Being asked to put £50 on my card in case there is damage in my room or extras!!! Also not sure it was king hilton guest room

Staff were genuine and helpful.Rooms very nice and comfortable.

Breakfast was not as good as I expected,also tea and coffee facilities were not replenished in one of our rooms.Very expensive.Hotel very hard to find as the sat nav code given is invalid, website needs to give directions and to also tell you to look for Liverpool 1 which is the carpark to use because if you go to hotel first ,you have to drive all way around again on oneway system.

We had a room with ceiling to floor windows overlooking the Albert Dock. It was a beautiful room and very comfortable. Staff are very helpful and pleasant. Will definately stay there again.

Drinks in bar a bit pricey

The customer service at the hotel was excellent and the breakfast buffet was really good with lots of choice. The location of the hotel is really good with access to the city centre and tourist attractions close by. I would definitely recommend the hotel to friends and family

Breakfast was poor.seven minute wait for bacon.toaster not working and food only warm at best it let the rest of the stay down.even staff complained about how they were working with not enough staff

Every member of staff was warm and friendly. We had a bit of a disaster in that a pipe burst on our last day and we were awoken by a flooded room but the staff handled everything in a calm efficient manner and we were very pleased with how they treated us to make amends. Definitely planning a return visit. We really enjoyed the total peace in the corridors upstairs must be good sound proofing!!

Myself and my boyfriend booked 2 nights at the Hilton Liverpool for a mini break away and to visit friends. On arrival the lady on reception was ever so nice (Rachel I think her name was) there was a slight problem with 'us already checking in' the room which we clearly hadn’t, this problem was sorted within 5 minutes. Our room was amazing, we could see the docks from our massive window, the bed was absolutely huge and so comfortable, the bathroom was gorgeous, we could not fault our room at all very clean and spotless. All staff were very polite and welcoming. We had a fantastic stay at the Hilton for a reasonable price booked through booking.com. I will definitely be staying there again and will always recommend this hotel. The hotel is in a very convenient place, right by Albert docks, right next to Liverpool one shopping center, close to all bars and food outlets. One more thing, we wanted a nice chill out weekend with no interruptions or chaos and we got that, we hardly heard a peep from other people staying in the hotel or walking through the corridors! Fab weekend!!!

The location was perfect.parking very good at Liverpool 1 .entrance to the carpark is on the Strand just past the hotel.go to level 3 & hotel is just opposite of the exit. Only gripe is that we would have liked to have a drink at the bar before dinner ..no chance all booths & areas were reserved..also very noisy guests returning to their rooms early hours of the morning...
