Bra kommunikationer, utmärkt läge. Allting var bra, särskilt var sängarna otroligt bekväma!

Slitet hotell, med pris för toppklass...

Rummet var "run down". Litet, ofräscht, gammalt.

Fint hotell med bra personal. Frukostbuffen är utmärkt! Mycket bra buffe! Hotellet ligger bra till med buss precis utanför till de centrala delarna av London. Finns även ett shoppingcentrum 2 min promenad bort med säkert 200 affärer både Chanelle, Prada och billiga märken. Där finns även en lång restauranggata men frächa restauranger bland annat Jemmie Olivers restaurang.

We have stayed here now 3 times, it is an excellent hotel, very well run and professional, with courteous and helpful staff. It is very well used, yet has really high standards of cleanliness and comfort. The sauna and gym facilities are also complimentary if you are into that. Most of all, it is the location that brings us back, only 10 minutes from the Holland Park tube, and from there central London is about a 10 minute ride. It took us just 20 minutes to get there from Kings Cross station to Holland Park station, fantastic. But the surrounding area is lovely Kensington with its gorgeous streets and crescents. Notting Hill 15 minutes away on foot, there are 2 cinemas there, countless restaurants, both there and along Kensington Church Street as well as nearer the hotel on Holland Park Avenue. Fabulous venue, I would never stay in central London again, can't wait to go back.

We had a great time everything was good, great location number 94 and 142 bus outside the hotel every 5 minutes right to the centre of London. 3 /5minutes walk to Shephards Bush train station and underground and next door to that the Westfield shopping centre what more can a women want? Holland Park station is a lot further and I think the leaflet about the hotel has got it wrong

Except for the bill at the end of the stay both me and our friends were nearly charged for a bottle of white wine from the mini bar that niether of us had had. It seemed really odd that we were both charged.

The food, health club and staff were all absolutely excellent. Lovely breakfast in the morning, plenty of selection and a free paper. Upon arriving we were upgraded to a bigger room with more amenities, which we were very happy with! Our room was very clean and comfortable, with plenty of space. The staff were always very helpful, well presented and approachable. The location was great for our stay - just down the road from Westfield shopping centre and the tube stop, so it was easy to get to other areas in London. Overall a very pleasant stay in a well presented and well managed hotel.

Currently the hotel is having some improvement building work done in some parts, which meant when we arrived our room wasn't available and we were upgraded to a better room which was lovely. The only fault was the amount of noise around us - lots of drilling from mid-morning to mid-afternoon. Although this is a negative we were up and out when it was happening so it didn't affect our stay too much, however it will be nicer when it's soon finished!

Location from Shepherds Bush underground - 5 minutes. Big choice at breakfast. Very helpful concierge staff.

Competent staff, good breakfast.

I found the bar, restaurant and lounge areas lacked warmth and comfort. All the seating was extremely uncomfortable; the hotel was not a place where you would want to hang around and relax. Apparently the room was recently renovated, however, the toilet had dirty brown stains in the basin, we brought this to the attention of the housekeeper, who claimed that it was only brown scale and not dirt - it cannot be beyond the capability of this hotel to have this removed - it doesn't look like the standard of a 4* hotel! The room was also extremely noisy due to poor design of the sliding doors in the rooms, therefore, when people in neighbouring rooms were vacating their rooms ( especially Singapore airlines aircrew at 6am) the banging of these doors could be heard in all adjoining rooms - so much for a quiet room as requested!.

we mentioned during booking that we were on honeymoon and i think we were offered a free upgrade as room was rather big. great breakfast spread though it was getting dull especially when we stayed 7 days. conveniently located near shepherd's bush underground station and the huge westfield shopping centre.

some staff can be rather rude. or perhaps we come from different culture. was overcharged by approximate 150GBP during check out. paid for it as i wasn't sure and staff insisted i didn't pay full amount when i book via booking.com. only managed to resolve when i return to my country and confirm with my email records.

The place of the hotel is quiet good: near underground stations (with central line is very fast to get to main places of the city). Shopping center westfield is less than 10 minutes walking - really good! There you can find food store also. Nice lobby bar

Rooms are old, very old. Price of breakfast is stunning - 20 pounds. its way too much.
