good hotel but very far out and not ideal for a shopping/theatre trip to london. bit of a pain to get back to the hotel as you have to get the tube (which was shut when we went, jubilee line enhancements) and then get the hilton shuttle bus from Canada Waterback to the hotel which finishes at 11.30pm, reception staff were a bit rude and very flustered. didn't feel valued as a hilton repeat guest |

The view of the Thames was lovely and the free mini-bus from the underground was very much appreciated. The shower's cold tap wasn't working. |

The parking facility was very handy and was the main reason I chose the hotel. I thought been the Hilton the tv in the room was very out dated and the amount of channels were limited. |

The breakfast provided a great range of options. The temperature of the pool was a bit cold and cold showers in the change rooms, not so nice in winter! |

The frequent hotel buses to/from the tube station. The helpful staff (bus and hotel). The river view. The excellent breakfast. The location was more remote than we expected (our first visit). The amount of steps outside and inside the hotel were awkward for suitcases. The first room we were offered (on the ground floor) was too small and appeared insecure (window). |

If you travel to London and want to feel something historical specifically about Docklands, this hotel building represents what kind of history this area has. I assume this building used to be an accommodation for ship crew then renovated for hotel. Access to central london is not good. I rather book Hilton Canary Wharf where we think very nice hotel for both business and holiday. |

The location is very good and car parking although limited is most handy The corridors are somewhat dated and could do with refurbishment, and unfortunately the morning was disrupted by the fact that no water was flowing so morning showers are ablutions were not able to be taken which is a major part of accounting for the stay. |

The room was lovely and the staff were really polite, also liked that there was a balcony We had a chocolate box on the desk for two chocolates but the box was empty! There should either be a full box or no box at all. All so the water inthe room was very expensive I feel that at least the first bottle should be complimentry. |

Great price. Amazing breakfast. Free parking a huge plus. They could've given more information about transportation. The shuttle bus is very good -- but the bus outside the hotel goes right to the underground station too, and this might have saved time and hassle. All they need to do is tell people! Also, the telephone charges are outrageous. Even for a hotel, it was unthinkable. |

First they gave us a small room then they change it, it was fine. The ferry to Canary Walf could be free for the gusts. Even there is a shuttle from canada water it is not so convenient to get everywhere. |

Very helpful staff and good choice of breakfast. We changed rooms because the first one had a dirty carpet, ripped sofa and burns on the desk. The second room was cleaner, although there was not a working radiator in the room, and the main light did not work. We did not complain about the second room, because we were on a tight schedule and did not have time, although I am sure this would have been dealt with. |
