Location. Reception staff excellent at check in
Toilet (in room) was unclean
The room's surfaces were very dingy looking. The carpet looked dirty, the bathroom door was rotten at the bottom and the overall condition of the bathroom was so-so.
sauna/steam room and gym open bar area after a slow checking in process we were given a couple free drinks vouchers
the room felt a little small - possibly due to the massive bed? air con was poor and very noisy only one dressing gown and slippers - there were two of us in the room it was very very warm in the breakfast room and there was no one to help with serving - I would have expected a better choice of eggs other than the watery scrambled and the rubbery poached Although there were free wifi areas - in this day and age the whole hotel should have included it
We stayed 5 nights it was a great place to stay. Great staff very helpful excellent food Marcello was our waiter very helpful so friendly too. Antony the Concierge was also friendly and very helpful in anything we asked. Rooms clean and tidy. Close to train station buses and shops. Yes we would stay here again. Thank you!
Too many children running around in lobby.
The location is great if you don't want to be in central London. Very near Westfiled shopping centre and easy to access off the M4 motorway. There is a bus stop right across the road where the sightseeing tours start which is really handy!
Wifi only available in the lobby and didn't actually work when we tried to connect. If you want to use wifi in your rooms you have to pay. It cost me 43 GPB to park the car...we only stayed one night! Very expensive!
The staff were superb and made us feel welcome. Nothing was too much trouble and the hotels cleanliness was outstanding considering it was carnival weekend and it was raining heavy. One of the best hotels we have stayed in and we travel alot.
rooms too small
Hotel close to Westfield and easy to find.
Eating in was expensive but plenty of options nearby. Breakfast was disappointing, cold plates and most of the hot buffet was cold.
The staff were very friendly and helpful, the location was easy to get to with the tube station close by. Hotel was very clean and welcoming, room was very good value for money. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone else. Especially if you are going to the notting hill carnival, it's close enough to walk to but not too close that you can hear everything. Perfect location.
Comfy Bed, Good breakfast, Fast Internet.
Not pleased with the fact that I was billed on my card even after making cash payment.
Great location, good breakfast
Expensive parking at hotel
Good location for Notting Hill carnival
The room was the smallest we have ever stayed in - it was like a shoe box. The Hilton have definitely tried to cram as many rooms as possible into the space provided and therefore you barely have enough room to dry yourself off in the bathroom or move around in the bedroom. We had to wait over 10mins to check in and then they mixed up our reservation. The reception staff didn't seem to know what they were doing.
The food and room was very good.
The minibar was locked and had to ask twice for it to be unlocked
Location good Staff friendly
Waiting for food at breakfast No bacon or eggs ready Long queues for food
The breakfast was very good.
The Internet coverage was not strong enough.
Location was good. There was a bus stop out the front and underground station was close by. We could walk to Portobello Road
Rooms were so small we were unable to fit our luggage properly. You couldn't pass each other without climbing on the bed. Rooms were unclean, far below the standard u would expect from the Hilton. Having previously stayed at Hilton Metropole we were very disappointed. An example is the booger that was smeared on the lift mirror at 7:30am and on our return to hotel that afternoon it was still there! Not a pleasant stay
All the staff.
No extra pillows..but it was not a major problem
Room on a busy road traffic noisy room also a bit pricey
Rooms were comfortable, lobby was excellent, and the location was perfect.
The bed was too soft and did not give me the back support needed for a healthy sleep.
The staff was very helpful.
I have no complaints.
Easy access to underground and large shopping mall. Just a short walk to Holland Park, pub and pastry shop.
One day room did not get made and had to ask for fresh towels.
1. not clear of we could use the lift for disabled from parking. we are not disabledd but carrying heavy suitcases. 2. driving out from car park after checking out. although discussed at the frontdesk and following instruction to drive out so that they can check the car reg. nr., the lever would not get opened and the man from the speaker would not agree to open the gate and ask.me to come to the frontdesk while cars are beng piled up behind me. terrible experience.
Everything especially the use of the very nice Executive Lounge... I will plan on staying at this hotel on my next trip to London.
Location is close to Westfield transport links and local shops. Comfortable bed and fresh linen. Good stong presure from the shower. I liked the room service menu and was amused by the small print at the end of the page which stated room service orders are subject to a tray charge of £5. So remember when ordering a snack to your room tell them you do not want the keep the tray☺!
Very Small double room with extremely small bathroom. Air conditioning although switched off cold air was still flowing out.
