The room furniture is old and fit for 2-3 star hotel. The room amenities are very poor and not fit for a Hilton hotel. The hotel location is very good and I think that’s why its crowded. I hope Hilton management takes a look at this hotel especially the west wing which needs a lot of work. I planned to stay at the same hotel on the return trip 3 days later, but changed my mind, cancelled my reservation and stayed in another hotel.

Th room was in a very busy part of london but the rooms was very very quiet and the breakfast was the best hotel breakfast I've had! very impressed!

very convenient to both tube and Paddington station. Fabulous breakfast! Friendly, respectful and helpful staff throughout the hotel. Room very clean and comfortable. The best night's sleep I've had for weeks.

Room was quite small. Requested larger room that did not have an adjoining door to the room next door. Staff were not that helpful in attending to this. Noise from room next door could be heard quite loudly.

Great location right opposite Edgeware Road tube station on Bakerloo line. Good all round hotel with added bonus of swimming pool, sauna and steam room. Excellent breakfasts. Run efficiently considering the large numbers of people staying there.

Nothing wrong with it really. It's not a very attractive hotel externally but fine once you're inside. If you like a small hotel, this is not for you

The breakfast buffet was superb, and one of the best I have ever experienced anywhere in the world.

The room was tiny and windows did not open without having to request a maintenance man to come up. Also had to make a call to get the ac fixed. Additionally, The hot/cold water has no pressure and took about a minute to change from hot to cold.

Close to Subway and bus stops. Close to centrum. Easy to find. The price very ok on Internet.

No interenet connection at the hotel, had to use my mobil phone Internet connection which is very expensive in England. When checking out from our 3 days stay, the girl at the desk tried to charge us for a lot more than the price our Internet ordering promised. Took very long time before we managed an agreement. That was very disappointing experience, seemed like she was trying to cheat us.

Bar prices were expensive and added a 10% service charge automatically - when we approached the bar we were told to take a seat... The room smelt of cigarette smoke despite asking for a non smoking room either someone had smoked in it or we had the wrong room allocated so we opened the windows and it was improved but not ideal. Car parking was on site although expensive as we arrived 14:00 Sunday and departed 15:00 Monday so it cost me £44.00 which seems ridiculous - no surprise that it was almost empty - next time maybe the train ?

Poor facilities Discomfort Not worth for money

Consistently friendly and helpful staff - easily the most welcoming hotel I've stayed in. All the amenities were well-maintained. The hotel provides disabled guests (there were two in our group) with a good level of access. The rooms were beautifully quiet. Breakfast was excellent - high standard of food, enormous variety on offer, you couldn't be disappointed with it.

I can't recommend the food in the 24th floor restaurant.
