Breakfast service is very smooth despite huge numbers coming into the dining room. We were on the 22nd floor and views of London were fantastic
Nothing. We were very happy with all arrangements
Room size was pretty good.
Have to pay for wifi. Very noisy - walls are thin with banging from the corridor and tv from neighbouring rooms.
Room Breakfast Safe parking
Carpets look a bit tired. Only an observation
Location is good.
The breakfast was disappointing .
Everything was perfect, specially after the renovation the reception area and the new bar was just amazing. cant wait to come back again. Hilton is the best.
i loved everything.
Loved the location, loved the buffet breakfast we were up graded to King Executive Suit and got access to Lounge that was very good
Had issuse with the key for rooms few times, doors and windows on balcony kept blowing open randomly and heater was very poor
Great location, would recommend the sports bar, food was very good.
Spa area was very disappointing, the steam rm was very smelly & dirty & so we're the showers in the ladies changing rooms, the beds were very noisy, you couldn't turn over without making a horrendous noise! We were a group of 3 staying in a rm for 4, & there was only enough tea bags, towels etc for 2.the lady on reception checking out was rude & quite obviously didn't enjoy her job!
All staff helpful and polite
The service was very good.
When we arrive the room was not prepared yet.
Continues beeping noise in room for the 3nights which we complained about but nothing done
Although I only stayed one night with my daughter the hotel was excellent all the staff were very helpful I would without any hesitation go back
The room was great, amazing view and ridiculously comfortable bed!
The TV was connected to a few other rooms and then got stuck on someones viewing of a porno movie and I wasn't able to change the channel or turn the TV off and it took 30mins for this to be rectified.
Size of Room Clean and Comfortable Close to Paddington Station and local tube station
Large busy hotel 24/7 but didn't bother us
Wifi should be free
Hotel was fine.
The area. Felt a little uneasy with my fiancé outside the hotel. Would not stay again purely due to the location.
Our room heaters were not working. It took a few hours and twice raising for staff to acknowledge the problem and bring in portable heaters in a already congested room.
Desk staff to be more accurate. I was mislead during checking in that breakfast was free with the room charge. Then after 5 mins he changed and said i had to pay. Very confusing !!!!
convenient and good value for money
the bed and £25 for guest parking
The location is superb
The service is below par for such a property. The front desk staff are well-meaning but slow. The bell staff are friendly but seem to disappear when it's busy. The cafe staff were simply appalling. The restaurant wait staff were inattentive and seemingly had difficulty with English.
Close to the airport, Paddington and Edgeware subway stations.
Heating did not work in the first room, asked to change the room. Rooms have not been renovated for a long time. Dirt and mold in the washroom. Stains and dirt in the carpet. Internet did not properly work. I stayed in the tower. Avoid at all!!!
Central location, steps away from Edgware Rd tube station Leisure facilities added bonus Large bed
Room was too small for 2 adults and an infant who required a cot bed and space for a pram Bathroom was dated and very compact The choice of draught lagers at the Edg bar lacked inspiration, there were no London Brewery ales just supermarket standard lagers to include Stella Artois and Heineken
Almost everything ,, except for one member of staff at reception was helpful
The only good thing is its location
