The hotel did not have my reservation so checking in for my ten day stay did not go smoothly. In addition, and despite having a printed version of the reservation from booking.com, I ended up having to pay more than my quote. |

Nothing We were informed on check in that we had been "upgraded". We were put into a smoking room, even though our booking stipulated a non smoking room. The reason we booked the hotel was to have a good nights sleep after a long flight. We did get any sleep as we could hardly sleep frojm tghe smell of smoke in the room. It was a complete waste of money. |

El trato amable de los empleados, y lo confortable en cuanto a descanso. Tambien su cercanía a ciertos puntos de interes de Londres y que tiene dos metros cerquisima. la bañera, demasiado alta, un poco incomoda. |
