Score from 995 reviews Good
Upgraded on arrival. Two mins from tube. Great breakfast.
can be long ques at check in desks standard rooms quite small & bathrooms out dated slow service with tea/coffee at breakfast
facilities - pool, whilst small numbers are managed. good selection for breakfast staff friendly
the rooms are too tiny. we found it hard to unpack my suitcase. hardly no walking space in the room. the hotel didnt fulfil our demands which they had promised to meet.
the hotel is enormous like a city.
Bathroom a bit dated and tired, (but clean). Leisure facilities were closed. In central London, breakfast should start at 6:00, not 6:30.
Views over London, helpful staff, restaurant food and service. Quiet on upper floors.
Couldn't get on the wifi
Its not the best Hilton.... Tower rooms are not good unless you are on an upper level
Its a Hilton....
Not good welcome from staff and quality of room was so good
Next morning the cleaner walking into my room
Poor quality of service. Pay WiFi. Pressure to sell paying upgrades
Location. Cleanness. Comfort of room. Top-floor restaurant.
Staff was robotic. Expensive wifi. No complimentary bottle of water in the room. There is a £5 delivery charge for room service in addition to the tax and service chrge which are already included in the price, and they will take 30 minutes to deliver a bottle of water, and I find it very stupid from a hilton hotel (I am starting to lose faith). Bed is not comfortable and the bathroom is very compact. Furniture is worn out. Overall the room is not clean. Take my word, there are lots of better hotels in the area
Tv channel selections
The way how the staff deal with the clints .The breakfast not good as to use to be .
Only the location

Short walk 15mins to oxford st, edgware tube sml but never overcrowded, straight opposite m&s & tesco , sainsburys & waitrose all on same road .
The room size was not as great as I was expecting and upset that the pool closed very early.

Need to pay for wifi.
