Jag gillande dom fina rummen mest och frukosten va mycket bra också. Jag tycker att en del av personalen inte fick en att känna sig som en gäst och det där lilla extra som gäst fick man inte. Dom hade ingen koll gällande betalning heller så jag fick betala 3000 för mycket. Sånt som inte ska hända , nu fick jag mina pengar insatta dagen efter men jag tycker ändå att dom gjorde en del missar som jag är besviken på. |

Enjoyed our stay at the Hilton very much. Fantastic location for the o2 making it a very stress free journey every morning. Room was calm, inviting and comfortable with modern fixtures and fittings. Bathroom was chic with channelled music from bedroom. Room service was quick and food was excellent. Would highly recommend. |

The hotel was great. The service was spot on. I'd recommend the hotel to others and would book again if ever visiting london. I would recommend getting a stay inclusive with breakfast as it is one of the best breakfasts you will have from a hotel. (expensive if you dont get it with room) |

Excellent concierge.Superb breakfasts.Room good. Location VG althouigh it woud not have been good if it had been raining as we walked everywhere. |

the room was large and well decorated, the bed confortable; the bathroom was also very large and good looking - with possibility of listtening to the TV as a nice additional feature; i.e. all one need to rest after all day of sight seeing windows which cannot be opened, wi fi internet connection is not included in the room price; the interstingly looking armchair is not very comfortable |

Very helpfull staff, spacy roomsc O2 dome, london city airport, mall and underground nearby. Concierge was better informed concerning alternative routes of the underground compared to underground-personel it takes 25 minutes with the underground to the city center. During our stay the underground was out of order (bad luck) |

The hotel staff were exemplary in every way, It was the highest standard of care that i have ever experienced in my sixty years of travelling abroad. From reception to dining room to bar everything was first class, The walk from the Hotel to Canary Wharf underground has potential for trouble yet we had no such experience. |

All the staff, without exception were very helpful, friendly and attentive. Our room was very luxurious. It was excellent value for money and not far from central London. Breakfast was excellent. Would love to go back to this hotel in the future. |

The hotel is close to all public trasport, in the Docklands close to River Thames. The staff is friendly, the orange fresh is very good. Good breakfast, fast moving elevators. The dlr (a tram) is passing just close to the hotel (5m) and bellow floor 8 it is quite noisy. |

The hotel facilities and staff are great. The breakfast is fantastic with very good service. The ice cube machine in each floor was a great idea. The bed was not that comfortable, and would be good an internet connexion free of charge. |

everything was in working order, staff were wonderful and helpful.The room was very clean and the bed comfortable.The toiletries were Crabtree and Evelyn which was very nice.Extension brought quickly for my sleep apnoea machine. Excellent hotel No price list for mini bar, although we could have asked, but were embarrassed to. I booked twin room because of my apnoea machine -not double bed- but we managed.Again I could have asked but was too tired. |
