Hotel had most facilities except minibar in rooms. Restaurant staff breakfast in particular were excellent. We had to upgrade our room because the standard room was only 3 star at best, this cost an extra £30. The reception staff were rather unhelpful. The hotel decor was tired and the carpet dirty, bathroom was fine. Expensive car parking. A mixed pictutre they could do much better.

The rooms on my floor had just been refurbished to a good standard, bathrooms were lovely and clean. The price was very reasonable for a city centre hotel and the staff couldn't do enough for you, they were friendly and polite. Breakfast choice and standard excellent too. Went to the spa and was clean with friendly staff too. Would definitely stay here again.

Good standard of room, although a couple of niggles - some broken tiles around taps on bath, and some bad stains on carpet

I was attending a charity event at the hotel and all the staff I came into contact with were warm and friendly. Although lots of groups of young people were staying it wasn't noisy and my sleep was never interrupted.

Only that it was close to where we needed to be in the evening. Oh and the breakfast was good. Booked a double but were given a twin, said it could not be changed as they were full. The room was filthy, no hairdryer no trouser press, poor refreshments, when complaining of the filth, amazingly they found us an upgrade from somewhere, fair enough but I have stayed in better Premier Hotels, ok they dont have the pool and gym but they are very clean, would not stay at The Hilton again not Leeds anyway. Costa Coffee in the hotel, expensive and pretty useless, waited 30 mins for bowl of soup and a sandwich, no spoon to stir coffee, no cutlery for the sarni and soup, had to keep asking for everything.

The Linen was gorgeous and the room was the perfect size. The shower had wonderful pressure and overall it was a very good place for the price we paid. The carpet in the hall looks a little dated and worn but other than that it was a very good place to stay in Leeds.

Functionally sound but certainly not 4*. Generally stay at the Novotel which is a 3* but much better rooms and hotel facilities. The lifts are a nightmare due to high demand. Typical American chain and American perception of quality! Location is good. Rooms have waifer thin walls and although the room doors are secure they are heavy duty fire doors held in place on plasterboard walls; every door which slams shut on the floor resonates along the floor! Staff were excellent and no denying the room was clean. Price was very good but for the same price and if rooms are available go elsewhere!
