The location is excellent and spa facilities very good.
The breakfast was very basic and bacon etc. very dry.Poor choice of hams and cheese and cereals.Beds too hard and creaked a lot, windows need replacing a lot of noise from wind coming into room.Hotel looking a bit tired.
Bed too hard No wifi in rooms Parking too expensive No fridge in room
The Staff were lovely. Location good near city centre. Car parking available. Good breakfast choice
The hotel its self is tired - would benefit from refurb. The set up/layout for evening meal is poor. Lots not on the menu when dining. The leisure facilities need updating a bit tired. There are better valued hotels in Leeds for the price. escalator wasn't working. I expected more from the Hilton group. We will be going back to the Queens -
the pool and gym,. the nice spacious bedroom and dining area. Near to all amenities train station and city centre, staff were very helpful and friendly
the price of tea and coffee was expensive and the alcholic drinks
brilliant bed and breakfast excellent
thick white dust on everything, board behind bed on floor broken off an thick,1inch thick dust and fluff, chair dirty and ripped, windows filthy an looking out onto an industrial roof, doors stained with liquid spills, carpet dirty an stained-to be honest this was a de-lux room.but more like a blackpool b and b.stayed in hiltons before and they were nice, but this ones a disgrace
The free upgrade to a suite
No slippers to go with my gown.
comfort staff cost
Fantastic hotel ! Stayed in an executive room. Staff more then happy to help. Room was great , beds lovely. Food fantastic .. Highly recommend this hotel.
The things that let is hotel down ... Only 3 disabled parking bays. No other parking. Location was on the outskirts of town. Up hill into town!
Everything!!!! The staff at check in were very helpful and had great knowledge of where to go and visit. I am scared of feathers so i called reception and had my duvet and pillows changed within 5 minutes. Really great place to stay.
There is nothing I can say cause this was my first weekend away in England (even though I live in London) and loved it.
The hotel is in a great location, a short walk from both the city centre and train station.
The car park was super tight, I drive a golf and I think if I had a bigger car I wouldn't have been able to get in/out. The time we visited the lifts were out if order and we had to use the service lift. This was no big deal to us but it wasn't the best first impression.
2nd and 3rd day no clean towels or fresh bottles of water or clean coffee cups. Asked housekeeper, she had none but did offer extra hand towels to compensate no bath towels.
From the minute we walked in the building we were made welcome.
There is nothing we didn't like, a fantastic stay!!
Everything was excellent would highly recommend central to everywhere comfortable and lovely food x
Excellent location. Lovely room and very friendly and helpful staff.
Nothing. Would happily go back and recommend.
The room was clean bathroom well equipped, breakfast was lovely with plenty of choice.
The bed was really hard and the room was quite small, doors were continually clashing well into the early hours.
Location and breakfast are good,
Parking full on arrival so had to find an NCP. Booked a deluxe room - which was basic with very old / noisy windows and non-working a/c.. Understood from reception that this was no more than a standard room but with a bathrobe and slippers! Have stayed here before and been happy with a standard room but this seems unreasonable - and, oh yes - I didn't even get the bathrobe and slippers!!!!!!
the blackout curtains where fab and the tv and simple to use radio was such a nice extra!
the bed was the main let down, uncomfortable, and little bits like the bath felt really worn
Quite a bit of noise heard from the next room, very early in the mornings. 6/7 am.
Good location.. excellent service from staff and great breakfast facilities.
The rooms are a little bit worn.. stains on the carpets and sofas. Could do with replacement furniture
Staff ,Coffee shop, location.
out side of the building needs a clean and the paint work inside needs a touch up but that's looking for faults.
This hotel was central to places we wanted to visit and for shopping
Beds were rather uncomfortable
Friendly and helpful staff, nice room, comfy beds
Wi Fi access not good
The room the bar and location. The staff were helpful and very polite. All except a couple that is.It was my wedding anniversary and wanted to treat my wife. Not to be made to feel small for complaining.
The room wasnt very clean.had to ask for towels remember this is the Hilton. Also heard a member of staff suggesting people like me didnt belong there.I found that very rude.I only asked for some towels.
Location, breakfast, rooms very modern and comfortable
The bar could have been a bit more "welcoming" Had to wait a while to be served
Not much, I have stayed in many Hiltons in the past and tis was not welcoming.
I booked a twin and only had enough equipment for 1 person. the bathroom and shower was full of black hairs. The gentleman on recepition made it feel more like a chore than customer service
