I've stayed at the hotel before and I've always found it comfortable and not too crowded. The staff is pleasant and always ready to help with any request. |

The hotel looked new and fresh and the rooms very spacious, the breakfast was very very good, but was included in our cost, wouldnt be prepared to pay for it seperately as it costs £20. Good access to transport links, didnt need to stay in the centre of the city. Plenty of shops in the underground mall nearby. The twin rooms consisted of 2 single beds, ive stayed in other hotels of similar quality and they normally have to double beds, there would have been plenty of space to fit them in a standard room. Considering it is a hotel aimed at the business market the gym, sauna and steam room were relatively small and the hotel could have done with a pool. |

The Room was spacious and light, The Staff were very friendly and helpful. I think the food is overpriced for the quality of food. |

The room was clean and comfortable. The staff were helpful and friendly. Easy access from train station. The proximity to the O2 arena was difficult to get to while jubilee line not running. It is advertised as close to the arena but only if you are a really good swimmer! |

Receptionist very helpful, rooms clean with comfy beds, location perfect for our trip to the O2 which was one stop away on the underground. We got an excellent price on a spring break deal. Watch the mini bar a can of coke was £3.50 shocking! |

Excellent location being close to the tube, local shops and restaurants. Nice size room which was clean and modern. Superb breakfast with lots of choice and good quality. The Jubilee line was closed so getting to and from the O2 arena was a nightmare |

Room was clean and hotel staff were very friendly. The cooked breakfast was the best I've ever had! The only thing I didn't like was that you couldn't open the window. But I guess this is because of safety reasons. |

The Hotel charged VAT on the top of price i paid at bookin.com at the time of check out. This surprised me as the email from booking.com at the time of booking confirmation clearly stated that the price is inclusive of VAT. |

It was a pleasant stay, staff were very helpful. It was convenient for the O2 arena by train but not by taxi- as long traffic delays so we asked taxi driver to take us back to canary wharf train station. The cost of the breakfast seems a bit expensive at £19.95 which was charged on top of cost of stay for one night |

The rooms were fairly spacious, the staff polite and helpful and car parking at the hotel was extremely convenient. The bar area was pretty unsociable. |

I found the staff very helpful and friendly. The room was comfortable and the breakfast was excellent. I enjoyed the cocktails and the light supper we had later in the evening. The steam room out of order. |
