The location

Very dirty outdated and very poor value- come on Hilton, you are behind the curve. I would not select another zhilton after this experience

As a hotel in the City of London the location was realy good. About 20 to 30 minutes away from the crowded London and located in a quite and nice neighborhood. Bus stop is just perfectly located few steps from the main enterance and the underground is just 7-10 minute walk. Concerge staff were really helpful.

At first I have been given a room in the seconed floor, it was ok but the bathroom was really really old and unclean. The bathtub were too old and its floor looked like really dirty, adding to that the tap was really inappropiate to be put in a 4 stars hotel, instead of the usual chrome color it was old and tired getting into black. I asked to change the room twice before i could feel that the room is comfortable, clean and deserve the amount of money I paid for my 8 nights stay.

Very disappointing as I reported a lost coat (very expensive one) within one hour after departure, and the lost & found dept confirmed to keep it for 3 months. But the hotel said that they never found it.

The double bed in the deluxe room we had was creaking and poor comfort, the restaurant downstairs, was poor, I returned my food twice for not being cooked, and ended up walking out

This trip was meant to be for my birthday, and the staff kindly arranged for a cake and bottle of champagne at my partner's request. My grateful thanks to all involved. Generally, our stays there have been great anyway, but this was a special experience.

Staff are not professional they know nothing about dealing with people. I paid twise for the room because the used my credit card twise.i sent my booking through booking.com to the reciption lady guiliana on arrival but she used my credit to pay and they pay me another time one day because they think I did not arrive while I was in the hotel. I talked to the reciption guy chris who said they are sorry and they will refund me but I did not recieve anything even the extramony they took from the credit they did not release.in summary if u love your money get away from this hotel

Staff was very helpful, especially at front desk and concierge.

We stayed at hilton notting hill by Holland Park Avenue. We booked a deluxe twin room months in advance, requesting a quiet room, if possible. We got a very noisy one, obviously no sound proof windows! And very small! Description of the room does not match reality. We requested to change it. We were given a room on the 1st floor. Back in the evening we went to our room, it was cold, surprise suprise the heating- air conditioning was not working. They don't check it? So in the end we requested to change it again. So after midnight on our day of arrival we managed to get a descent room and had to note our stuff to no. 6007. Our first impression of this hotel was not positive. Breakfast was good all in all, continental, English buffet breakfast, poor variety of fresh fruits. Not many staff available in the breakfast room, took a long time to order tea, coffee, or to request any missing cutlery. Would not recommend it au any rate.
