Väldigt trevligt och modernt rum men aningens trångt för två personer. Utmärkt tyst läge, inga störande ljud. Fantastisk frukostbuffé med mycket trevlig personal. Nära t-bana som tog 5 minuter till city. Buss precis utanför entrén. Skulle gärna bo här igen. Att man utlovade gratis Internet på webbplatsen som man sedan tog bra betalt för. |

Fick ett rum för £70 med frukost. Billigt! Hade hoppats på lite bättre stil (snyggare, stiligare, mysigare musik) i lobbybaren. Nu var det lite skränigt. |

Good choice of breakfast, available until 11,30 on weekends. Good position for public transport to the centre or other areas, bus stop right in front of Hotel and underground only 5 min walk away. Very nice surroundings. Quite expensive internet connection. |

Everything available on your doorstep! Concierge were very helpful - thank you! There were a couple of issues that were disappointing about the hotel which did cause a little time issues on our first night - we'd arrived just after 3pm and our room was unavailable until 4.20pm ish. The other thing was that we had received an e-mail prior to our stay whereby everyone's e-mail address was listed - therefore raising confidentiality / data protection issues - felt quite uncomfortable about this. |

Clean, nice room. Good service. Friendly and helpful staff (almost everybody...). Good variety at breakfast buffet; a nice way to start your day! That the hallway and our room was smelling of smoke, although it was supposed to be a non-smoking room. |

The bed was unbelievably squeeky and wobbly. Ruined a romantic night. Room service pizza was a well known brand which I usually buy, with your own topping priced at an extortionately inflated price. An extra topping increased the price from £14 to over £18. |

The only thing good was the rate. Cost of food over the top. 21.00 BPS for fish and chips?!!! Not. I stayed at a Britania; it was much better value taking everything into consideration. Even the rooms were equal everything but the rate |

How organised everything was, and the locations of the attractions in and around the hotel I think the room size is very adaquate and for the price, i dont think you are getting value for money. we even got upgraded to a queen room, and space was scarce. i payed £170 for 2 nights in the hilton glasgow and the room was massive. |

The cleanliness of the hotel, excellent facilities, the location was perfect for what we wanted. Quite expensive, mini bar in room was very pricey but I suppose this reflects the class of hotel it is. |

Clean, efficient and comfortable. Room was quiet. I liked having a balcony although I didn't use it Minibar prices. I know they are always high but it always makes you feel like an object for squeezing as much out of as possible rather than a guest. |

We were quite worried about what to expect as it seems really hard to find a nice and clean hotel at a reasonable price...and we were really happy about the Hilton London Kensington. It's really well located, near Notting Hill Gate, on the central line. Our room was really quiet, the bed was very comfortable, and as it was Saint Valentine's day we were offered cupcakes and a bottle of wine, which was really nice ! For the price I think it's a very good deal. |
