The room needs updating very tired
Very accommodating friendly staff. Lovely views over the Thames from the restaurant.
The wardrobe in the deluxe double room was of very poor quality. The heating was inadequate.
Great breakfast. Nice enough room. Great view of canary warf from hotel bar front. Friendly enough staff. Balcony on each room.
staff did not know what their own connecting boat was doing. Resulting in us driving around London for 2 hours and paying more parking in fear we would be stranded on the incorrect side of water.only to find out 3 of the staff had been wrong and we could of crossed after our show at the O2. No mirror in room other than bathroom. Not ideal for the ladies.
location, and room once we were moved the first one was awfull, up in the attic no view at all and pokey, but as i say once moved, fine
looked a bit tired, have stayed there on 3 other occasions but unless we are going to the O2 wouldnt go again
location; parking at a London hotel
double bed was smaller than we would have liked and a bit too soft (ie hotel beds are normally firmer)
Nothing in particular
The room was difficult to access. The room was small No minibar TV was misplaced, as there was no room.
Room was dusty asked reception why it was like that only to be told that there was renovations scheduled for November which didn't explain why the room had not been cleaned
The staff is truly the friendliest hotel staff ive come across in a long time. My room was almost on the top floor and faced the water, it was so quiet i slept with windows wide open. Very nice terrace at bar also. The boat to canary warf is cute, just dont underestimate the walk that you will need to do afterwards to get to the actual station (5-10 minutes)
I just expect better from a hilton when it comes to the interior, nothing huge but torn carpets, sqeaky floor, room door that didnt seem very solid, walls could really use some paint
Breakfast was amazing
Sounds from air vents
Free ferry service between the hotel and Canary Wharf.
The bed was so hard and uncomfortable I hardly slept at all - was more comfortable on the floor! The decor was very old fashioned and faded and the hair dryer wasn't very powerful. It was not a cheap room which what annoys me most as we've slept in comfier bedsin hostels that were a fraction of the price. #Ihatehiltonhotels
Everything about this hotel was nice. it was clean and the staff were extremely efficient. We reserved our parking space as we were going to a wedding and returning later for the reception. When our parking space was 'stolen', the Hilton waived the parking charge.
It's location is a bit out of the way but that is more of a personal gripe. London traffic can make the easiest of journeys, by car, a nightmare. Make the most of London's excellent public transport system!
Warm friendly staff. A basic but clean room. Fab location
A distance from the local tube and no longer a courtesy bus.
Staff were very helpful for all my queries.
The room door lock need to be checked. Sometimes couldn't lock properly. Will be the security issue.
The room Outllook onto Canary Wharf The helpful, friendly hotel transport driver
I didn't get the wake up call ordered on checking in!
One particular member of staff went out his way to arrange things for me! Cant thank him enough. Free ferry bus was good service
Room was tiny for the price. Awkward shaped room. Window right in shower! No privacy. Definitely not Hilton quality bedrooms
The beds were good and we were very tired from our travel
The bathroom was cheap the lighting was very poor and did not expect the hilton to have a shower curtain I stayed at many hotels that had lower grading and they all had shower screens. The access to the room was also poor we felt like they had an old hotel and had built on the front and called it the Hilton a real let down
Good location The breakfast was excellent.
Paying for overnight parking and paying extra for breakfast. The breakfast order sheets for the room were old ones which the previous occupants had completed. The fact that the hotel appears to be a group of buildings joined together by narrow corridors.
Staff was excellent
Too far from London central
Help and assistance getting around to upton park also getting across the Thames on the ferry was good.
Place looks run down needs a paint job when we arrived bed wasnt made for our 2nd child.didnt appreciate alarm going off at 4am and not being advised of whether there is an actual fire or not
The location is great as we was going to a show at the O2, rooms are clean and comfortable. It was our second time at this hotel and we will definitely stay again.
I enjoyed the facility as a whole very clean and well presented.
Fire alarm went off during our stay 04.00am disturbing our sleep. I also suffer from insomnia too and managed to get in a deep sleep then this happened and it ended up being a false alarm. I was very embarrassed to leave the premises in minimum amount of clothes with the rest of the hotel it was cold and unpleasant. I should be offered a complimentary stay for ruining what was meant to be my anniversary.
Many thanks to all the staff They were very helpful And cooperative especially the front office desk manager Mr: Chrestian Gomez Wish you all the best .
Lovely views, the ferry to canary wharf was excellent as was the car service. Breakfast was lovely. The staff were very nice.
No wifi access unless you pay extra, a bit of a rip off. Ordered food in the bar one night and both my side dishes never arrived. A fire alarm went off at 4am we had to get up and go outside, o staff around, then in the morning none of the staff apologised for the disturbance.
Location and flexibility to address any suggestion or recommendations. Staff are also friendly and welcoming
The short journey by boat into canary wharf
The parking wasn't very secure
