The new rooms were really fresh and well presented. The bathroom was well decorated and looked good. The buffet was really tasty too. Booking in at reception was slow, nearly 15 mins after a long journey was irritating but was upgraded to the new rooms as an apology which was good

Closeness to airport terminal. Manager on duty excellent. Trying to keep information flowing . Time to checking. Computer systems down and they had accepted passengers from a delayed flight so it took 2hours! Disinterested staff in restaurant.

Convenience to Gatwick Airport. We were catching an early flight to Las Vegas. There was no reasonably priced package for Bed/Breakfast/Dinner as at Premier Inn hotels

Good food in the restaurant - great steak! Nice bed linen. Bed was very small. No mini bar in room so we had no water. If we had been told about this at check in then we could have purchased some elsewhere before we went to the room! Very annoying. Air con not great.
