No roomservice or poor roomservice. No minibar Nowhere to put your clothes Staff is not very nice Bad room for the price paid Very bad image of a hilton
Need to improve house keeping
Awesome location on Hyde Park: Right on tube and bus lines, with many restaurants within walking distance. Staff is the best, helping with everything from room creature comforts to restaurant and travel plans. It has a nice elevator.
Bed was a bit harder than we prefer. Wifi was intermittent in our corner room.
No free Wifi in the bedroom. Unacceptable in this day and age.
Close to transportation
Extra effort to give us a quiet room during renovation of the room we had originally booked overlooking Hyde Park. The staff noticed it was my husbands birthday and appeared at the door of the room with a cake and candle.
Reception Staff need coaching. Specifically on how to deal with customers cutting across conversations while they are focussed on serving someone else. This happened to one receptionist 4 times within a 15 minute period during which the receptionist felt obliged to respond tot he interrupter deal with that request and left the other person(s) waiting.
very perfect location in London, opposite to the Hyde park. Lots of restaurant and supermarket in one minute. The nearest underground station is queensway walking less than one mintues
No wifi in the room
Great location Excellent staff very welcoming
Better bar too much emphasis on table service
Great breakfast. Fresh and lots of choice. Helpful staff and the place was clean. Good for a single nights stay in Central London.
A little shabby and there was scaffolding outside- October 2014 .
Overall, hotel and staff were acceptable.
We didn't have the room we paid for. It was supposed to look out over Kensington gardens but instead we had two windows with views looking out over a fire escape and the other was like an enclosed courtyard with a few plant pots to decorate it. Also our room was by a service lift which was in constant use! Onsuite was too small and awkward where the toilet was positioned. Overall a bit disappointing and wasn't up to our expectations.
The location is ideal because the hotel's door is next to Queensway's Underground Station door!!! Amazing convenient!
The Internet service is ridiculously expensive: 15 pounds per day or 60 pounds per week! Internet should be free, included in the room price, like the water in the bathroom. Although I paid the 15 pounds, the connection was unacceptable slow, being interrupted every 2-3 minutes! In the era we are living in, Internet access must be available, fast and -why not-, free!
The staff were so friendly and helpful and all their efforts to make our stay the best it could be was really appreciated. Our view onto the park was amazing!
The staff and their assistance, manner in dealing with issues made all the difference.
No free wi fi in the rooms.
The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, the location was perfect and central to everything with beautiful views of Hyde park and easy tube access.
the concirage was very helpfull and he knows how to deal with kids
The location Size of room
No wifi in room except paying for it - outrageous in this day and age Wifi in the "public" areas was poor I asked for a Park view room but didn't get one but when asking to see it was shocked at the size of it!
close to Hyde Park, large room good sized bath, close to the tube, friendly staff
Room quality and size Bathroom décor pristine Excellent food at breakfast Great staff
Ridiculously small bathroom Minibar completely empty-not even a bottle of water Wifi in room £14.95 per day? I don't think so! When will hoteliers wake up regarding free Wifi?
Easy access, next to tube station, very close to bayswater area with excellent choice of chinese restaurants, right opposite hyde park. Oxford street and bond is just a few stops away on the Tube.
Little far from the nightlife and restaurants of SOHO area.
Location in front of the Hyde Park. The area is full of different restaurant. Staff extremely helpful and nice especially Mr. Naser and Mr. Hosam at the reception. The room is very clean. I would definitely recommend it to friends and stay there again.
I asked for a refurbished room, so the lady at the reception gave it to me with extra £20 per night.
Loved the location. Safe neighborhood, close to Hyde Park and the Underground. Of all the hotels we stayed at during our 2 weeks in Europe, the staff at this Hilton were the most helpful and friendly. Room was very clean.
Small lift. Mattresses were a bit hard, but okay. Bed frame was quite squeaky, and made noise every time someone turned over. The air circulating system never cooled the room down. It wasn't too hot outside, so not a big deal, but in the heat of the summer it would be a bummer.
Location Indian Restaurants in Neighborhood Ice cream shop next door
They offered me an upgrade for a room with a view for 20 pounds per night. Staff at the reception were helpful: Mr Naser Khan accepted to store my luggage for three days. Mr. Hosam offered his card as reference in case we need help at the front desk. Room was quite and peaceful. Hotel facing the Hyde Park gives you the chance to enjoy the essence of London. I would always come to this hotel.
