The location, was excellent a friend and I were on a shopping trip.the staff where very friendly and helpful.
The air con in the room didn't work so it was really stuffy and the windows didn't open.
Closeness to Paddington station. Clean airy rooms. Helpful staff. Yummy breakfast!
Your every comfort was catered for by very pleasant staff. The food and the view from the Minako at the Met excellent, well worth a visit.
Location was perfect
Small rooms not worth money
Location and room
Not enough towels and shower gel for 4 guests.
Location was the best part
Many : When I check in they advice me to upgrade my room I pay more for a view and a bite bigger room. Fire Alarm ring and everyone evacuated "I was in the 17th floor" people panic I saw one lady fall down and injured herself it was about 1:00 am. I for the telephone was broken and towels looks very old. It's not the first time to stay in this hotel but it's worst experiace I ever had.
The syaff were very friendly and helpful.
Location and facilities
very comfortable lounge
we did ask for a better view but was given no view at all on second floor
Good location for Paddington Station. Pleasant bar area. Helpful staff, though not enough of them on reception! The room we were eventually allocated (915) had an excellent view and good double glazing - despite overlooking the Edgware Road and Harrow Road flyover, the room was very quiet.
We had to wait a long time at check in as there were not enough staff at the desk. The first room we were allocated (605) was appalling, one of the worst hotel rooms I have seen. Very dark room, due to the proximity of the adjacent building, and so small it was claustrophobic - you could not easily walk round the end of one of the beds. Luckily we were able to change (to 915) which was very pleasant, light and roomier. However, room lighting was not good, particularly if one wanted to read in bed.
Staff were very polite and helpful ease of access to underground station good bus route restaurants
The lift was noisy I was in number 304 sound like a train on the tracks up down Up down they are eating in the bathroom cold fool bathroom look out window to Mankay dirty roof ferry very poor not worth 477 pound
Room was airless and too hot,
The room was nice and bathroom spacious. The breakfast was good .
Having to pay for wifi.not enough tea bags and no biscuits !
The breakfast and efficiency of the staff.
Like heaters weren't very effective?
Kris (staff member) is the nicest and kindest person we have ever met. He made sure we were looked after the whole time and was so pleasant and genuine. We will definitely be back just because of the way he treated us. Thankyou
Bathroom was a little tired.
The views were fantastic
The rooms seemed a little dated and wasnt what I would expect when told I could upgrade to a deluxe room for £20 per night.
7th Floor East Wing in serious need of renovation.
noisey air con in bedroom.
It was not explained that a deposit of £153.60 would be coming out of my account as soon as we checked in and that it would not be refunded until 3-7 days after check out.
Free wi fi in all areas insted of lobby
Stayed here on a recent trip to London with our family. Great location, friendly staff, lovely room. Would stay here again.
