good clean! The smell of urine was overwhelming every time we went into the changing rooms and were very unhygienic in the changing room toilets. The jacuzzi area was very unclean also and in need of thorough cleaning.

Good location, short walk from central station. Hotel car park only £10 per stay. Spa good. Room lovely. Bed a bit firm. Noise from fan units kept us awake, we were in room 703. Hotel is undergoing refurbishment, restaurants were closed when we stayed Easter Monday 2012. Staf excellent. Would stay again in different room.

Very good relationship between price and facilities.

The friendliness and helpfulness of reception staff, handyman and leisure staff. The rooms were very comfortable and spacious.

We, unfortunately were staying one of the nights when a "Law Ball" was on. The corridor on our floor was very noisy most of the night. I am very tolerant and appreciative that there would obviously be some noise but felt they were very inconsiderate to other guests and made no attempt to reduce noise levels.

Receptionist were very nice and friendly and was very helpful. Room was excellent, comfortable bed, clean bathroom but could have done with more lighting.

was disappointed with the length of time we had to wait for the lifts especially at peek times, this was down to one of the lifts being out of action due to alterations also the length of time in the lift as you were stopping on most floors, on 1 occasion though 1 of the service staff was very helpful and escorted us to the staff lift took us all up and then escorted others waiting back down.

It's a nice clean hotel with good facilities. Staff were friendly and helpfull

The sunday morning breakfast setup wasn't the best a bit of organised caos.Prices at the bar were not for the ordinary working man/woman.

Clean rooms and good staff, but it was typical bog standard Hilton.

Situated slap bang next to M8 so ask for a high floor to avoid traffic noise. Location feels unsafe but in fact it was perfectly ok. Small details in room such us holes in linen, broken floor lamp, broken towel rail in bathroom, locked minibar showed lacked of attention to detail for a 5 star hotel. One lift out as part refurbishment programme so queues for lifts at busy times. Price of internet connection and wifi absolute rip-off. I have stayed in 2 and 3 star hotels and have got this facillity free! A warning that a £1 coin is required for pool lockers would be a good to have in hotel information in room. I have stayed in much better and nicer 5 star hotels but it was okay.
