The location, efficiency of the staff and the ambiance of the hotel.
The fact that one has to pay for internet services which are provided free in virtually all other five-star hotels.
nothing
Big old hotel, poor breakfast, old accommodation
Mostly liked the room service, food was lovely and breakfast buffet wonderful. Room comfortable but could do with some complimentary biscuits with the tea in the room being a Hilton.
Location was excellent, very close to the tube station. Staff were very friendly and helpful.
Didn't get a great sleep as the beds were very hard.
Everything fine, good breakfast
The room was very small
Everything could not fault this hotel. We stayed for two nights in the tower building. Fantastic views over London city our room was clean comfortable and spacious. Staff were very helpful and the attentive without being intrusive. This was my husbands first time in London but definitely not the last. We went to see the tribute to the war veterans the display of poppies around the tower of London were beautiful glad we went it was very emotive. Our only complaint about our stay was the time went to quickly but they say this happens when your enjoying yourself.
We loved the room, the view, the pool, the staff, the food and the elegance of the whole hotel.
location - proximity to oxford street and marble arch tube
dull rooms cold rooms gloomy setting
The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was ok, but a little smaller than I thought it would be since I paid for an upgrade. I was in room 1605
Reception Staff in particular are excellent
Very busy hotel
Very nice breakfast
No free Wifi in 2014....? Simply not good enough.....more important than a television...!!!
Location, spacious, comfortable, clean, modern, baggage hold, good breakfast.
Lack of electrical sockets in room, no hot water at breakfast, no free WiFi, baggage miss-placed in baggage hold.
Central location, courteous staff and good pillows.
The location is good. The staff at the restaurant downstairs were very friendly. Breakfast was always served on time and was good.
The check in was horrible. Had to stay on the line for a very long time. The response to calls from the room was horrible. It takes ages and several attempts before calls to the reception are answered. The disabled room's bed was horrible. We had to move to a regular suite where my husband couldn't enter the bathroom with his wheelchair. I had to device a means of helping him through our 12 day stay. With the amount of money we paid, breakfast was not inclusive.
Beds were comfortable, nice lounge upstairs.
Bathroom was tiny, room small, you could hear the traffic throughout the night. There were no restaurants close enough to walk, needed the bus or a cab for every thing we needed to see.
Location
The room was very small And it was noise evening time
