Location and comfort very relaxing have stayed several times yes I was suprised to find out the hotel allows smoking in certain bedrooms, we had to move from 2 rooms because they smelt of stale smoke. |

location, luxury i had to pay 20 pounds extra to change my room , bill was incorrect so i had to tell them to change it and there were items that i didnt use from minibar |

London view from our room. Breakfast: great selection of dishes. Very friendly staff. Great location. Gym. It was announced as 24 hr. service but actually was closed in the evening. |

Hotel service and location. We arrived at the hotel very early in the morning around 5.30am. One reception staff was very cold and didn't let us to complete the check-in paper work. However another staff later offered us to complete the check-in paper work. |

The staff was professional, welcoming, and very helpful. I also liked that it was located near an Underground, making it easier for us to travel and see all of the sites. I really didn't like that breakfast was only served until 10:30 am. It was also difficult to get a cup of coffee to go if I was up before 8:00 am. The Costa wasn't open yet, and when it did open, they didn't serve any type of quick breakfast to go with the coffee. |

The view from the 19th floor (1907). The breakfast experience. Very friendly staff (room maid, bar person, breakfast staff, luggage store man)--thank you team. The hotel's location was perfect.Fair value for money. Bed in 1907 was too hard. Room 1907 was very small. |

As we were going to chelsea flower show the hotel was within close proximity. Our stay at the hotel was very relaxing and enjoyable. The only down side to the Hilton was the cost of drinks, as we only paid £99 for Bed and Breakfast a round of 4 drinks cost over £30. |

it was nice hotel and the room was nice and cleaned, the location is good and closed to Paddington station, Edgwar, Oxford st and Hydpark as well, the internet should be free as many other hotels, they charge 15 pound per day which is expensive, but i recomed it for all travellers, |

We were upgrated because we at first was given a smoker-room. We had a bigger room - that was nice. Good breakfast (children is free). The area around the hotel was not what I've expected. There were not any european restaurants in the area. Small rooms. Bad view from booth rooms. Breakfast very expensive. |

The breakfast was the best bit and being right next to a tube station helped. There was no main light in the room, so it was very dark. We had a room by the lifts so it was very noisey and you could hear people talking and running around. Our key card wouldn't work so we kept on having to get a porter to let us in. The room was very small so we were glad it was for one night only. |
