location This place is totally overpriced for what it offers. On the continent, even in major cities you pay 50% of the price for better comfort in hotels of the same class |

THe Hotel was extremely good value for Central London. Whilst not hugely luxurious, it is clean and functional, the facilities sufficient. The staff were really helpful and dealt with all our requests and question efficiently and with a smile (not that we really asked for anything). The lack of a Fridge/Minibar in the rooms was the worst thing and the fact that we had a room that overlooked and internal brick wall. This was no problem to us in this trip as we spent no time in the room, however you wouldn't have wanted to stay any length of time in this particular room |

The hotel was clean and comfortable the staff friendly and helpful, the breakfast was very tasty, plenty of choice. I read on other customer comments that the rooms were small but I can only imagine these guests are nit picking as my room was a perfectly adequate size. The most appealing thing about the hotel is its location, very central a pleasant walk away from Piccadilly Circus, two minutes from Green Park tube station, overall an excellent base for exploring the city. |

Very convenient location. Delicious breakfast. Trained and polite staff. Rooms were small. Our rooms window was opposite a wall. Breakfast could include more choices. |

The real good thing about this hotel is apparently its location - just a few steps from Picadilly and Green Park tube, but the rest was awfull... Around 2PM i was requested by the reception to wait untill 3PM (the official check-in hour). The concierge couldn't help with plastic bag or anything of this kind. On the other day at 9AM they started to fix the door of the room close to mine, making terrible noise. So, overall, you should consider this hotel only if you're looking for a really cheap stay, the quality of service was nowhere close to the Hilton standards you can find in a number of other hotels... |

Great location, quiet room, helpful staff. I ran into a bit of trouble checking out, there was a mix-up regarding the room price, but it was sorted out efficiently. |

Location, staff, reception areas, dining and bar. Close to Picadilly The room was terrible and a major disappointment. I got very good rate but was prepared to pay more. If I had paid more, I would have been angry. To me it was just an old London hotel room, small and cramped. Door did not fit correctly so all sounds came from any movement in the corridor. Door to wardrobe did not fit and hung slightly askew. Old windows which also let in noise from outside. |

Fantastic central location. Service at front desk very professional and staff generally friendly. Oustanding breakfast. My corner room was small and not too well designed i.e.drab beige drapes and bedding and the lighting was blinding - PL white lights are very disturbing for a calm ambience. The air-con system ioperation was confusing and I needed a housekeeping professional to explain it to me. |

well placed site for the best parts of London with good staff and clean rooms. the room we stayed was fine except wooden bed had protruding wood at the foot end which needs a protector to save banging your legs! |

Very good and charming location in Mayfair. Concierges were helpful. Room design was tired but ok. Bathroom needed a serious refit. The wooden floor of the upper floor was creaking noisily. There was no minibar in room. |

After the misunderstanding over our booking we ventured to the bar for a free drink!!!!!! The first few hours at the hotel were very frustrating as they only had one room booked in my name. It so happened that I took confirmation with me which stated that I had booked and paid for 2 twin rooms. This hotel is excellent for the location. You are a stone throw away from all the major attractions. The hotel was clean, comfortable and most of the staff pleasant. Even though I had the frustration at booking in, I think I would stay here again just to give them the benefit of doubt, hopefully next time I will get the roomS I booked! |
