思った以上に設備が古く、ラグジュアリーさはありません。ビジネスホテルとしては良いと思います。

very rowdy and could not sleep, infact the police were called at 3am! returning back to hotel we were locked out of our room. the safe was broken and the lights broke down at 2am. showered in the morning by torchlight. a horrendous experience.

The night we stayed at the hotel was the night of our wedding, on booking the room we mentioned that it was our wedding day and that we would be checking in late, when we got to the room there was a bottle of sparkling wine and chocolates for us (not sure if this is the norm). The next morning at breakfast we were chatting to one of the chefs and told him we had just got married, the chef then brought us both a complimentary glass of champagne with strawberries to our table really lovely touch.Would deffiantley stay at Hilton again maybe for our 1st year anniversary. Overall a lovely stay.

The price of the contents in the minibar are extortionate!!

In comparison to other hotels of the same recognised standard, I would say that the stay was average - no complementary water / biscuits - standard facilities - probably not value for money. I would probably not stay again as I could find accommodation that offers more comfort / quality and value for money . The breakfast facilities were cramped and the information given by staff at booking in was misleading / required clarity. Whilst I would not recommend the Hilton Glasgow, I would not advise others against it as they may have had a different experience to myself and find the accommodation suitable for them.

Excellent value for money when booked well in advance. Large room with comfortable queen bed. Hearty breakfast to suite all tastes.

Television/radio could do with an upgrade.

I have no complaints with my stay at the Hilton, it was excellent in all ways!

Fantastic place to stay, central in city, rooms lovely and facilities good.

Breakfast was cold and when we complained we were made feel stupid as they said no-one else had complained. On checkout we made the breakfast complaint again and they made up stand for almost 1 hour whilst they argued who's fault this could be. Most unprofessional in a 5 star hotel. Eventually after asking for the manager of the hotel we were apologised to and breakfast was refunded but only £5.50 and we had paid £10 each. They blamed booking.com for adding extra hidden charges. Because of treatment I would not return to this hotel.

stayed in room 1410 and was disappointed with the bathroom. Some of the tiles were black with mould which took away from the look of the bathroom. Would not take much to put right and keep up the usual Hilton standard.

got upgraded due to hilton honours excellent room and facilaties very good value for what i paid

Lift out of order, so a long waiting time to come down from the 12th floor (15 minutes). Also, another long queue and waiting of time of 20 minutes, if not more, to be seated for breakfast.

The Staff were warm & accommodating.

I was unaware this hotel was under renovation, lifts especially. We were given a fully furbished room which was beyond belief. This is either a disabled room or a badly designed fully functional room for able bodied residents. I am only 5.2 also other room occupant was of approx same height. Yet we could not shower as the top of the shower height was lower than our heights which we could not understand as you had to climb into the bath. I would have understood this being a walk in shower. In hindsight the shower is no good to able or non able bodied occupants. As we were only staying a few days it would have been more inconvenient to move if you check the specifications on this in room 521 you will be able to identify the problem we had whilst staying in your hotel. When we left the lifts were not working and we had to call for help whilst really all residents leaving that day should have been informed & an itinary to save both hotel staff should have come into play letting guests have luggage collected and meeting in lobby with the luggage. I have stayed in the Marriot previously and found my stay more affordable & enjoyable throughout my stay with them. However the Hilton did not live up to my expectation of the name & leisure facility did not offer sunbeds which I did find quite strange. I would/would not recommend the hotel depends on what was travellers intentions.

I liked that I could park my car in the car park for a reasonable price, that it was only 10 minutes walk from the shops and that the room was spacious. The staff were always friendly and helpful.

I thought the prices for drinks at the bar were a bit high. 12.35 for a lager and a vodka and coke.
