Closeness to historic sights and boat ove the Thames The cost of the boat trip for 2 mins the width of the water £3 one way far to expensive and I consider a bit of a rip off |

Had a clean room I had an incident where although I booked a double room and was confirmed by email, when registering I was give a twin room. This would have been ok if they told me at registration. However, they did not. When I asked about the booking they said it was due to no rooms available. Having showed them my booking receipt, the person serving me seemed in different. |

Staff were very courteous. Breakfast arrangments were good. 1. Our 'non-smoking' bedroom smelled of smoke. we arrived late and I was too tired to ask to move. We slept (badly) with all windows open and it had improved by the next day. 2. The room was comfortable but claustrophobic 3. Guests need to be made aware that there is NO public transport into London available for over an hour in the late morning. |

Free parking provided for residents is unusual and most welcome for a city hotel and access to Central London via water bus service was easy but could have been better advertised. Confusing access to room as a result of unserviceable lift. Hotel not easy to find without sat nav - very small car park sign on road. |

Breakfast and breakfast staff On arrival we were told that we nay have to move room for the second day and staff spent some time trying to sort problem out, late at night after a long day! After eventually sorting out the issue, they phoned up after we had gone to bed to offer room service as an apology, I was not happy!! |

Proximity to Canary Wharf and Docklands facilities as well as the ferry to Canary Wharf The initial room I was put in was tiny, the one I was shifted to was a liitle better, but overall fell far short of my expectations from a Hilton Hotel. Absence of bar fridge etc dissapointing. |

Good Value for money. Location is not very central but hotel free Shuttle every 15 minutes to Tube was a good thing to have. Good Breakfast spread and helpful staff. Room size was too small for a family travel |

The breakfast was excellent and we loved the view over the river to see the skyline of London (especially in the dark). The shuttle bus to the undergroundstation was nice. The key of the room did not work for two times, when we came back to the hotel after our shopping- or sightseeing-tour. |

views, locatoin, breakfast was tasty, staff friendly. Rooms are very small, access,i.e corridors, lifts, room entrances very difficult to negoiate with cases or buggy, not a family friendly hotel. Ideal for singles, couples if you get an offer, wouldn't pay full price. |

Courtesy bus to nearest tube station. Very friendly, helpful staff. Cheapest bottle of wine in bar was expensive - approx £18. |

Perhaps the most central hotel in London, located in the heart of the West End at the foot of Oxford Street with the whole of London on your doorstep. |
On the water’s edge at London’s docklands, next to Canary Wharf, this modern and easily accessible hotel offers leisure facilities and spectacular views of the London skyline. |
Set against the backdrop of London's best historical landmark, this brand new, contemporary hotel has a striking exterior and is ideally situated on the doorstep of the City. |
These bright, stylish and spacious apartments and penthouses are just minutes from London Bridge and the financial district. Many have striking views across London. |
