We had payed the 2 rooms 6 times, because the hotel staff did not worked correctly, and pulled down our creditcard 6 times. I' dont know what happened, but we stayed there without money. It was very interesting weekend, without money. The room was very expensive, and was stink. Our credit card did not work, because hotel staff did a mistake. The original price were 786, and together we paid 2274 on pound. The staff said: then we will give back the money, but dont know when. The bank was closed, because was „bank holiday”. The staff did not ask for pardon,and did nothing else. It is a daily routine, I think. We are waiting for our money, because we can not do anything. Our room name was „ Delux King”. I thinked it will be big , beautiful, and luxury. In this hilton, the „delux king” is not a luxury. The room been 17 upstairs. Only this is Delux king, not much more. Maybe the bed was bigger. We are not recommending this „Hilton Hotel”. If you are going there you pay only in cash. If you are going there,pay with cash. We are very disopp.

We have stayed here before and it is still at a high standard.

Superb staff, excellent breakfast and dinner. Very clean. Located opposite tube station, easy to get around. Drinks are pretty pricey but food was not too expensive and was really good quality, beautifully cooked and presented.

Room was too warm and we didn't notice the air con till last morning! Our fault I guess!!

Room had one of those awful locked doors that leads to another room. Noisy group next door...

Located close to tube links. Looks good from foyer and facilities look impressive.

Rooms are no better than a Premier Inn and basic for the price they charge!!! Drinks are way overpriced and to add a 10% service charge to pull a pint is an absolute cheek. If they had brought it to the table then yes but to charge it for actually being behind the bar is too much. How does one avoid the charge? Go behind the bar and self serve?

Staff always smart and very friendly; putting themselves out to ensure everything is to your satisfaction. Doorman welcoming as you arrived at the hotel. I was on a trip with three other familes and had booked family rooms. The children were made to feel very welcome. The refurbished family rooms were spacious and contemporary in decor with great views across the city of London. The rooms were spotlessly clean and I am a hard person to please! The cleanliness of the hotel in general was excellent. Spa facilities were very good, swimming pool very warm. I did not have need to use the conference/business facilities on this occasion but noted conference rooms spacious, light and airy and would consider future conference/meeting appointments at the Hilton Metropole. Breakfast included in our package. Huge choice of breakfast - continental and full English with large choice of fruit, breads, meat and cheeses; something for everyone.

The staff are polite and willing to assist at all times. The breakfast was good.
