It was an ideal location. The breakfast was good and so was the service at breakfast. Check in and out was efficient. Tv controls were not working and were replaced but only after 30 minute wait. The black out blind had holes in it and was frayed at the edges. The bed squeaked with every move and there were hairs in it. The room was generally tired and didn't smell fresh.

Airy, light breakfast room, with good breakfast selection including omelette made to order in front of you! Helpful friendly staff. Great location for West End. Our standard twin room had uncomfortable beds and needed decorating. Small. If budget allows, get upgraded room.

Location, location, location! Bed was ok, but not excellent. Carpet had stains, cutouts from previous furniture - did not look good. Otherwise, room was ok. They did not have our reservation when we arrived.

The rooms are very nice and the location is splendid. Even though it is the same quality as to be expected in any Hilton hotel, it is a relatively small hotel and so it feels much cosier and homey. It is not my first time at Hilton Green Park, and I would be glad to return. The only thing I do not like there is that you have to pay extra for Internet, and it's 15 pounds for 24 hours, which in our day and age is actually ridiculous, you can find free Wi-Fi almost everywhere.

Location Decor is dated, the staff we dealt with were incapable of breaking into a smile or niceness. Our booking.com reservation hadn't been registered so they were not expecting us. Room was smaller and very poor tatty dated decor with no style. Christmas decorations were pathetic - Flemings opposite puts this place to shame! We will be staying there next time.

Exceptionally friendly and helpful staff throughout the hotel. Very good breakfast with plenty of choice. Reception area has a cosy boutique feel with some character, not the cold soul-less feel of modern hotels. Single room was small, but quite adequate for a short stay.

The hotel was conveniently located near Green Park and Piccadilly. Some of the staff, particularly the concierges, were very helpful. The hotel is in dire need of a major makeover. Initially, I was placed in a very tiny dilapidated room but insisted that they put me in a renovated room which was a small improvement but they tried to charge me more. As it was, the room had already cost me $370.00 per night. I insisted on the no charge upgrade and got it. In addition, I had requested a 1:00 P.M. check-in but didn't get into my room until 3:00 P.M. Like many London hotels, everything is way over priced including breakfast at 22 gbp or $35.20 cdn which is real nonsense!

Convenient location, pleasant staff generally most helpful Despite my only booking request (Quiet room, please) my smallish room (230) was noisy, situated at front of hotel. Bathroom windows were not double-glazed which made for a disturbed night's sleep. My request as a Hilton Cardholder for an upgrade, for which I was willing to pay a reasonable sum, was not met. Was told no up-grade rooms were available!

The reception was friendly and business-like. The room was well appointed and had all the extras that one could require such as trouser presses hair driers tea and coffee making facilities. The room was about the right size and the bed was comfortable. The room was at the front and at ground level and there was continuous traffic noise all night. Not the fault of the Hotel other rooms would not suffer the same problem.

Great location at quite street near green park, good bed, excellent hairdryer We had a prepaid room on special offer. They gave us very small room behind the roof with small bathroom (I guess, it was the smallest room with low-ceilinged). Stuff on reception asked us to give a card for deposit. We gave deposit cash, but by mistake they made double authorisation on card, which we used to prepay. So my deposit was triple as required (as I asked not to use my card).
