Score from 1637 reviews Fabulous
This 4-star Hilton non-smoking hotel has soundproofed, spacious rooms with direct access to Heathrow Airport’s Terminal 4 via covered walkway.
Score from 857 reviews Very good

Score from 1822 reviews Good
Just a 5-minute drive from Heathrow Airport, this Holiday Inn has an airport shuttle (at surcharge), fitness centre and on-site restaurant.
Score from 1361 reviews Very good
The room was quiet and extremely comfortable. The Indian restaurant was excellent. Perfect place for a good sleep before an early flight next morning.
Very comfortable with helpful staff. Enjoyed a drink in the bar and dinner in the restaurant. Shuttle to the airport good
Nice room, Large foyer.
Cost of Drinks
Proximity to T5. Staff attuned to typical travellers issues e.g airport transfers etc. Great personalised yet professional service.l
Not easy to pay for minibus transfer back to terminal
The rooms are very modern, spacious and I particularly love the bed! The bathroom had expensive fittings & spacious too. They sever a gernerous buffet breakfast. I'd recommend this hotel to friends & family.
Modern decor of hotel, Friendly welcoming staff, Executive lounge
Wedding function at hotel made finding a parking space difficult.
reception checked me in a room already booked. luckily that person was not there or taking a shower when i came in
Overall a very nice hotel, friendly helpful staff, large clean rooms, good breakfast, convenient location to terminal 5
Hotel, was fantastic.
Bus trip to get there, I thought Hotel was adjacent to the Terminal 5.
Spa and leisure facilities were good. Room and executive lounge was lovely. I would go back and stay again. The massage was lovely.
The bed was too hard, did not sleep too good. The spa area around the hot tub could be kept cleaner. Towels and robes were all over the place and not regularly tidied.
Liked the style, comfort and Decor
It is not at terminal 5 as stated. We needed a taxi to get us there. Food and drink was over priced And expensive
Staff could be more happy maybe smile??
Staff, retaurant, beds
expensive and extended bus journey on the Hoppa. The drivers are great guys, but £5 a leg is stiff
Paper thin walls allowed us (lucky us) to hear everything spoken or listened to from all sides.
The overall stay was wonderful. I especially applaud the chef in the Indian restaurant who made an incredible meal for us sans onion and garlic, which is a challenge for indian food.
The title includes '...Heathrow Airport Terminal 5' which is misleading. The Sofitel is more expensive yet equally more convenient. The choice was not obvious online.
Hotel design. Spacious modern and great value for money
It is not possible to walk any where near hotel. It's set in an industrial estate. Although lot of spaces in car park. They were full
Everything but the location.
The name of the hotel implies that it is, like the Sofitel & Hilton-Terminal 4, at the airport. It isn't. It's a ten minute, £ 5 ride from terminal 5. Which means if you want to use the hotel as a base for visiting London, you have to lay out £ 5 a head for every trip to and from the airport. We ended up paying £ 20 for transport to and from the hotel at the beginning of our trip, and another £ 60 for trips to and from London and the hotel at the end. When I tried to cancel the one-night stay at the end of our trip, the hotel refused. Never again.
Very clean and welcoming
Location was really too far away from Terminal 5
The hotel is nice with good restaurants
The location is just way out and cabs will charge you a minimum fee of £35 because it is out of their jurisdiction!
Everything was ok. The food was good, and there was a great variety to choose from. The Airconditioning was good, but sometimes too much.
What appeared to be a major problem was the distance of the Hotel from the airport. The Hotel is not located in Terminal 5, but a couple of kilometers away from the airport. The Hotel has no bus of its own, you need to take a bus and pay £5 one way or £ 9 return. It takes the bus about 15 minutes to get to the Airport.
The rooms, location and breakfast were great.
Staff was unflexible, did not really know how to handle certain things. Check-in was painful and complicated.
Large spacious comfortable room. Good wifi connection.
Paying £4.50 for a weak cup of coffee. Spa on cool side and steam room not working,( should have been informed if things are out of order). Restaurant poorly managed with long wait when busy.
Hotel,Facilities and staff were excellent. Wonderful modern hotel and in a really good location.
Spa pool had some sharp corners hidden under the water and masked by bubbles in there.
A very comfortable evening. Good bed and the staff were at tentative.
Hard to find a parking space in a very large car park, ended up having to park on the grass. Next morning at check out they wanted A £12 parking payment which was not made clear on check in! £12 for parking on the grass!!!!
