部屋からは緑が見え、部屋が見えたり道路が見える景色よりはるかによかった。しかし、窓が小さいのが残念。- 朝食もおいしく、ありがたい値段設定だった。ただホテルの中庭が芝生だったらよかったのに、と思った。植木- が手入れされていなくて、残念だった。 |

Convenience to airport for our trip home. Unfortunately, the Gatwick Express was a disaster travelling to London but was great on the return journey. It would be too far out to stay in the Hilton if shopping in London and also too expensive for the train. |

Flexibility in check in / check out times and capability of staff was excellent also... Drinks prices are high - glasses of wine are very high, and when travelling alone there is little value in buying a bottle. There is no range of prices either - all between 7 and 10 pounds, limited choice. |

Quick transit to and from airport. Non-stop checkout service. I got a room that had doors that adjoined to the neighbouring rooms. The sound proofing on these doors was poor |

Liked the locasion and polite staff... Gets on my nerve how long time it take to check in...as I have filled out all info on internet I dont understand why I must do hotel office work and fill out forms again insted just hand my the key with out any more complicasion on my arrival.... |

Under refurbishment and not very well sign posted - it took me 20 mins to find it. Chosen for its location in the airport rather than its facilities. Staff very helpful. |
