l'alta pulizia di tutti gli ambienti, l'attenzione dettagliata a tutti i confort del viaggiaggiatore...(asse da stiro in camera, ascigacapelli di buona qualita'...) il servizio un po' lento della ristorazione, circa 1ora1/2 di attesa per la cena, con la sala vuota. |

I liked the Bussines lounge facilities and small benefits.interior was nice. I did not like the staff at reception - he wasn't responsive - we were disappointed that hotel did not informed us about the tube and railway problems to get to he hotel. we did not receive any visible compensation for this discomfort. |

Enjoyed our stay at the Hilton very much. Fantastic location for the o2 making it a very stress free journey every morning. Room was calm, inviting and comfortable with modern fixtures and fittings. Bathroom was chic with channelled music from bedroom. Room service was quick and food was excellent. Would highly recommend. |

The hotel was great. The service was spot on. I'd recommend the hotel to others and would book again if ever visiting london. I would recommend getting a stay inclusive with breakfast as it is one of the best breakfasts you will have from a hotel. (expensive if you dont get it with room) |

the room was large and well decorated, the bed confortable; the bathroom was also very large and good looking - with possibility of listtening to the TV as a nice additional feature; i.e. all one need to rest after all day of sight seeing windows which cannot be opened, wi fi internet connection is not included in the room price; the interstingly looking armchair is not very comfortable |

Very helpfull staff, spacy roomsc O2 dome, london city airport, mall and underground nearby. Concierge was better informed concerning alternative routes of the underground compared to underground-personel it takes 25 minutes with the underground to the city center. During our stay the underground was out of order (bad luck) |

The hotel staff were exemplary in every way, It was the highest standard of care that i have ever experienced in my sixty years of travelling abroad. From reception to dining room to bar everything was first class, The walk from the Hotel to Canary Wharf underground has potential for trouble yet we had no such experience. |

All the staff, without exception were very helpful, friendly and attentive. Our room was very luxurious. It was excellent value for money and not far from central London. Breakfast was excellent. Would love to go back to this hotel in the future. |
