Staffs were not friendly Our room was noisey
Excellent breakfast Comfortable beds Very quiet
Nothing to mention
The staff were helpful & remembered my husband from a previous visit, (who is partially sighted), the room & bed was a good size and very comfortable. Breakfast also very good. The location is good for us as its opposite Euston Station.
when we were in the bar there was no table the staff had allowed one of the customers to take it for their computers while they ate, and there wasn't another to replace it. The bar man was on his own so couldn't leave to sort it out. So we had to leave and go to another bar/ restaurant to collect our emails. Apparently the couple had had the table for two hours. It would be a great help if Hilton could follow the example of other hotels and offer free WIFI in the room, the bar would be less crowded with people just trying to get on line and I am sure would be better for their business.
The concierge was excellent. I traveled to London with my 10 year old granddaughter as a birthday gift. She was unsure what she wanted to do each day. We were able to give the concierge a general idea and they took it from there. Made suggestions everyday and each day was awesome!! Breakfast was extra but really good. Great variety, buffet all you could eat and coffee and fresh fruit to take with you. Cost more than I planned but was worth the money when traveling with a finicky child!
Beds were a bit hard and room was small for the money but this is London! Internet was a bit expensive...about 21.00 per day but with a child internet is essential so I paid it.
The room size is very large than we expect so we fell free when we 3 people staying in the room. the bed is good and the breakfast is perfect as well. Really close to Euston station that no more than 5 minuts by walk.
OK.I can accept there is no free wifi since that is hotel's policy but the high charge for wifi is ridiculous.
Staff were extremely pleasant and helpful!! Made our stay enjoyable!!
Location and room service.
WIFI costs Glass of wine £12...insane
Lack of double glazing so close to fire station and church
the room was very silent and the sleep was very well.
the wifi was so expensive for rooms. and for the lobby wifi, it's insufficient.
Very friendly breakfast staff, room clean
Unwelcoming concierge on arrival (quite brusque), room very hot and airless (despite opening window and putting fans on), lots of passing police cars with sirens on! Also hair dryer is a pipe attached to wall
Liked being near to other members of my family.
Room very small and expensive
Location to Euston Station
Size of room very small, especially as I booked a double room. Atmosphere was miserable and décor tired / shabby. Very costly for 'quality' of room
Position, proximity to railway stations and Buses
Close to both Eurostar (StP) and Euston mainline stations. Very friendly welcome and excellent facilities. Room 81 was perfect.
Wine prices over the top, even for a London Hotel!!
The hotel was well located in relation to the activities I had do reach.
Small room. Staff not so helpful.
good location close to Euston ans kings cross
Our stay was only one night, they were out of dry white wine and the tap beer was being repaired. Our meal was good and also the breakfast. Staff were polite and helpful.
Every where we have stayed we have not had to pay for Wifi connection. With the prices you are paying this should be free. We had to go around the coroner to the Costa coffee shop which is connected to a Premier Inn Hotel to get WiFi
Lovely room and helpful staff
Location good - for conference centre and train stations
Rooms were clean enough but a little worn and grubby.
The reception flooring.location was good.
For a name like the "hilton" you would expect more. A concierge named massimo was very rude on the phone.Sadly for the price i paid I was very dissapointed.I could have been at the premier in or travelodge by the standards.very old looking only place that looks a tiny but decent was the reception area, the lifts look tired the outside looked tired corridors to the rooms.safe to stay Wount be staying here again with the sky high prices. Seems like your paying for the name more than anythng.
Breakfast quality and rich choice as well the friendly and helpful staff especially the staff in the breakfast room.
This hotel is so handy to Euston Station, excellent breakfast and very pleasant staff
Friendly Staff, Small plate of fruit left in room as it was our anniversary.
Carpet had seen better days Room felt like it was in a service area Order flowers from hotel from concierge. Sent what I wanted written in the card. Card was written upside down, spellings were incorrect and it looked like it had been written by a 2 year old. I wouldn't book with this Hilton again. I expected it to be more upper-class and cleanly decorated.
Location to Euston Station. Breakfast variety
Small double bed. No bed side table Exorbitant bar prices.
