Location was the hot spot No hot water anywhere in the hotel last day of our stay, we all went home feeling dirty, and no apology was made, we not did not feel that special Hilton Moment. |

Very helpful staff. Great bed and duvet. Internet reception patchy (e.g. could receive but not end emails) but this explained to me from the outset as a server problem. Frankly, a business like Hilton that attracts business travellers should not have server problems. |

The quiet neighborhood, superb view of Hyde Park and easy access to the Tube. Understated elegance with contemporary decor. I cannot think of one thing that was unpleasant.....I would stay there on future visits to London. |

Comfortable room Reception could not find any record of a reservation in our name despite the fact that the room was already debited to my credit card. My wife spent 2 hours waiting until I was free to contact booking.com to sort out the problem. Very unsatisfactory on the hotels part. |

all the staff were superb, nothing was too much trouble. We had an english breakfast, but it was cold which I mentioned to the waitress and reception staff. |

Mooi hotel, personeel doet wat het moet doen en valt je verder niet lastig, leuke verzorgde kamers, lekkere bedden. Je zit in een rustig deel van de stad, maar toch is het binnen zone 1 van de 'tube' en sta je binnen 10 à 15 minuten in de binnenstad. Halte 'Queensway' is letterlijk om de hoek van het hotel, perfect. Aanrader! Sommige kamers hebben mooi uitzicht over het park of de straat, andere kamers kijken tegen een muur aan. Als je van kamer wilt wisselen, doen ze daar echter niet heel moeilijk over. Badkamer/douche is ietwat klein (vooral voor lange mensen zoals ik), maar prima voor een paar nachtjes in Londen. 't Is niet echt een hotel voor kinderen, wij als 20-jarigen waren denk ik de jongsten uit het hotel. Dit kun je natuurlijk als voordeel of als nadeel zien. |

Il soggiorno è stato di una sola notte, da notare comunque che al momento del check out al posto delle 79£ tutto incluso, l'albergo ha inizialmente richiesto 119£ asserendo che questo è il prezzo della loro conferma a booking. Dopo circa 7 minuti l'impiegata ha accettato di accreditarmi le 40£ in eccedenza. |

perfekte Lage vorsicht bei der Buchung, es gibt sehr sehr kleine Zimmer mit Einzelbetten, habe mehrmals nach ein Deutschen Fernsehrkanal gefragt und nie eine Antwort von der Rezeption erhalten! sehr schlecht |
