The staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel was very clean at all times and peaceful.

I paid for a queen room which said it was a double bed. It was then discovered the room had two single beds that had been pushed together I was very disappointed.

loved the peacefulness of the place.. it was a well mantained hotel and the staff were so helpfull and nice... would definitley go there again

would have been nice if there was music or a band at night time as it was extremely quiet but other than that it was amazing

I requested a hour later check-out but it wasn't possible.

What I most liked was the very cheap deal. The second best thing was how helpful the concierge desk was.

One morning a whole plate of croissants was rock hard. Other than that, nothing. Oh, and the liefts were slow to come (not all working?)

Got an executive room at a knock down price, found the whole experience excellent. Room, food, views, Executive Lounge with free this and that.

My husband and I ewre only booked in for one night, as we were going to a show at the SECC. We were disappointed that on arrival, our room was not ready. We did not get into our room until about 5.45. That is the end of my complaints as everything else about your hotel was very good. Staff , very friendly, beautiful room, everything was perfect. As we were late in getting our room, we did not have time to have anything to eat before we went to the show, and on our return we asked at the bar if it was possible to have a snack, thinking it would be to late, but to our delight,were offered a meal, which was very good. On our return home, I went online to book for next year at the same time, but booking was only up untill Jan. 2011,

Comfortable room

Found the hotel dissapointing as I have stayed at the Hiton in Belfast and thought it was far superior.

Central location,comfortable clean rooms.Pleasant,helpful staff.Easy access if driving,as it sits just off the motorway.Reasonable car parking charge too for city centre.

Not the hotel,but I did have a couple of grumbles with my room.No i-pod dock in my room (which I thought was poor for a hotel of this stature).There was an MP3 plug-in facility on the radio but that didn't work.Also the shower was unbelievably powerful,like being jet-washed.Unfortunately it went cold if you reduced the pressure.Not big problems,as I only stayed for 1 night.Would have pointed this out to staff if I had stayed for longer.

Servive in the hotel was excellent and the food, both buffet breakfast and Cameron's restuarant was first class...

On the Sat night the noise was bad. There was a function in the hotel and several people running around the corridors and banging doors very late at night and early morning..Spoilt things a bit. Also, the spa prices quoted on both the internet and down the phone were different from the actual amount I was billed for. Treatment also started late and finished early, with a long break in the middle. Very odd and not value for money

Friendly staff and good services. The breakfast was great also. The hotel in general perfect.
