η τοποθεσια του. συμπεριφορα και υφοσ προσωπικου. ελλειψη οργανωσησ και συντονισμου... π.χ. μασ οδηγησαν κατα την αφιξη μασ σε χρησιμοποιημενο δωματιο.(το ενα απο τα δυο). |

η τοποθεσια,τα δωματια στον 4 οροφο που μειναμε,το πρωινο πλουσιο,και η εξυπηρετηση ηταν αψογη. το ενα δωματιο που μειναμε δεν εχει μπρορνουζι και παντοφλεσ,αλλα δεν τουσ το ειπαμε ,μποριενα μασ εφερναν |

The quiet neighborhood, superb view of Hyde Park and easy access to the Tube. Understated elegance with contemporary decor. I cannot think of one thing that was unpleasant.....I would stay there on future visits to London. |

Comfortable room Reception could not find any record of a reservation in our name despite the fact that the room was already debited to my credit card. My wife spent 2 hours waiting until I was free to contact booking.com to sort out the problem. Very unsatisfactory on the hotels part. |

all the staff were superb, nothing was too much trouble. We had an english breakfast, but it was cold which I mentioned to the waitress and reception staff. |

Right across from Kensington Palace Price of hotel does not include airport shuttle. Airport shuttle has to be arranged in advance or at the airport. The room we stayed in was so small it could barely contain our luggage and ourselves at the same time. Shower is trecherous. View from window was the next building's rooftop mechanical system. Front desk not very helpful. |

Il soggiorno è stato di una sola notte, da notare comunque che al momento del check out al posto delle 79£ tutto incluso, l'albergo ha inizialmente richiesto 119£ asserendo che questo è il prezzo della loro conferma a booking. Dopo circa 7 minuti l'impiegata ha accettato di accreditarmi le 40£ in eccedenza. |
